When I want Chinese food now, Panda Express is where I go. This was a clean and friendly restaurant. The orange chicken and mixed veggie Bowl was tasty and healthy. Everything tasted delicious and satisfied my Chinese food craving. Its not a great date spot since theres nothing to do in the area except grabbed a bite to eat. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

If I could give them a -5, I certainly would. I had 4 online orders for each member of the family. When I picked them up, it was only one order. They canceled 3 orders by email because we placed orders separately. What kind of business is it? How could 5 of us eat one order? What is the rule saying that we cannot order and pay separately? Could Panda show me that rule? and if yes, can post that clearly on the website?We ended up buying different food for dinner. They wasted our time and our Saturday night. I will never come back and eat at Panda. The service is never good. But this time is the last straw. There are so many other restaurants in Elk Grove. Go somewhere else if you want good service, and the people know how to run a restaurant business.

This is a good Panda Express. Went there towards closing and the people in front of us bought all the food that was left. The servers there were very accommodating and made fresh what ever we wanted

Went in asking if they could make a fresh orange chicken because the pan looked old and soggy. Was told that they just made the chicken 3 minutes ago and guarantee that it was fresh. Again I asked if I could please wait for a fresh one and I was denied. So I settled with the one they promised was fresh and ended up with old soggy chicken. Panda motto used to be dont see what you would like ask and we will make it fresh. So far this panda has greatly disappointed. Wouldnt recommend to any friends or family.

Don’t EVER buy their food just before closing. I went in there 20 minutes before they were going to close and they had five items left and one case. They said they were no longer cooking for the night and they were cleaning. I said well that’s fine.There was hardly any food left in all five containers. I asked if they could put a little extra on the plate they refused. Hi, I also asked if I could get the shrimp and not have to pay the extra $1.50 and they said no.I can’t be for sure, but I thought that by the end of the night they throw the rest of their food away. I surely don’t mind paying for my food but what bothered me the most was I took my food straight home and all of the chicken items were as hard as a rock. Those items had been sitting for a very long time before anyone else had came in to purchase a plate. The food was not good at all. I’m very disappointed, and the lady that waited on me was not the friendliest either. Just beware if you eat at this location because at the end of the night you’re going to eat garbage for dinner.

I used to love buying from this location but after my recent experience I doubt I would come back here.I ordered my food online to pick up at 11:30am however I didnt receive it until 11:50am and not only was it missing the sauces I asked for on the special instructions but the portions of food given to me were mediocre it didnt even fill me up. I ordered online to avoid having the wait especially now that my work decided to switch my lunch break from 1 hour to 30 minutes, since I waited 20 minutes for my food and had to drive back to work I only had 5 minutes to eat. This is unacceptable and the people working here expect to be paid over $15 per hour? With this type of service they dont even deserve $12.

Your delivery policy is disgusting. As a customer, I think it is repulsive for delivery drivers to make fountain drinks.They touch the inside lid to my drink and they don’t wash their hands before doing so.🤮Drinks should be made by the restaurant. @PandaExpress @wingstop @WingstopCEO @DoorDash @UberEats @Grubhub

Im a fan of Panda Express and this location is around the corner from my house but I refuse to go to this location. The way this Panda Express is run is terrible. In particular, this is the only location I have ever seen that uses a scale to measure the portions. After five straight times of receiving small portions in my 2 item combo boxes, I decided to drive a bit further to the Calvine/EG Florin location and get normal portions instead of the small portions at the Waterman location. Im pretty sure the manager of this location thinks she is doing the right thing for the business but the reality is that many people avoid this location because of the way she runs it.

I never had orange chicken till I had it there and have still not found a better one. Very consistent. The chow mein has these little noodle that dry out quickly. Cant have everything. Panda Express has a nice variety of Chinese food that is already prepared and ready to go. I especially like the fact that you can sample a dish before ordering it. I really enjoyed this restaurant last night. The location was convenient, the dining room was clean, the employees that served me were fast and efficient, the food was hot and delicious, and reasonably priced.

The Saturday night crew on December 26th was great. I got home late from work and was craving Panda Express. By the time we got there most things were gone but they went the extra mile and made a new batch of black pepper Angus beef and sweet fire chicken! The meal was hot, fresh, and delicious. Was at this location today and they gave me the scraps of the chow mein and it tasted like old oil. They also were very strictly enforcing the mask mandate on customers while having two plus unmasked people inside working on the soda machine in the middle of the restaurant. Very nasty will not eat at this location again

This location is always clean. The seating area and the restrooms are clean. The food is fresh and the service is fast. Dinner time is packed and the line is long but the staff moves fast to make sure you dont have to wait too long to order and get your order right away.

Ive visited this location a couple of times now recently and each experience has been horrible! They NEVER have brown rice ready! Many items arent ready at 11am. Today they didnt have teriyaki chicken.. the lady helping me was very inattentive. Im going to avoid this place for now on

Person in front of me were ordering 5 plates so that took a while, as well I was on my 30 minute break from work which already took time for me to get there and than wait another 20 min just for service. I just left upset and hungry. Mind you there were other servers behind the counter looking at me in uniform waiting to be served.

So I go to this panda at 9:15 and they close at 10, so when does panda stop cooking if a customer wants something that isnt left? Is it policy to stop cooking by 9:15?, they had a few items left and old at that, the cooks didnt want to prepare anything more. I just want to know what is store policy? Good food and service, though I will say it feels chronically understaffed and somewhat...A-type (exacting, fair, but ungenerous portions). Also regularly out of various items. I highly doubt this is at all the fault of the staff. Having worked foodservice a bit in my day, it has the air of an executive chef/GM who is VERY concerned about food waste and portion control. And while these are undoubtedly needed in any kitchen, it feels a bit overbearing here. I get the feeling that whoever the big boss is, I might not enjoy working for him/her. Its convenient to my work though, and certainly not bad service, so Ill be back many times Im sure.

This afternoon 8/30/17, my husband went to get dinner at Panda. We have been to this Panda many times and have received great service and food. He ordered 2 three entree plates to go. I should have known something was up when I looked into the to go boxes and neither had the teriyaki chicken. When I opened up the small red containers that usually contain the honey walnut chicken, we found out why it wasnt in the to go box. All the chicken was burned. I dont mean a little charred, I mean burned to the point that the you couldnt tell what it was. Kinda ruined the rest of the meal......

This specific Panda is not ran well. Sometimes you get a lot of food and other time barely anything. I had to return for new potstickers 3 times, they sat for so long they were hard. The soup clearly had a film on it from not being stirred and sitting. Absolutely disappointed.
