The place is large and clean and I appreciate the hand sanitizer in multiple places. A couple things will keep me from returning to this location. Mostly the fact that the cashier was not polite without a thank you or a smile. The other things were: no chop sticks, no largea la-cart boxes, and the fried rice had a mildly toasted to burnt taste that both my husband and I noticed. Not terrible, just saying. The peas did have some noticeable burnt spots though. Also, the lemonade was apparently out and only water came from that dispenser.

These people have gone up on these prices have decreased on the food I ask for just a little more fried rice because they didnt feel the container up and these employee said they only can give out two scope of rice and than I got string bean chicken and they gave me more string bean than chicken dont go to this one they quality of the food is horrible I am going to just get my fried rice from pick up stixx its better quality anyways. And the cook whoever are all the cooks idc, but every single time Ive gone I feel like they make food little wrong, because it dont slides taste the same to me. Sometimes it comes out good but for instance yesterday I ordered compow chicken. . OMG it tasted nasty 🤢and the other chicken stream bean, I couldnt finish it!! Most of it is in the trash🙄🤦‍♀️. This location is hit and miss. It seems lately it’s really more miss. The portions are very inconsistent but he trend is they are getting smaller and smaller. The freshness of the food is also very inconsistent. My wife gets the orange chix and it’s a coin flip whether it’s crunchy or soggy. My last trip there a new hire helped us with a manager overseeing and the amount of food they gave us was embarrassing. I almost told them I did not want the food and was going to walk out. I’ve started to go to Rialto and so far so good. Portions are consistent and freshness as well.

Slow service. They forgot we were waiting for our food and started serving others. Did not see a team lead or manager come out to help through the rush when food was empty and customers waiting. Hector was upset that i requested for a new angus beef to be made. After it was made i saw him put the old dish in my plate with 90% onions, he then proceeded to ask his coworker to give me the serving, as i checked and requested a new one to be made he was complainint to staff that all he did was place a scoop... like sir i saw you... if you dont like your job .. go find a new one because service is not your forte.

Just pure horrible customer service!!Extra plus size women taken orders was not only rushing people but totally rude in doing it. We have the right to refuse service to anyone that was her answer when she noticed an old lady sitting on one of the chairs when her family were in line to order. She even came across to the cashier and said I need you to hurry up here!!! The guy was attaining to customers requests nothing more.Definitely not coming here again and management needs to do something about repeated customer complaints from bad and rude behavior.

And the cashier Valera was very nice and understanding. I hope I got both their names right because they deserve to be recognized we don’t get that a lot from Panda Express employees.

This place is delicious. It just seems that Im always waiting on my main courses. It gets annoying for the sides to cool while I wait. Would rather wait on the whole dish all together.- 8/29 Updated review.. not sure if management changed or something but the quality isnt as good. I paid an $1.50 extra for black pepper steak and mushrooms. I got two pieces of steak and to mushroom heads.. the rest was onions!! The rice wasnt completely cooked or hot. Kinda lukewarm at best.. I feel very disgusted with the encounter i experienced at this location but most especially with the provided service from the store employee and manager. When I received my order, I had asked for no ice.. so the employee then proceeded to transfer my drink to another cup, but in order to avoid the ice going into the new cup she use the drain rack from the fountain drink machine. This is the part that is NOT correct. That’s extremely unsanitary. When I questioned the employee what she had done, she seemed so unbothered of the fact of how wrong and unsanitary they had been. Her simple answer to me was that she cleaned it every day so it was okay to do because it was clean. I simply didn’t agree and asked to speak to a manager. To my shock the manager seemed to care even less at what had just occurred. She simply told me to call the number on the back of the receipt. This is absolutely not the customer service I expected to receive, so i will not be returning to this location. We are living amongst a deadly virus at this time... they should be doing anything to keep their customers safe, yet it seems at this location they can careless. This needs to be addressed before someone is seriously effected by this. This incident occurred on 06-27-2020 at approximately 12:20-12:30 pm.

I placed an online order and this is not the 1st 2nd or 3rd time they have forgotten my veggie rolls I paid for, they also didn’t include the teriyaki sauce I requested for my teriyaki chicken so I pretty much had to eat grilled chicken. On top of that they are extremely stingy with their serving portions. I got the honey sesame chicken and they literally only served me 3 small pieces. And let’s not talk about the lack of good customer service, I have never gotten a “hello welcome” or a “thank you have a nice day” and keep in mind I live very close to this location so I tend to come here often, but after this not anymore.

I always come here maybe once or twice a week, and they always deliver on great service and food! And sometimes if the lines are long or Im waiting for that delicious crispy shrimp to cook I get a free drink! I love love love this particular restaurant! Staff are so nice and helpful. Employees prioritize stocking up on food needlessly, rather than paying attention to customers and getting their orders fulfilled and completed. Stuck in line, basically ignored with no further guidance. Budded heads with an employee who happens to talk back to my complaint. Theyve got to get better. Past experiences before this incident have also been a dice roll of inconsistent customer service. If any customers go into this store. Be prepared to wait a bit longer than usual as they are also attempting to do online orders.

Worst Panda food Ive ever had. The Shanghai beef was in some sort of thick gravy instead of the normal tasty sauce. The chow mein was greasy and the taste was off putting. As a family we look forward to our Friday night Panda and Saturday left over lunch. This week it all went into the trash. Husbands stomach is already feeling upset. Will not be returning to this location. Never had any problem at our normal Cherry Ave location. Only went to this one because it was after a Costco trip. And if it wasnt too far from Southridge I would have driven all the food right back. I tried to call to complain directly but none ever answers the phone. Very disappointing! And just plain gross!!

Honestly they dont have the best customer service. For them to be limiting how many ppl come in, they sure dont make sure food is getting cooked fast enough. Theres always a wait. On top of that, they never listen. Its hard enough to talk with a mask on and even worse when you have to stop them from putting something on your plate you dont want because they are attempting to get you out of there so fast, they arent paying attention.

During take out only (CV19), I had to go back twice because they didnt give me chopsticks, double checked among staff members if I asked or got any as if it were a big deal. Their way of social distancing from ordering to picking up is so unorganized, went to order my food and as they told me to wait at the other door i waited and watched at people who ordered after me went and picked up their food while i was still waiting for my order, when i confronted them about whats going on with ny order they told me they didnt have my order up. Many times they have not given the correct item portion size, also cooks not being consistent in refreshing items that are empty. Very poorly run. They were out straws. They gave small portions. And had no real selection for drinks for diet or sugar free drinks. They had no diet coke/soda. First off ... anything on the Sierra Parkway area of Fontana is very clean and nice, including this Panda Express. It is surrounded by great shopping and restaurants, such as sushi and a juicing place. The food at Panda is always the best. I especially love the Walnut Shrimp. I have the option of choosing between here and Subway, which is my go-to healthy place.

I dont know why it seems like most panda express locations expect you to eat your food with your hands, and I say most because this one didnt, they dont put a fork in your bag, but at this location but the young lady at the counter (Lorena) actually pointed me out to the utensils, reminding me that they dont put them in the bag 😡, there’s been countless times I go home and I lay down to watch my favorite tv show and NO FORK ... jeebus christ. If it were up to me, for that act alone, I’d promote lorena, she’s the change I wanna see in this chain, and world. So EXPECT great customer service at this location, especially from Lorena!
