I came like 9:20pm and they are about to close. The food quality is not above average. One of the staff told me they are gonna give me discount and then something went to their eyes. And then the staff who scooped me food worked as a cashier. And they gave me 10% DISCOUNT. I can’t believe it. They are so GENEROUS!

On my recent visit to Panda Express on Mission College Blvd in Santa Clara, I used my coupon that I received for doing a survey on my last visit there. The coupon was for a Free Small Entree with a purchase of a 2-entree plate. Which is exactly what I bought. One of my entree items that I picked for this free entree was the Honey Walnut Shrimp which I think is great and like to get as a small treat sometimes. In the fine print of the coupon, it states that there is No additional charge for premium entree. Which is why I even added on the Honey Walnut Shrimp to begin with. Upon checking out I was telling the lady at the register that I was going to use the coupon. She scanned it and assured me everything was correct. Before I walked out I reviewed the receipt and saw that I was still being charged the $1.25 for the premium item. After a lot of back and forth with the cashier and this other person she called over, I ended up being told that it doesnt work that way despite it clearly written on the coupon.This marketing of the coupon is deceitful and while the amount of money it cost me really isnt a lot, its the principle of it that annoys me. Your team promised a gift of free small entree, but then didnt honor the fine print you yourself wrote onto it.Also their portion sizes are smaller than other Panda Expresses Ive gone to.

This doesnt make sense at all the only restaurant ask for a donation it feel like I been being harrased and obligated to buy something to eat instead of enjoying my meal. One of the chinese lady ask fo donation and have attitude I told her no thanks I already donated to a homeless person and she did not give me my change back and she walk away with an attitude. Since then I promise my self to never put a step on this panda rocket restaurant.

Itll do for sustenance, but it does not meet up to the standards of Panda Express that Ive visited in different states across the country. Service is barely there, and the food quality is definitely below average. Like others have mentioned, the portions are very small, but other Panda Express locations in California havent given me this shrinkflation portion.

We order 3 bigger plates. Orange chicken was salty with a soy sauce flavor. Lady at counter did not replace my order when I brought it up to their attention. I feel they could of refunded me for a side order or replaced my food with another item. Very disappointing. And the ladies working there do not speak well english and very rude to speak their language in front of me. Natalie is manager other person is Mick that I spoke too. I requested my money back for 2 items of Teryaki. They finally gave me credit for 1 plate.

Out of the 5-6 panda express in the south bay, this is by far the cheapest one.Their portions are really small compared to all the other ones. (If you read the last 12 reviews 2/3 of the low reviews are regarding portions.The quality is definitely below par compared to other locations. The vegetables are under cooked or over cooked, the food taste it dry.Whether or not this is franchise, it should not operate if it cannot keep up with the rest of the other panda express.I would not recommend to buy food from this location.

Very rude cashier at the Mission College location. She started yelling because she gave a customer the incorrect order herself. It’s not the customers responsibility or fault. She didn’t even apologize. This location needs to be organized and train on how to provide customer service. Very disappointing.

This was never restaurant quality food but was decent for fast food. However this past couple of times Ive had panda express food quality is not there at all. Everything tastes like its been sitting for a while. Looks like they got rid of Spanish cooks not sure if that has anything to do with it. Since they hired new cooking staff food has gone down the drain.

Such friendly workers and delicious food! My first time ever eating at one of these. Wanted something healthy(ish) so I went with the grilled chicken and brown rice. The chicken was perfectly cooked. Zero dryness. Overall, I was worried about the saltiness being that this is fast food, but I felt like it was perfect? Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Will be back!

As a regular to Panda Express, I understand their delays and struggles as they get absolutely swamped with patrons. Something I never expected was that in the midst of the lunch rush they have to fix their stoves meaning they cant cook. At least if you know there is something awry, you can let your customers know before they order. After 30 minutes of waiting I finally got my order.

I ate there with my fiance who cannot tolerate MSG. There was quite an assortment of dishes and my favorite is the spicy eggplant tofu. It was being cooked while I waited and it was delicious. It must have been just before showtime since there was a mob of customers. The cashier was pleasant, she smiled (as I smile too) and the servers were efficient. Obviously this is fast food, not a 5-star expensive restaurant. The booths were clean and my friend did not get sick.

The restaurant is always clean with courteous servers and its fantastic to watch the cooks at the woks. The vegetables are fresh and can be seen through the clear door refrigerators. This is supposed to be a fast food place, but for some reason they continue to be greedy when it comes to serving the food... they continue to give you less and less food. I used to buy the family feast and they would just fill up the thing without even trying to accommodate it in a way so that they could put more food... Parking is so annoying here. There are way too many people and its impossible to ever get a spot anywhere close to where you want to be. The Panda itself was fine. Very fast service and everyone thanks you if you donate a little bit when you buy your food. They were out of chow mein when I ordered, but were making more. No one seems to get the fried rice.

This location is PAINFULLY SLOW!! Went during lunch time today, a weekday, and waited 20 min before even requesting my food. They have only one guy handling the food, another at the register, two cooks, a lady walking around, and a lady in the back cleaning vegetables.I understand being short handed, but this location serves retail, businesses, and a movie theater, so fast service is required. Youll waste your lunch time here.The manager should check out the Valley Fair location, they are fast.

Server Justin there was very rude. He seemed in a very bad mood. The portion he gave us for a side was almost half of what I usually get at any other Panda franchise. He didnt pack extra entree properly and dropped it while packing. Responded rudely when we asked for fortune cookies. My expectation was that Panda trains its employees to keep their personal biases and mood swings at home and behave in a standardized fashion! This was never a good branch, but after the lockdown it has gotten worse. We have been to this location 3 times since the lock down started and we have noticed that the portions have been greatly reduced. If you ask for sauce you will not get it. And today I was told they will no longer be accepting cash, only card. I asked why, why they dont have a sign, and when did this start. I got no answer. Idk if this is true for all their stores but I know for sure I am never going back to this one.

They didnt serve a good portion of chow mein (pasta) and as soon as we arrived an employee yelled at us saying that we couldnt bring in pets. It seems disrespectful to me to have yelled at us and barely even placed our order.
