I rarely ever go to Panda Express but was impressed with the cleanliness and service here… Quite modern decor, as well. I loved the fact they had real tea, too (that’s massive for me)! I did think the portions seemed kind of small and that seems to jive with many reviewers. Being from Canada where everything costs way more, the value was still there for me.

This panda express has the best service and best hospitality by far than any panda express! Jorge runs his team well! I come here a lot... but today let me tell you, the food they made today the chicken was on point!!!! The green beans were nice and crisp and the chicken was big pieces and not stringy or weirdly like, and they also listened to my request on no zucchini and onions please! Request. So I was overly satisfied with my order today! Thank you Jorge and your team!!! Your team is fast and efficient and 5 people within 20 seconds asked me what I needed!!! Thats really top tier service!!! They are all friendly and run the establishment well! The cooks in the back especially the big one sets the tone for the kitchen! Its lets the customers know the food is gonna be on point but dont be acting suspicious in here type vibe.

Food horrible! COLD and old!! If it was the right food, it would make it better. But, I dont know what this is, but its not orange chicken. I asked for chop sticks, teriyaki ans Sweet and sour. Got neither! While I LOVE Panda, I will make a special note to NEVER order from this location again! The delivery was just as horrible!

Ive been to this location a few times and never had any issues until today. I got an Orange Chicken bowl with fried rice. As you can see from the photo the rice was burnt. I noticed the rice looked darker than usual but when I removed the lid I then discovered (hidden) under the chicken more burnt rice. Not cool in my book. What a shame Panda Express would serve burnt food and then try to hide it 👎

Food quality is well maintained. Ingredients was fresh. Plenty of items to choose from healthy to sinful guilt. Affordable and good portion. Clean establishment. Gets crowded. Al fresco sitting needs some shades. It can get really hot.

The service was fine, nothing special. Cleanliness couldve been improved but it wasnt that bad. Why it gets 3 stars is they were not only out of several entrée items but when I asked if they were going to make more of a certain item I was told no not now. Which is crazy because it is on the menu and there was an empty serving dish but I was denied the item. Usually I dont mind waiting for what I want. Oh well I wont come here again.

Ordered a mobile order, was really difficult to find and then was super crowded (not their fault) due to this I didnt check the order until I was in my car. I was missing 2 sides. Looking over the meals everything was extremely skimpy portions, my daughters kids meal literally had like 4 pieces of teriyaki. It was just sad to look at. The order was wrong, besides missing the 2 sides. The food was very overcooked and dry. No utensils, or cookie that kids meal was supposed to come with. One mistake I understand but this was just a mess. Hopefully they get it together cause my family was still hungry since we were missing a good portion of our food and its too far and too much hassle to go all the way back.

We got take out from this location for the first time today and it was…not good. The chow mein was underflavored and really soggy, with too much cabbage and celery and not enough noodle. The beef and broccoli was barely sauced and tasted like steamed broccoli and unseasoned meat. The cream cheese rangoons were also soggy and bland, with a really weird eggy texture to the inside. I left my food half uneaten.

Salem the girl that puts the food into containers ripped me off the right portion of food. I ordered the bigger plate and 1 large side of chow mein. She served my side portions which were terriyaki chicken and green veggies in these tiny little cardboard containers. Looked like you only get like 4 pieces of broccoli...I was so upset as i wanted chow mein today. I gave the bag back and told them give me my money back...Go somewhere else i do not recommend this particular panda express. Go to a real authentic Chinese restaurant the portions will be the right amount.

Fast line despite being packed. However, the tables are poorly cleaned. The table wiper was using a damp cloth (perhaps dipped only in water) with no soap or sanitizing solution. The table I sat at had clumps of rice here and there and was sticky to the touch. A table should be wiped using a cloth dipped in hot soapy water followed by a cloth dipped in cold diluted sanitizing solution.

Of the pandas that I collect orders, he is the only one that always takes time to have or give you the orders, the truth is, and the attention is not that good. Panda Express newly opened at The Block mall!It was crowded with many guests.I like the Kung Pao Chicken the best here. The Orange Chicken is also delicious.If there is one thing I regretHe looks Chinese, but is he the owner?It was disappointing that the service was done with a very blunt and unfriendly expression, and it was disappointing that the tables were not quickly cleaned and checked up.
