Ordered the Chili Crisp Bowl. Scheduled a pickup at 1:00pm but they had already made the food around 12:55pm, so the food got a bit cold. Also their pick up process is not smooth. They are supposed to put the food out on the stand, but they didnt. So I had to go to the counter amidst lots of people to ask for my order. They just seemed very rushed and disorganized.The food itself was decent. The restaurant doesnt have much seating and all the regular tables are near the door, so when people come in and out, the cold air from outside blows in your face.

Fried rice was horrible, I dont know how you can overcook it and undercook it at the same time. Mushy and sad but still bits of undercooked rice... is it that hard to have some quality control??

The food was the standard fare, but this one made me realized how different Pandas are all subtly unalike. Perhaps the competition around the mall, or just the time that I went but this one surprised me with superior service and brightly lit eating area. I was happy to have visited here.

My husband and I each got a bowl. Mine was orange chicken, and his was a new Chili Crispy Shrimp that he liked a lot. You get your choice of entree over a base of greens (mostly broccoli), chow mein, fried rice, brown or white steamed rice. Even better, you can choose to have the base be half & half of 2 choices. Many choices of larger meals are available, including plates with multiple entrées. Use their app for rewards and special offers.

I only go to Panda Express for that honey walnut shrimp! Fast take out if youre in a rush to go somewhere and need a quick bite. But if you are looking to try authentic Chinese food, check out my reviews on other Chinese restaurants around the area!

Not a good Panda. The veggies (and the rice) are often undercooked, and the staff is indifferent. I’ve gone back a few times because I love Panda and I keep thinking it will magically get better, but it’s clearly not happening. They need better staff.

Good place for fried rice craving, if you want additional flavor, add some soy sauce. Previously I had a chow mein and it had too much soy sauce, I am glad they dialed it down. The entrees are pretty tasty and freshly made. Service is efficient.

Well the food i had wanted was basically the last in the bowl. They hadnt refilled so it was slightly cold and tasted as though it had been there awhile. And the person i was with one of his items was almost out and the employee acted somewhat rude when asked if more was going to be put out. I wasnt given the sauces nor the fortune cookies had to go back up to request them. All of employees that was working EXCEPT one acted as if they didnt want to be there. And we were disturbing them.I told one....Hey if you dont want to be here im sure there is at least 20 other people who would gladly take your place and work. Dont think i will be going back anytime soon.

The personnel here is very competent and friendly and really enjoy working here (basically the opposite from the chipotle on the same square). There is a line around 5:30, but before that it is fast. There are two good vegetarian options but most dishes contain meat. Make sure you know the size you want in advance, as otherwise you will go through quite a few containers.

It’s really amazing to see that more and more companies are incorporating plant-based options on the menu! We drove to a specific participating location of @officialpandaexpress in Mountain View as they just started rolling out these Beyond Orange Chick’n in the Bay Area! The nuggets were decently seasoned and has a nice touch of crispiness to them. We ordered ours with a side of greens and had them with quinoa made at home for some extra protein in our grains. The food here is consistent. To my taste, the recipes are a little heavy on sugar, salt and cornstarch-y glazes.. but good high quality, healthy ingredients are still what stands out. When you are in the mood for a certain Panda Express dish, you just have to have it! It is nice that you can count on it being as you remember.It is also consistently quick and convenient. My last visit i found the customer service to be especially efficient. I had ordered some items that needed to be prepared, and i was kept advised of my order status with an update every couple of minutes while i waited. i used the restroom and it was spotlessly clean, as was the entire facility.

The restaurant is really clean with relaxing atmosphere and comfortable seating. Lots of good dishes and selection. The Orange Chicken is so tasty. Good healthy options too, I like their vegetables. Everything is good! The staff is nice and pleasant. However, the amount of food you get seems to depend on who is your server behind the counter. One time the server scooped out hardly enough to fill the plate partitions and I was still hungry after eating. But my other experiences have been good. The service is good in general, even when they are super busy around dinner time with many customers.

This is by far the worst Panda Express restaurant. The portions are smaller than other restaurants (how is this possible?! Isn’t it a chain restaurant that should follow some rules?) and the food is very low quality. I tried this branch 2-3 times and I regret every time.

