Never write reviews but Worst bowl of orange chicken and chow-mein I’ve gotten in my life, I’m legit traumatized to get panda again, orange chicken didn’t even taste like chicken and had an awful taste nothing like the original orange chicken I’ve gotten in the past… do not recommend anyone to come to this panda.. worst 10 bucks I’ve spent in my life.

I know like most fast food places, customer experience is a mixed bag and I have had not so great experiences at other Panda Expresses but the kids like the food so what can I do... lol. When things go well or people are actually pleasant, it is only fair to share positive experiences as well. Weve been to this location a couple of times and I have to say the team has been professional, efficient, communicative and pleasant. Everyone seems to know what they are supposed to do, work well together, food preparation is great (relatively speaking) and the location is clean - things that one cannot take for granted these days. I hope corporate shares positive ratings as well as the less positive ones with the local staff as they were particularly appreciated today.

I asked more beef than broccoli as always I do in every Panda Express that I go, for the first I asked it for the black T-shirt staff, and she gave this, and she told if I want more I need to pay extra… that’s unbelievable. It’s just a simple request… I’m sad for this service. All the red T-shirt staff are very helpful.

Went to this location for a thanks giving meal. Try something different then traditional, we got a 2 pc combo, with a LG side.Chow mein dbl. And grilled teriyaki chicken dbl, 1 x large entree, 1 x chicken egg roll.Everything was burned, we all were hungry and just tried to eat it, we all ended up getting sick. Possibly food poisoning!!, my wife is still not feeling well. 6 days later. Just see the photo... it does speak for itself.Definitely not recommending this location!I reached out to customer support regarding my experience. I never got any response, so I searched for the phone number for customer support, I just spoke to them and they are issuing a full refund. I am posting review so this doesnt happen to others. Also hoping this review causes the establishment too correct and resolve this issue with the quality of food.

They have a 2 entree promotion which includes a free drink for $11.60 USD. Upon paying for the food, the cashier whose name is Louis refused to give me the drink. Louis claimed I had to say I want to pay the promotion and get my free drink before making the payment.

My son and I visited Panda Express for lunch recently. There was no wait to order, and all the food in the display looked fresh and delicious. Between the two of us we ordered green bean chicken, black pepper chicken, honey sesame chicken, and Beijing beef. We both ordered fried rice as the side dish. The food was all hot and delicious. The vegetables in the entrees were not overcooked and mushy. The counter servers were friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant was clean and casual. I appreciated that one of their staff was actively at work keeping the tables cleared and the floor clean. Ive been to too many counter-service restaurants in which a clean table is difficult to find, but that was not the case at Panda Express. So, our experience at this restaurant was great and I look forward to returning.

Customers understand that holiday hours are different but there was an incident with this restaurant that had a family dinning in the restaurant already inside and my familywent to open the lobby door but noticed a sign that said lobby was closed so we thought nothing of it and decided to go through the drive thru. Then we saw another family that thought it was open and saw the sign. Then an employee went up to the door, us thinking she will let us know it was closed or let us in but instead she ripped the sign from the door and Skipped back to the counter. As if she was making fun of us. Skipping back to the counter. We did not feel good about that at all. I told them to turn off their lobby’s OPEN sign from the outside. We got our food from the drive through. I am writing this review in real time and our drive thru server was Joy M, I am unsure if it was Joy but the employee ripping the sign and skipping was very rude, it might of been Joy but if it wasn’t they had the same shift as them. Please encourage your employees to be more respectful of the customers and more verbal. We saw the sign and understood it but why did she rip it ? It was very confusing and skipping back ? Why was that necessary? I appreciate your employees working on holidays and appreciate the time to whoever reads this review.Thank you

Great customer service. Like I have not had in a long time. Wish I would have remembered name tags because the two girls running the front had it running. This is the way my wife handles people in her job (market) with attention and respect, and the customers come back all the time. Will go back for the great service, food is good we all know. I love Panda Express food but the last two times have been messed up. The first recent time, they forgot to gove me sauce for my teryaki chicken and the second time, I came thru drive thru, was asked to pull around front and wait for my food for 5 minutes. It took 20 minutes, and no one came so I had to go in and see what was going on. It was inconvenient when I have 2 little kids in the car and felt forgot about. I like their food but the service is not as good as it used to be. Luckily, the taste and quality of the food was still fresh and good.

Amazing place, always a employee cleaning the tables after customers leave, and as a Ubereats drive I never wait long for the food Im picking up. If I do wait the employees will offer me a free drink for the wait and I truly appreciate that in these big name businesses. 10/10 always enjoy coming here.

