Panda Express in Brentwood

Eh Ive had better,my chicken teriyaki was burnt and major portion of it was inedible because of the carbon bark. I did an online order to-go and this was what I was presented with. Disappointed they knowingly served food at that state.😞

I absolutely love Panda Express and I’ve never had a bad experience except for this 1 location! Brand new building is beautiful and the drive thru is super convenient! The staff was really nice and fast. The food was horrible! The chow mein was dry and bland. The rice tasted like it had sat out for a long time. The orange chicken and sweet fire chicken were both very tough to eat. All the food tasted old and not even hot and fresh at all. I would not recommend getting food from here, go to the Lone Tree one, it’s always perfect!

I was pleasantly surprised to see that everything is fresh and made right in front of the customers. I tried to get a picture of their fresh cut up items in the refrigerator but it was in the back by the cooks and sort of sideways to me. I will post the picture and you can trust me that everything in there was freshly cut and about to go into the food being served.I was also pleasantly surprised at the prices. I split a plate with my husband and it was only $10.49. It was plenty of food! They give generous servings!I will definitely be back!

Dont go to this location they dont cook their food properly. I wish I can post pictures of what my chicken looked like it was disgusting. I was very upset that we has to throw must of our food away. They also got our online order wrong as well which was frustrating. I was very disappointed and will not go back. I recommend going to Balfour or a different location if you want Panda. They need to retrain the entire staff.

Food was cold, portions are really unbalanced (more vegetables than meat), and service is really slow. They also had a food backup because it wasnt ready and made us wait. Workers were REALLY rude with whatever interaction we had with them, but the restaurant itself is clean.

Love the bowl version of Orange Chicken. Asked for less rice, and it happened. Less to eat when one is not too hungry!

Pandas Express is a Asian Influenced fast food restaurant that you can order a small plate or a bowl, the food is really good and the staff is friendly, they serve tofu, vegetables, and other dishes that would meet the taste buds of everyone looking for a vegetarian meal

Disappointed with the service. Left food standing for 10 min and cold. Ask the staff, was rude about it they gave more priority to door dash and Uber eats orders. Won’t come to this particular Panda ever again. Not cool!

The food is pretty good for a fast food restaurant. The portions are a nice size for the price.

Their portion are super little but they raised their prices.
