Panda Express in Santa Ana

The food is always great. Theyve gotten my order wrong once, but they were happy to fix it and didnt argue or make it a hassle for me to get the mistake fixed. The line workers are fast and attentive; easily my favorite panda express to go to.I LOVE the new panda-crafted drinks too. I wish I could get a bigger size.

Came here only because my favorite Chinese food was already closed. I hadnt had panda express in a long time. I came here around 930pm. There was only 2 customers besides myself. They were out of most of the food because it is late at night. So i totally understood. I asked for shrimp and they told me it would take around 15 minutes. I told them i didnt mind waiting. So I waited the 15 minutes. The workers were nice and apologized for the wait but i was ok with it because they had told me i would have to wait if i wanted shrimp. They gave me extra shrimp but they forgot to give me my 3rd item. I dont blame them they were busy and they were nice. I give this place 3 stars because of the price and taste. I would come here again only if my favorite Chinese place is closed.

Everyone is super helpful. The ladies are just amazing while serving, the food is awesome. I wish I could have the same service here in New York. California Panda is way different. Thank you all.

I hadnt ate here in probably 10 years. I was surprised at how well everything tasted. I had orange chicken with fried rice. I also had some cream cheese rangoons. I wish they had crab rangoons, as I would be willing to pay extra.

I’m only giving 1 star since that’s the lowest possible rating, 0 isn’t an option. I placed an order through DoorDash for a bowl with Broccoli Beef, and I was so disappointed to see that there was literally one bite of meat throughout l the whole bowl. Now that’s just carelessness. Pretty upset that I paid for a bowl of noodles and broccoli. To make things worse, when I called the store to inform the manager, (Jose, the manager on duty), simply said Thank you and immediately hung up the phone on me without even so much as offering an apology, very unprofessional. I’m not sure why I expected anything different. We’re paying fast good workers as much as people that go to school to learn trades and they can’t even scoop food into a container properly? Super disappointed with the quality of the food (also, egg rolls were mushy) and the customer service was terrible!!! 0 stars from me.! Don’t recommend and will never return 👎

Absolutely skimps. I paid almost $40 for a half portion of orange chicken and 3 shrimps. Complete waste of money, never coming back and I’d suggest for everyone thinking about coming here to really think if it’s worth it.

Its a decent Panda... When I went in I was in a rush, I saw a big line ahead of me and almost wanted to leave. They were very fast an efficient and they were able to get me out of there with my order correct in less than 10 min. Great job!

I’m disappointed the foods usually ok but the service is a let down - apparently they close sometime before 9:47pm when it says online and on their door that their drive thru closes at 10… today is Friday, March 31, 2023. There’s employees inside but I was ignored at the speaker and at the drive thru window… CHANGE YOUR HOURS ONLINE THEN!

Joanna has the best customer service I love coming here always clean and fast . Food was delicious and if you do a survey you get something for free

I believe this is under new management. The food quality is very good. Customer Service is almost a 10. Why? Although it looks like it was a full staff. A couple of them were standing by not being useful. Or maybe on break? This place is kept very clean! Including the bathroom. I recommend this Panda 🐼 Express with a satisfying two thumbs.