Ordered on Grubhub, drove thru to pick it up. This lady (black or Latina, hard to tell ) was absolute rude. Even with the bad service, I still said thank you, but no response. How about a No Problem or Youre welcome!? Couldnt even do very basic customer service thing. Saw a lot bad service reviews for this place, I will not return to Panda express this location again. Id rather get a quick bite at Starbucks. You guys should really learn your next door Starbucks, how they treat their customers, Otherwise you will keep losing customers.

Been here a few times, for the most part my items go missing and it doesn’t make it worth driving back. But this time it was royally messed up to the point that I made time to write a review. Order was simple and I was willing to wait for the Broccoli beef, I ordered1 Bigger plate- Chow Mein- Orange Chicken- Grilled chicken- Kung Pao Chicken1 Bigger plate- Half and Half- Orange Chicken- Broccoli Beef- Grilled ChickenGot home to two plates, 1 with Chow Mein and Kung pao, the other with Half and Half and some grilled chicken. 1 small box with Orange Chicken in it and 1 SMALL BOX INSIDE A BIG BOX WITH ORANGE CHICKEN. I never felt so played out from a drive through order. I paid $39 and the only thing they got right was my kids Bowl with Broccoli beef. . . The receipt is quite clear. . . Definitely an unforgettable experience.

This location never has items on the menu available (specifically the honey sesame chicken) I go to Panda almost 3 times a week but this location is ALWAYS low on something. On a side note, they dont bother to remove unavailable items via drive thru picture display. They just leave it. The only way to know is via online order (FYI, thats rarely available at the expected time as well) Management, step up your logistics!

I went through drive through at 930pm. They close at 10pm. They were nice enough to make fresh all the orders I wanted, but had to wait 20 minutes, and it was a bit oily. Ive been here several other times when food was better and less oily, but it was still delicious. I love Panda Express.

Terrible. Not generous on portion size all. The gentleman in front of me complained that the portion size was too little, server said,sorry, thats the size. My portion was also very meager.As I paid for my meal, the cashier was messing with the a dirty plugged steam tray water. Her hands were wet, then she put my food in the bag without sanitizing her hands.Gross!After paying for my meal and drink, I went to get diet soda. The only diet soda was out of service. On a Friday night they should run two registers. Since they only staff the place to have in person on register, we, the customers, end up with our order sitting on their metal shelf, waiting and getting cold while waiting for the nine customers in front of you to get rung up.And, while I appreciate their being busy and working on serving customers quickly, it is a turn off to see your good slung around (they toss your chicken- it misses the food container, lands on their metal shelf and they pick it up and sling it back in)

While the service was great, sadly the food was such a disappointment. I ordered a plate with half chow mein and half fried rice, black pepper chicken, and beef and broccoli. The only decent food on my plate was the chow mein. The fried rice was old and dry. The black pepper chicken was over seasoned that it was hard to eat. And the beef and broccoli was old and gross that I gagged when I tried to eat it. Such a bummer because Panda Express is usually a good place to eat.

Do not eat at this location and stay away! We were given the incorrect item and brought it back with the employee holding the container over the trash and scooping out the wrong food item and replacing it with the same container after it went beyond the counter. Complete health code violation. Panda is not meant for drive through and should discontinue that service. The manager on duty did not have any control of the location!

Overall this location had done ok. Over the last few years service has been up and down lately has been ok. Today however was an odd but discouraging experience. Got a kids meal and paid the upcharge for shrimp, they filled not even 1/3 of the kids box compartment with the food and when asked we were told they are allowed to serve 4 small shrimp only. Why in the world are is there an upcharge if you are going to serve such a small amount. We also got another kids meal and that item filled the compartment and more. We then watched people getting normal serving sizes of shrimp in regular boxes and bowls (filling the compartment) and very clearly not counting. If you want to reduce the portion size, then dont upcharge! Silly.This is the type of being overly stingy that just upsets customers and can lose customers. Our experience at other locations has not been like this.

Anytime i ever order Chinese food i always get big servings that are well worth the money. Went there on a Sunday, at least 25 minutes before closing time, but they were already closed. Website says theyre open until 10:00pm, but doors were locked when i got there, they were also already cleaning the place, and nobody working there cared to open. Please, update your store hours on Panda Express website, on your store hour list near the front door and on Google. Waste of time would not recommend this place.

Food was nasty an they have bad customer service specialist at the drive-thru I had to order some food and the girl only put three pieces of orange chicken and my bow so when I got home I was very upset the rice was horrible it was hard I was very upset I like Panda Express on the Eastside of Lancaster and avenue j their customer service is way better than these people on the westside of Lancaster they would never get my service again
