When Im craving for some Asian food, Panda is one of my go-to places just because I dont have to wait for a long time since food is already pre-cooked. Unfortunately, this place didnt have food ready and didnt even inform their customers that the food is about to be cook. We ordered the Teriyaki Chicken and they just started making the chicken so imagine the wait. The line started getting long and almost every customer is waiting for their food. Obviously the Manager didnt plan it well.

The place was not really too clean and the initial worker to start my order was very rude and added unnecessary wait time while she gave me rude stares.. ultimately the rice was dry and the orange chicken was not up to par. She gave me a very small amount of chicken and I paid for more than was given.This place could use some more customer oriented employees as well as employees who take pride in their works who enjoy a clean work environment.Looking forward to the improvements 💝

Absolutely disgusting. The WORST food I’ve ever had from Panda. The rice was full of stale, hard clumps of undercooked rice. Very unpleasant. Neither the rice nor the noodles had any flavor to speak of. Never again.

So I went there last Thursday after ordering online. When I got home my bf was talking ish to me because I only got him half and half and honey walnut shrimp. I told him I got him orange chicken too. They totally forgot the chicken. I called repeatedly but, no answer. I came back yesterday to get my babes chicken. They made it up to him by replacing the plate. I was happy and he was happy. I would definitely return because I feel that they value my business.

Got there right after they opened. Food was not fresh. Fried rice was dry and a bit hard. Chow mein was dry and not hot. Had Orange chicken. Pieces were hard and tough to eat. I actually think the food was leftovers from the previous day. This location is not a good representation of Panda Express.

I got a Togo order at 8:35 pm on 9/18 but this isn’t about that. It is what I witness and how I was treated that night inside the restaurant while waiting for my food. Since they close at 9, the staff was cleaning the lobby & the cook was cleaning the kitchen. Here’s why I am writing this horrible review…. The cook was spraying chemicals onto the wall, directly over the food being prepared in the fryer. Being 7 years in the restaurant industry myself, it stuck out to me. As I stood there and watched it happen multiple times, also watching the particles in the air move down towards the fryer, I brought it to the attention of a staff member “Amanda”. She notified the cook “a customer brought this to my attention” and the cook immediately started talking back. He started arguing and talking loud enough to where I could hear him stating he’s not doing anything wrong. He said “it’s a closed floor so there’s nothing wrong with it” & I said “you’re spraying chemicals directly over food you’re preparing”. At this point he stayed quiet (until I left) and I stated “I work in a restaurant, I took the test. That’s a hazard.” At which point I grabbed my food and left, thankful it wasn’t my food being prepared, yet nervous to eat my order. I am not only furious of the blatant disregard this cook had for food safety, but the fact he felt the need to argue back when a paying customer pointed out he is commuting a hazard that could get a lot of people sick. Never going here again and I genuinely hope he gets reprimanded & has to take the test again.

Not good at all. Rice was clumpy and noodles stale. Nothing tasted fresh. Then on top of that they charge extra for things they consider premium. They dont tell you ahead of time about their premium items. Very sneaky and dishonest. Did not finish my food but I left it. Why take this junk home. Very disappointing. Not coming back.

Ordered for pick-up. As I walked in I was greeted by a nice young lady I asked her where we would go to pick up an online order and she advised that we would go to the register at the end near the soda fountain. There was one lady in front of us. The cashier or lady working the register seemed very rude to her and then did a 180 when helping the couple who was ordering their food, kindly asking if they wanted to add a drink or a cookie. All paying customers are customers. Whether we stand in a line in person to order or order online for pick-up/delivery. When it was our turn, the cashier was again rude. I provided my name and asked if they had provided sauce for the eggrolls and she snapped back saying it was already in the bag then turned around to talk to another employee. It was not busy, there was no rush ergo no need to be brash or rude to customers. Customer service skills were lacking for the one cashier. The chow mein and the fried rice had literally no flavor. Kind of just tasted like the oil they cooked it in. The Orange Chicken and the Beijing Beef were good and flavorful.

Update, why does this restaurant smell like racid oil is used? Sometimes the smell is so bad I gaging. San Jacinto Panda never had any of these issues. I cannot eat here. The smell is that bad. I think the health department is being paid off for these restaurants to have a A rating!!! San Jacinto Restaurants are clean and do not smell at all.I revised this because its service is way better. I have 57,000-60,000 following on my face book page. I do not want to lose any business! They have way better service and polite workers. If these employees could work at San Jacinto Panda Express learn their cooking techniques and work on organizations skills they would make a huge morale booster! On Sunday, July 17th, around 5pm, placed grubhub order. When order was received it was missing one of the entrées, no sauce for wontons and no soy sauce or hot sauce packets. Called the store and spoke to the manager and she said they are not responsible grubhub is. I asked how can they not be responsible since they were the one facilitating the order and they messed up the order. She rudely hung up. Whoever the franchise owner is you have put a horrible manager in place that will lose you paying customers.

The food at this Panda Expresses great! The employees are friendly and the restaurant is clean. My main complaint about this location is they never fill up the noodles and rice section like other pandas do. Theyre always running low on chow mein and will only give you a small amount unlike other Panda Express locations. Thats mainly what I eat unfortunately. Im not as big of a fan on the main entree is I am on the side. If they were a little more generous with their side portion I would be a happy camper.

If you like fresh chicken and craving something new they have a great selection to choose from. I recommend The Original Orange Chicken if you like a crispy taste with a little spice. If you like sweet and spicy you will love the SweetFire Chicken Breast. If you like spicy the Kung Pao Chicken is for you(if you have a peanut allergy then no! It has peanuts in it).

This place is bad, they will mess up on your food and if you order something extra they make you wait more the 5 mintues, they even messed up on my order they held back my items which was total unacceptable, and the had the worst type of moods inside there, it was a weird vibe and I would not spend money here, plus way too pricey for practically chicken scratches
