Location: Good, Parking: Okay, Service: Decent, Overall: out of the 5 Pandas I go to, I seem to eat at this one the most. I think it is more Location as it is close to Sams and Costco. But I will admit they keep the food the same with very little change. I have been to some where the care just seemed to be gone, but here it has not changed. So yes I will continue to eat here as long as they never lose their care factor and keep the items as they should be...

Terrible service, no one ever greets you, and if u walk in u could stand there awhile while staff takes care of window and to go orders.. I have left out of frustration more than once.. apparently business is good and they can afford to ignore customers, go to Habit instead..

Automated ordering has been the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. Sat in line for over 20 mins in the drive thru and didnt have enough time to order and cuz I had to go back to work. How can a place with food constantly ready take so long? There was only three cars ahead of me but somehow took over 20 mins. If you’re looking to get any food on a time limit DO NOT come here. This will be a last resort place from now on.

*quick service*fresh food*friendly servers*spicy optionsMy husband has drug me to 3 different Panda Expresses in the last couple years and I didn’t enjoy any of them until today.I was really impressed that we got our food without barely any wait even though there was a line.The only downsides were that I wasn’t expecting the orange chicken to be spicy so my kids didn’t want it and they didn’t have spoons to make eating the rice easier for the kids.

Panda is panda pretty much everywhere you go. Occasionally we have a flavor that we like that gets discontinued but for the most part its a generic standard Chinese meal. The staff at this location are generally pretty nice the food is generally pretty good. The downside to this location is that the fried rice is generally always dry and since Im not a noodle person I end up with white rice. Remembering to ask for sauce when going to the drive through is always a challenge as they are throwing your food at you as you go by. Truly the only real complaint I have this minute is the new computerized drive-thru that asks you slow questions in a robot voice while youre sitting in the rain with your window down. The system was a great idea but there are such a variety of items that it now takes forever to order your food. Looks like well be visiting less often but at least we can walk inside.

I used to go here all the time. Then they took sweet shower pork off the menu and they took eggplant off the menu. Then they discontinued egg flower soup and they discontinued hot sour soup. So I spend about 1/4 amount of the money I used to at Panda Express! I started going to Panda inn in Pasadena in the early 80s and it was on of our family favorites. Then they started Panda Express around 1983 or 84 and it became one of our favorite places. Theyve reduced their serving portion sizes and reduce the size of their containers for your third item on a large plate. Also, theyre online ordering leaves a lot to be desired. You cant tell them how many of a condiment you want like hot mustard. They dont even have sweet sour sauce as a choice. You have to put it in the note section and hope they get it right! I just picked up my online order and ask them at the window to make sure I had four sweet sour sauce in the guy said yes I did when I got home. I only had three. I asked for four hot mustard and I only had three. When you ask him at the drive-thru window microphone then again at the window and they get it wrong. You wonder whats wrong with her customer service or have they been told to limit the amount that you get for condiments? I got the bowl today November 12th 2023 and it didnt have very much of the main item on top! The quality of the food is always been good, but Im not excited about the customer service or the portion sizes anymore! I used to go there twice a week because Im 80 years old and dont like to cook anymore. But now I just go there when theres some kind of deal. Like today there was a BOGO for a bowl. When you send in a complaint they send you an email back with a coupon for an extra side but you have to buy a two side plate to get it! The family that owns Panda inn and Panda Express just bought a 42 million building in Pasadena next to where theyre rebuilding the original Panda inn! So we as customers are paying for it by getting smaller portions!

The food was good as always, but that is not what this one star review is about. Last week I witnessed a racist event that has made me decide that I do not want to visit this location again.While I was in the restaurant, I heard a cook (Hispanic, stocky, middle-aged) repeatedly call a black co-worker a monkey from across the restaurant in front of both the staff and a few customers. It was obvious that he was referring to this specific coworker because he was looking at the young man as he was sitting down on his break.At the time, I was shocked that it was actually happening, and sadly didnt say anything. As a black man myself, it is sad to see others treated as subhuman by their own coworkers due to the color of their skin. The chances of this being an isolated event are small, which leads me to believe that this is a restaurant where the management does not care if the workplace culture encourages racism or harassment.I hope that this review inspires management to take action in preventing future events like this from taking place.

This is a panda location with a drive thru that shares a parking lot with Costco. If that doesnt scare you off...The staff were friendly but not as attentive as they would have been without the drive thru aspect. There was a hectic quality to the place that I could only assume was a result of having to deal with customers from all sides. They definitely earn their wages.Food was great, staff were friendly as is usually the case with Panda. Location wise... Im unlikely to go back just because I hate navigating streets within two blocks of a Costco.

The food was okay. It’s hit and miss with Panda Express, I have had inconsistent experiences with the taste of the food. Due to being short staffed they are piloting an automated ordering process, which is frustrating. You end up having to speak to a real person to get your order right.

Its been a while since Ive been to a Panda Express. As always their food is great. The employees are all cheerful. They ran out of fried rice, she said itll be about 5 minutes, she apologized and asked me if I wanted to wait, I told her no problem. While I was waiting she apologized again and I told her not to worry. I thought that was kind her. She really went out of her way to make sure everything was still alright and then she offered me a complimentary soda of my choice from the soda machine. I got this feeling that everybody that worked there would go out of their way to make you happy. I would not have any problem recommending this place or going back again.

Food in the kitchen is always perfect and the rest of the staff is doing their best, the same cannot be said for one of the cashiers there. Rebecca is unprofessional and cannot stand up to the everyday stress that comes with any job. If she wishes to keep loyal costomers like myself she should practice her non existant customer service skills to avoid losing anymore business from people such as me (who will be going elsewhere unfortunately).

