2023-10-04 22:25:27Changing 5 stars to 1 star because of the horrible experience I had with an employee named “rosavilla” I work in the area and I’m here almost 2-3 times a week, I get the same plate ch-mein with double orange chicken, I was there yesterday and realized that there was a fresh batch of orange chicken coming up so I requested some of the fresh chicken, “rosavilla” comes with an attitude rolls her eyes and says EVERYTHING IS FRESH here, grabbed the plate with an attitude and goes to change out 3 pieces of chicken and the rest were cold and soggy. This is unacceptable especially to a person that brings business here weekly, definitely won’t be coming back at this location again!!!

2019-03-07 01:44:12Fast casual Americanized Chinese food. My while family loves the orange chicken. The kids like the broccoli beef. Husband and older daughter like the honey walnut shrimp. I like the Beijing beef. None of us like the fried rice as it is not very flavorful. To keep the cost down, we get 3 three entree plates. Husband and I share one, the two boys share one, and the two girls share one.

2023-06-12 18:36:37Fast and efficient, this location has good turn over so everything I go in they are always bring out a fresh dish. This is an update from my post 2 years ago. Things have gone down hill at this location. I order online and I get skipped. The portions are notably smaller ordering online as opposed to in person. I ordered mixed greens but got mostly cabbage... with 1 piece of broccoli. Im discouraged at coming back to this location. Im going to try a different location next time and if I get similar results I will be sure to share with everyone. Ordering online gives you the worst of the food available see my picture as proof

2020-01-15 01:16:45Food is good but small portions for price. You better know exactly what you want because they push you fast through order and you cant hear a word from all the noise. BATHROOM IS LOCKED & YOU NEED CODE. Love Panda Express...but this was a bit too express....no one should be in that big of hurry.

2023-05-05 01:33:52Jessica just waited on me at panda express and I said I don’t want any carbs I’m on a diet so can you give me something else besides rice and chow mein so she gave me something and it said premium whatever the dish wasSheI said OK u can I get two other items And I said as a matter fact, can you put a little vegetable with the premium cause you didn’t give me that much so she dumps half of the premium item back into the big bowl and then throws up some broccoli & cabbage in my plate and tell me now you only get one itemI was so confused I wanted 3 itemsA young lady said just give her half-and-half like you do Everyone else half noodle half rice just give her half premium and some vegetables she just doesn’t want carbs.!!!!This lady was a customer and then they said no she cant have that and I and another girl name Karolina stepped in because Jessica turned the container with my food in it to her like “I’m not dealing with this she had a weird look on her face she gave me no iContact, and went straight to the next customer like I didn’t even matterYou can only get one more. I’m gonna charge you full a price if you get more I said I don’t want carbs but I want everything else everyone else is getting at the same priceIt was a whole line of people they embarrass me, and I said I’m confuse I just don’t want carbs.she said yeah I can’t force you to have carbs but I’m going to Chargie a higher price and she ended up charging me 13$ instead of 9$ something …I will never ever come back to this panda express they were rude. I told her I’d do reviews for Google and she was like “yeah OK “ !in a rude voice..I love to tell about myDinning experience!and I said what’s your name she gave me her name is such an (arrogant ) voicedo not go there if you’re a senior citizen, I’m a older lady just trying to get something to eat and you know maybe I was a little confuse I just asked that it be explain How I can get my food without all this complication ?it was the worst experience everIf you are older person and you need help With the menu,they don’t have the patience they’ are rude people !!!
