My wife and I enjoy eating Panda Express for many years especially their orange chicken that started a craze and spead to others Chinese restaurants. We think Panda Express use the best ingredients like fresh vegetables and good quality meats like beef,chicken and shrimp. One thing we like best when have a new item for a limited time they also create new recipes to show their culinary experience. We have been to different Panda Express in different cities but this one because the food is season well cooked with full flavors of the ingredients.

Been here many times and it has always been a wonderful experience. The food is always fresh every time i come i get lucky worh freshly cooked chowmain and teriyaki chicken and orange chicken. They never forget the fortune cookies and the best bang for your buck is the family meal, it saves me money vs buying my wife and kids the same exact meal in different sizes. You can serve your self as much as you want with the family meal which literally feeds 5 of us. This place is a solid 5 stars across the board.

Food is always great. My problem is on delivery orders I never get Soy Sauce. Today I even noted for them to send utensils and extra, extra soy sauce. Again, I got nothing. When you order inside or pick up they give soy sauce. What’s the problem?EDIT: I went to put a review, and found my previous one. My complaint is exactly the same. This isn’t the first time I ordered since my last review, but they continue to not give soy sauce in their orders. It had gotten to the point that I just purchase my own, but unfortunately I ran out. Recently got food from here for UberEats and wasn’t happy with how my food was put together. I got a big plate and a regular size plate both plates had the same amount of food. I ordered orange chicken and was left with some tofu with a different sauce instead . I understand that you may not have enough food for online orders but you still need prioritize our food as well considering we already played for it. Thank you I love your food 🤟🏼

Standard Panda menu. Consistent with other Panda restaurants, reliable good food presented in buffet style. You can go in knowing you wont be disappointed with the quality. I wouldnt call the food traditional Chinese, its Americanized but still satisfying. If you want traditional and original Chinese food, go somewhere else. Still, a great place for lunch.

I went by on a weekday around 7pm not to crowded so I decided to stop. I had 2 people ahead of me, small order and a big order. What got me mad was that they didn’t have a good portion ready and then instead of finishing the whole pot she told us it would be a 12 min wait for more, however she still had plenty left and didn’t wanna serve it. I got my sons bowl with what they had and left.

Not the fault of the kid working but its not good when the store closes at 9:30 but the kitchen shuts down before 9.The manager was not helpful or friendly at all and left it up to the other staff to address the customer. Bad management skill on that girl who should not make the staff address customers asking why theres not enough food out.Store closes at 9:30... there needs to be food available until 9:30.

Horrible set up. I havent had Panda in months because of the line and today I went and wont be going back to this Panda. Waited 15 min in line to order, only 5 people in front of me and then waited almost 20 min for food. The Panda on Colorado by PCC runs quick and smooth maybe wait 5 or 10 min at most.

Great pick up options like curbside, pickup, or traditional ordering. Parking in the rear or on main road Fair Oaks.Reason for lowering stars is that there is always an issue with arriving to pickup app order.App shows 1 time and confirmation email will show another time.I end up waiting 5-10 minutes and have to walk in to ask if my order is ready.Should have intercom speaker and call out name every 3 minutes in case order was made sooner than pickup time.Lastly, any time I ask for certain items via app like chopsticks, sauces, etc. They NEVER provide it which means they do not read the note.

Time and time again this Panda Express fails to meet my expectations, that theme remained in place following this most recent visit. They cant seem to keep the food ready to where you dont have to wait. It is always chaos between walk-in orders and Pickups, and most of the time the employees seem clueless. If it wasnt for my mom liking the food here I would never come back. Mamma comes first though but that doesnt change the fact this location is horribly run.

This location is a stand alone type not in a mall or strip mall. A con is that the parking lot is kind of small. The food here has always been prepared well and like you would think for a Panda Express. This location does get busy at times so be prepared to wait. Also if you want to eat in, there arent as many seats/tables as you would think from the outside. It is kind of small. Been here to eat in and take out many times and there havent been any issues other than the ones I already stated.

My default place for a fresh Chinese food in SoPas. There are limited food to choose from, however, they are tasty and fresh.My favorite service staff (Susan, Jorge, Selena, Rita, & Dulce) are friendly, generous and competent. Often times parking gets full and its a small lot with a 9 car max capacity. It gets busy during Friday nights. Overall, PE is good Chinese American food.

The parking lot is strange here. The main entrance is from Fair Oaks, but there are only a handful of spots. I had to park on Monterey Street my first time here. I am sure you will find where to park after coming here a few times. The staff was friendly. It was a busy crowd on a Friday evening, so thats a good sign.

Horrible coustmer service.Me and my Mom went here and you know how if they dont give you a receipt they are supposed to give you a free entree but the lady refused to give me one. Also when we asked if we could get some of the pork the one girl said okay but it will take a few minutes we said okay but can we have our other food right now and if they could let us know when the other food was ready they were rude about it . Also the layout of this location is really bad the entrance leads right into the line so its very awkward when people come in. Not a place id recommend.

Ordered on Postmates and all my 3 items had something wrong with it. My bowl was suppose to be the coconut shrimp with chow mein and fried rice and they only gave me 4 shrimps and white rice. This Panda Express location is right within my city so by default is my choice for a quick stop for Chinese. The food quality here is just as good as expected and customer service is helpful and thorough. My usually order comprises of the teriyaki chicken and orange chicken with fried rice and chow mein. Theres typically a line during dinner hours. Dedicated parking is very limited so plan to park on the street, although its just right in front of the restaurant.
