Came into Panda Express ordered with the app under Michelle J. Went to pick up my order during lunch time and they didn’t have my order ready even though they texted me it was and the rice wasn’t cooked at all. I ordered fried rice and it’s all white because it’s undercooked. Can I talk to someone about this? I waited in line for a suppose ready order for uncooked food. Not to mention how HARD the orange chicken was it broke my plastic fork. Something has to be done about the cook in this location.

Worst experience I have ever had. This company is going downhill and fast.The worker ignored me, and I was standing at the station for 5 minutes while he finished mopping the kitchen. Theres about 6 workers, and none of them pay any attention.Anyways, the fried rice is dry, and the chow mein is like plastics. I had kompo chicken and teriyaki chicken, which, by the way, is a small little brest nothing like the good old days when it was juicy. It was dry, so I had to ask for the teriyaki sauce. For the first time in my 20 years, I had to ask for sauce. Yes, I ate at the original PE at Grendel Mall back in the days.The worker was out of it. And moat of all, I did not get my fortune cookie. Last time, Im going back to PE. My experience there isnt like it used to be. I hate to say it. Im over it!

Walked in at 11am, Panda opens at 9:30, and there was only 3 menu items available with no visible activity going on in the kitchen. It also seemed the server Hallie was going to have none of our needs fulfilled. We wanted to veggies rolls and was told they would not be making them at that time even though we didnt bother asking for anything else other than what was available. Hallie you need to lighten up. Horrible attitude. The Panda Express on Ramon and Gene Autry is 10x better.

She gave me an ugly look. Literally threw the food like in a garbage can. small portions: smaller than standard: just a kittle bit of entries covered with chow main like a toping. Two entries with chow mein looked like a messy one item. kept re- asking the same question over and over. She said if I complained it will bring more customers to the business. It was late I didnt want to make a show. Awful experience.

I frequent this establishment. Tonight there were several employees running around behind the counter but most of the display food bowls were empty and customers mostly weren’t being waited on. In other words, the frenetic activity wasn’t producing revenue. I walked out empty handed after waiting for service. Sad.

Went in to order and take home food. No one was in line, but was forced to wait 10 minutes while the staff prepared online orders.Panda Express treat your walk-in customers with respect or you will lose them. I won’t ever wait again at this location. Especially when the area this store is in has so many other options, excited to try one of them if this kind of experience happens again.Updated experience, went back first time i ever ordered food from a Panda Express where the fried rice was stale as if it were a day old. Not going back to this location again.

I submitted an update on the hours for this location because they are not open until 10pm every night as posted online. The store now closes every night at 9:30pm which is one less option available in Palm Springs for food during normal evening hours, especially on a weekend night. All the other locations around the valley show they are open until 10 or even 11,, so Im not sure why this location shortened its hours? #sadpanda

This Panda Express location was very clean and had plenty of seating available. There were probably 8 people in line when I arrived, but I did not have to wait long. All but one of their entree options were available and they were cooking more to fill everything up. The entrees were good, but nothing special. The rice I ordered was not was dry and undercooked with several pieces that were crunchy. Other than that the experience was good.

This place is ridiculous their service sucks. Cashier Hailey, literally bagged my food then started to ring me up, so I could pay then just stopped, to bag up 3 other orders & didnt bother to say excuse me for a minute so I can help these other people before I finish your order. This Palm Springs Sunrise location is a nightmare. 2 of the last 3 times Ive walked in they had no white steamed rice. First time it was an hours before they had any. Just now, they said 15 minutes and it took 45! How does a Chinese Fast Ford chain run out of rice so often? They also raised the price and now use a smaller container. Biodegradable, but smaller.The staff is clueless on running a successful business. Yes, theyre hiring non stop.

This was my first experience with Panda Express and I have to say that I am quite satisfied. Its also a great value for money, so dont hesitate if you like Chinese food!

Food is really good! Love the selection and value for money is great! The only annoying thing (to me) is the fact, that food is provided in one-way packing, no matter if you stay there or not.In general, there are alternatives for the packing which are a bit more environment friendly.

We have gone to the Panda Express on Sunrise and Ramone every Sunday for more than a year. Recently they raised their prices and a few weeks ago began reducing their portions dramatically. We have decided to stop going. We are going to take our business elsewhere.

I always find that the food at Panda Express is very good they make an effort to keep things fresh and make sure that they have a good selection of items. Todays visit however the staff was completely disorganized they didnt understand how to input a coupon from a barcode. They didnt have the scanner but they had the number of the barcode and out of three employees no one could seem to figure out what to do. Also my food got set aside and no one seemed to know where it was and it was right by the cashiers register anyway staff was not up to par whatsoever but the food was good very acceptable and so I will give them Four Stars based on the food had it been based on service I would have had to have given them one star

As deeply as in pains me to anything from panda express Chinese food this is one of your better options in this town. The employees however are the reason for this review. They were excellent. They took the sting out of my need for real Chinese food away with their attentiveness, attitude and helpfulness. The food is better than you would expect compared to other locations I have visited. Come to think of it avoid the other ones in town. This ones does something different, something better.. The other ones might make you ill.

This place never has food ready. Not only that, this location in particular will not cook up food before closing at all. At anytime Ive been and Im a regular customer... they dont have anything ready and the wait is long. Either the workers need to understand theyre hired to cook or get a different job. You guys just had ALOT of customers walk out over the staff not wanting to cook. Idk about you guys but take your business to the Panda on Ramon. This place doesnt appreciate its customers. Sadly to say, this is the very last time I eat at Panda Express.The lady who took my order has a bad attitude. She doesnt listen to answer you but to ask her next questions. She seem on edge which this is the wrong place to be if you dont like dealing with the public.Secondly, at least three tables I attempted to sit at were dirty, and they were not busy.Lastly, I found a bone in my food as seen in the picture. A couple weeks ago, I found a piece of plastic in my egg roll. Although I was compensated for the plastic, it is not worth my time or money.

This place is always busy which ensures the food is used up and replaced with fresh hot mandarin chinese food. I love love love the orange chicken with half chow mein and half fried rice! Also great here is the kung pao chicken which features crunchy peanuts, the broccoli beef, charbroiled chicken and spring rolls. There is a park across the street where u cam take the food to go and enjoy the beautiful desert weather. Have fun!