I’m actually a huge fan of Panda Express even though everyone I know hates it. But the fact that the employees are all yelling and rushing customers all the time is already bad enough, then you add the fact that every time I go to this location I get like 4 pieces of chicken on my plate. I ordered beef today too (thinking there’s no peppers or broccoli or anything so I should get more meat) & I kid not I got 4.5 pieces of meat on my plate. Then the employee throws my plate on the counter & yells at somebody to hurry & charge me. I asked for chili sauce & this lady really put 1 packet of chili sauce for a full plate of food. I’m not coming to this location anymore :( I don’t get it does the food come out of your own pocket?

I pick up food from Panda at least once a week but for the first time went to this store in Mountain view. Portion size was too small. I ordered two bigger plates for my 2 kids. The serving size for the noodles, the orange chicken as well the honey walnut shrimp was less than half of what I get regularly. It was insufficient for my 2 kids. I felt cheated with the volumes at this store and will never be coming back.

No secret that with the Pandemic, many many restaurants are impacted and food quality has been dropped due lack of funds/ proper staff/ quality of produce etc. While some may not expect food franchises to be impacted, unfortunately they have.And amidst all this, there is this particular Panda Express branch that is delivering above and beyond Delicious Express FoodThe food here is phenomenal!! My favorites are the Honey Walnut Shrimp, Orange Chicken and Being Beef. But can be sure everything else tastes equally good as wellI have been visiting this store every week since the start of the year and no matter what time it is-you willl see a bunch of hard working employees running the branch at fully throttle. And with masks - while I get tired after 30 mins of mask wearing, you guys wear it all day, in that hot kitchen. Wow!!A big shout out to the branch, the manager, the staff and all the cooks!! You guys are awesome!!

Extremely rude cleaning lady who kicked me out of the store because I entered it a little before the opening time. The door was open which allowed me to enter. I didn’t know about the hours. So I am a little mixed on this PE location . They have a great selection of pretty good fast Chinese food that is normally cooked and great tasting. I understand that it is fast food so I am not saying that it is the ultimate in Chinese. What I have trouble with is the amount of dishes that are either too low to get a scoop on my to go box or are totally empty. The chefs in the back are always cooking, the smaller shop size makes that very noticeable. I also find that when I ask for any soy or chopsticks, I get a limited supply and the chopsticks are a splinter waiting to happen. Can we also say better access to napkins? Food quality is fine but the other items I feel need to be addressed.

They do that at the register every time even if you have to go back and purchase another item. Even if we knew the donations are being collected fully for the right reasons, a simple jar and a sign should be enough.

The food at this Panda Express location is pretty on par with others I’ve been to. The Shanghai Angus Steak and Honey Walnut shrimp are always good. The super greens was surprisingly more broccoli-filled than the ones at other locations, which often have way too much cabbage! This place is no where near a typical Panda Express standards. Both the noodles and rice were unseasoned and bland, and all four dishes my wife and I had were horrible. Kung pat tasted burnt, the orange chicken had some kind of bitter sauce that wasn’t orange sauce, the other dishes were bland and over cooked. Worst Chinese food I’ve had in a long, long time. The soda fountain did work fine.

This location has a sign that says Limit 5 guests per CDC guidelines due to the pandemic. However, it seems like it is not being followed and employees dont even care when they see more people inside. Why put a sign outside when it is not even being implemented??? Doordash employees just walk in even when they see a line outside and even though theres already 7+ customers inside. Panda Express has great food and it always tastes great. The one drawback is the to go container. The top (or cover) for the plate does not lock properly. So on occasion, by the time I get home and carry the bag into the house, the top has slipped off of the plastic dish and food is in the bag, not on the plastic dish!!! Yikes. Perhaps another kind of food dish with better locking cover would help. But as you can tell, I gave Panda Express 5 stars anyway.

Been here a few times, there is something about the smell that just kills my appetite whenever I walk through the doors. Its usually near closing time when the smell starts. Also, the last time I was there 15 min prior to closing, and there was no one at the front counter, waited for about 5 min then left. Unhygienic and low quality food makes this the worst Panda Express you’ll hopefully avoid. We asked for cutlery and the staff grabbed the cutlery, wiped it with his thumbs (I kid you not), dropped it on the floor then picked it up to hand over to us. The way they cook the food here doesn’t taste at all the same to other Panda Express shops. Don’t even try the bubble tea here because the machine is broken so the lid doesn’t seal properly and the tea just spilt everywhere with no refund or offer to refill.
