I like Panda Express. Been going for years. Tasty, great price. Lots of choices, fast service. Yes I know the salt content is not healthy for me. I havent been for a few years and just started going again. I have never gotten sick here, its clean, never had a bad meal. Im in a new town now and its exactly the same. Two thumbs up. 3 stars on atmosphere, you dont go to PE for atmosphere. Its fine for what it is.

Consistently maintains a clean facility. Excellent entree presentation and food tastes as good as it looks. Easy to free park and onsite service is fast and accommodating. On this date I had the Chef’s Special - chicken breast meat with veggies and fried rice.

Really disappointed with this Panda Express!Usually Panda Express serves fresh beautiful looking and tasting food.This is now my 3rd time to this location and their noodles have old rotten cabbage, celery and onions that you can see the decomposition on the food.Its obvious the staff or management does not care about the quality of food being served to their customers.Would NOT recommend this location.Its a bit of a drive but San Clemente Panda Express does a much better job!

It is a waste that there are three people working in front and not doing their job properly.Literally, there was a person who did not move and was just stunned without doing anything.It is frustrating that the place does not do its name justice because of Express it only has the name.My order had a wait of 15 minutes more than the agreed time.Terrible place to take food home.NEVER COME AGAIN!!!!

I was curious about the beyond orange chicken but I didnt originally get it. At the cashier I was asked it that was all, and I told him I was curious about the beyond entree. They told me just for a bit extra, a bigger plate instead of just a plate I could get another protein, so I went for it, it wasnt busy so I didnt worry. The older gentleman behind me was curious also so I allowed him to try a bite of the beyond chicken, something that made me happy to share. After having the full portion I can review saying it tasted very much like the orange chicken, however without the distinctive crunch satisfaction I get from regular orange chicken + the premium price I dont think Id get it again, until those are adjusted at least.

BE AWARE. Workers come in and order 22 plates while we wait, any orders over 8 plates should be called in ahead of time. Poor business to make walk ins stand and wait for Over 20 minutes to order A plate..Not going back!

The honey walnut shrimp was no good my daughters been throwing up all night and I had teriyaki chicken with brown rice and vegetables and the teriyaki chicken was no good. I can taste the sourness in my mouth every time I burp. The old food that they have in the bowls they just mix it with the fresh food that they bring out and they should just toss it out so no one gets food poisoning. Restaurants need to start being held accountable for when people get food poisoning. Go somewhere else and eat dont go to this Panda Express.

I eat A LOT of Panda Express. It doesnt matter if its the lunch rush, a holiday, or 30 minutes to close, this location is always on their A game.They are always willing to make it for you fresh, usually before you even have to ask. They have been consistent, high quality and super friendly. Love this location and will continue coming at least one a week!

Have a small family birthday celebration for my daughter. I ordered the catering a week ago for pick-up at this location. Got to Panda Express and they had not even started my order. I had to wait 25 minutes to get the catering order. Bad customer experience.

We came in really late about 30 minutes before closing on Saturday March 10th 2018 and the lady working made our night! She made sure our food was made fresh to order and didn’t want to serve us the one that had been sitting there. I wanted cream cheese rangoons and there weren’t any left and she went out of her way to ask the cooks to please make some more. She was very generous and so was all the staff who so kindly accommodated us. Best service I’ve had at a Panda Express. Will definitely be returning

After order and taking payment, they said they didnt have items, wait a few minutes. After 15 minutes I asked for a refund, then they offered to swap items. I said now too cold. Then they said, they dont do refunds. Wow. In 3 days, after it goes to corporate, it will come. Bad service

Consistently good for fast food. They put everything out in small batches so it doesnt stay out too long. They keep the line moving so you dont wait long even during rush hour. Great for after work or when were in a hurry.

People are friendly and service is quick. However, one thing to keep in mind: the closer you arrive to closing time the higher the chances of the food having say there for a while.Theres no escaping the fact that the food is fresher during the rushes.

A couple in front me asked for brown rice, and server said she was out. The cook in the back told her he had some ready in Spanish and she ignored him and just smiled. I asked her so no brown rice?, And cook again said some was ready. She told him in Spanish something like not now..so I asked HIM if he had brown rice ready and he nodded yes. Server a bit disgusted and gave me brown rice. Cashier caught on and gave couple in front of me a box of it. Foods great..place needs better management. Train the cook and cashier to manage..retrain server the basics.

They said will be ready in 10 minutes, meanwhile every walking got their order while mine was not even started, after 45 minutes my order was finally ready, so much for ordering online so I dont have to wait.
