Panda Express in Huntington Beach

This location has gone down hill on service taste and quality. I was disappointed the last few times I visited. Twice I ordered online the first time, they could not locate my order. The second time they said my payment was declined, but yet my bank account was charged. I waited over 14 days to get my refund. Yesterday I went things ran smoothly but my food was awful, the orange chicken was hard as if it sat out for too long, the beef and broccoli didnt taste good. I ended up throwing it away. It was very disappointing.

This location has very friendly employees. The lines move quickly and the food is always hot. There is plenty of indoor seating and a drink machine to refill your drink. The dining area is usually pretty clean as well.Parking can be tough in this shopping center, but usually you can find some nearby.

I like Panda Express but in this case I am very disappointed We ordered food from Panda Express in Huntington Beach, I love fried rice because of the vegetables and eggBut this rice didn’t even have vegetables even eggs just plain rice also I chose kung pao chicken this was so salty 😞😞

Food was okay I got beef and broccoli and I think I just got all broccoli they need to know their portions better if I want to just broccoli I would ask for just broccoli but beef and broccoli supposed to have beef in it this is the second time this has happened and its pretty irritating when food is expensive and thats what I get its not like Im going to drive all the way back down there four or five miles back to Panda Express to complain but next time I show up here I will be complaining the customer service is good but when it gets busy they dont give a s*** they just go right through everything and get s*** done as fast as they can and dont pay attention to Quality and quantity my medium size orange chicken had like three big pieces in it and two small pieces which made it basically half full when it took one piece out that was blocking anymore to go in so watch when theyre putting your food in the boxes they apparently dont care when its coming to rush hour they just want to get you in and out of the store and make their money good luck

Exceeded my expectations! Good food n decent prices.

The portions are way too small, I got the plate with 3 sides, and a kids meal. Kids meal suppose to come with fresh fruit and greens, I got dried apples and no greens.

Great, fast and friendly service. Very pleased with it all. It felt like the IN and OUT of chines food. Whatever managers and trainer are doing keep up the good work.We ll be back for sure.

The only problem: theyre always understaffed on Weekends, and long lines will start to form up.But other than that: everything else deserves 5/5, food, staff, quality service.

Panda express is probably the best chain Chinese restaurant, food is always good and the staff was killing it tonight.

Any time we come here, its a good experience, whether we order a head or come in to order. This is our go-to place for or fast Chinese. Keep up the great food!