It was just before 5 pm. There is no line. Only one car in the drive through. Walk up and there is no rice?? There was only a couple diners in. Why was there no rice right before the dinner rush? So after waiting for the rice to cook, I see the guy put chicken on top then scoop some off my bowl. Drive home to finally enjoy my meal...or so I thought. After the employee asked me do you want the teriyaki sauce on top, I said yes, he doesnt do it. So, I have to drive back to the store. No one cares at this Panda Express. The guy just handed me a cup with sauce and says sorry, then walks away. Ive been to this Panda Express many times and 9 times out of 10 there is an issue. How is this place still in business. I keep giving them another chance, but they keep giving me bad experiences, consistently. At least the food was still hot.

I used to come more often.Im editing my review since last time I ate panda... today I got broccoli beef, orange chicken, fried rice and chow main.Well, its sad to say... taste hasnt improved, and rice today was with no salt at all (I dont have lot of salt on my food, in fact at home I use very little and have a sensitive taste for salty food, but today my rice had NO salt at all and I wont mention any more the quality.Another thing is that bothering asking for money, if panda really want to help I want to know what or how much is pitching in a side our donations????I donate other ways (I wont say so I wont brag) but its envarasing that I have to say no to donate my change.

Never order drive thru.Panda is known for charging a lot and not putting enough on your plate. Go inside and tell them what you want.I ordered rice with kung pao chicken and gtilled teriyaki chicken.I literally got 3 pcs of grilled teriyaki chicken (with no teriyaki sauce) i guess unless you tell them they dont put teriyaki sauce on it and nether they ask if you want?Cmon man? Apparently the posted hours of operation are at the whim of the workers. The sign says the drive thru opens at 10:00 AM. We drove thru at 10:15 and sat there for at least 5 minutes. Nobody came over the loudspeaker to take our order. We saw workers inside the restaurant, who also saw us. Finally my husband gestured with palms up, you open?. One of the workers inside the restaurant shook their head no, so we left. Dont know if the manager is aware that customers are being sent away. If the manager does know, thats even worse. Never will go back to that location.

Most times I dont rate chain restaurants because they are usually all the same. This Panda Express is different. First the store was incredibly clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. Secondly, they had a full selection of food, not one empty spot. Third the food was very fresh, my food seemed like it was just cooked right then. Again this Panda Express standsout. This place doesnt even deserve a one star!! Food was horrible. Wrong order piled on the rice and noodles to cover our sides ordered broccoli beef and only had one piece of beef and two broccoli. Order kung pao chicken and instead they gave me string beans with one piece of chicken and string beans were cold. If you go thru drive thru guess they dont care cause we cant see what their putting in our order. Bad service. Called to complain if she was a good manager she would be on top of things!!!!!! I did the on line order for the first time. My food was hot and ready when I arrived. I got the honey walnut shrimp (yummy) and the new spicy chicken strips, they were ok but would not order again. They reminded me of shake and bake chicken. Woththeon line order I was disappointed that they did not have the Passion Mango ice tea as an option so I ordered it when I got there. The cashier said to put a special request in options to order the drink and provide an empty cup. Every Panda I go to has this tea so not sure why it is not on the app as an option.

EXCELLENT!First time visiting this location and was impressed with the service, good portions of food and cleanliness.My last Panda Express visit was in Monterey Park where I wasnt impressed with much from that location.At this location in Glendora, it was just the opposite. The employees were super nice and the food portions were generous. Since I love good food and fantastic service, this has the potential to become a favorite.Everything went so well here that I will have to visit again. If everything was as good as todays visit, this may become my go to for Panda Express.Overall an A+ establishment and highly recommended.

The sides are so small that you cant share with any family member. The third side option comes in a little side box that looks like the size of a childs toy. They do give plenty of rice and noodles as a filler. The drive through is a great option, probably the only reason why I keep coming by.

I was craving sweet and sour chicken and ramen noodles. I went to the drive thru and asked the girl do they have sweet and sour chicken she said yes so I proceed with my order sweet and sour chicken honey walnut shrimp and half and half rice and chow mein noodles. I go to pay and specifically asked the girl did they put the sweet and sour sauce on the chicken or on the side, she says on the chicken but let me give you an extra one just in case. I get home and I have the shrimp but theres some gross chicken with onion and red bell pepper and I hate bell pepper instead of sweet and sour chicken, and my half and half Rice and Noodles was maybe 3 bites of noodles and all rice that was still half raw. I call and ask for the manager and the young girl that answers the phone goes to look for the manager and comes back and states that they are on break can I call back in 5 minutes. She then proceeds to ask me half a dozen times if I want to give my name and they will give me a free plate the next time I come by if thats what your wanting. Really? I told her no that is not what Im wanting and the last time she said that I had to tell her that I can afford to buy my own food. RUDENESS! This is the worst customer service at this place.

I used to be a regular at Panda Express, but this restaurant changed it all. Being the only Chinese fast food alternative close to work, I tried it twice and had a really bad experience both times.The first time the rice was dry and had tasted like it had been sitting there for a while. I decided to give it another try but the second time was actually much worse. Apart from the Kung Pao chicken being tasteless, the chicken in the String Bean Chicken was actually raw. I dont know if it was just my luck but I am not going to it again especially with this specific restaurant.I used to be a regular at Panda Express, but this experience has changed that. The last time I was in a(nother) Panda Express, it was almost a year ago.
