I come in here almost daily. I keep coming back because I love panda and I hope it’ll change. Everything is always basically out, hard and dry. Disgusting. The staff was rude…. Portions were small because they need to make it last for other customers?????

The food was fresh and delicious. I got the new beyond orange chicken and enjoyed it. Only bummer was having to wait for it to be made, as well as one of our other entrees, for about 5 min after ordering. There is an area to sit outside and plenty of seating indoors.

Just ordered 3 bowls and the meats were all dry. I had the Bejin Beef with White rice and there wasnt an ounce of sauce on the rice. same with the orange chicken my mom ordered

For fast food served to you buffet style, it is decent, but it is still fast food. This location has a line out the door just before 6pm. Fortunately, the line moved pretty quickly and the volume of customers before us ensured the good we got was fresh. Family members like this location, but did note that the portion sizes fluctuate and further pointed out that the portions ordered by the women in our party were smaller than those ordered by the men- the difference was noticable. Overall, the flavor and quality seemed good for fast food and the service was polite and efficient.

I usually like it there. The staff was excellent. Just something about the food tasted off or they have change seasoning maybe. But I didnt finish and even keep to finish. I basically get the same thing . And was charged $11.04 really wasnt paying attention as I was very hungry. All I got was a 2 item meal not drink. Thought bit higher than I was used to paying.

Been coming here for years and never expected this type of behavior specifically from two employees!My mom went in today around 3:40pm to buy our family dinner, an employee supposably named Amy was asking her for our 3 bowl and 2 plate orders too quickly that she couldn’t keep up with what my mom was telling her! She was annoyed at my mom and telling her she was confusing her when my mom was clearly telling her what she wanted in each plate! My mom made a comment saying that the reason she was “confused” was because she was trying to serve the plates too quick!! clearly she can’t multitask!!Mind you there was no one behind her in line so what’s the rush?She left her unattended for over 5 min without telling her that one of the entrees wasn’t ready yet!She and another employee supposably named Greg were making comments and laughing at her and ignored my mom when she tried to confront them!When my mom left the lady named Amy mocked her saying “byeeeee” making fun of her with her tone of voice! They were being DISGUSTING with their behaviors just like them as people! My mom had to ask another staff member for their names because they didn’t have name tags and didn’t want to give them their names so we don’t even know if this third employee was being truthful!!This kind of behavior is not okay especially coming from fast food workers who think they’re entitled?? Not only did my mom feel humiliated but it goes to show that those two humans don’t care about their customers or people in general! Would love to see their moms or someone they care about being humiliated to see how they feel about it after! I will be contacting corporate non stop until they do something about it, people who are so low these days think that taking it out on others will make them feel any better, it’s truly sad.. I already spread the word and we are all equally disappointed!!!Do better!!!

I received really small portions my time visiting. Made mention of it to the manager and they said it was normal, although every other franchise Ive been to throughout the years actually had the normal sized portions. They made it up to me by bringing me a little extra on the side. Thanks for listening to my concern 💜

When you offer OTHER as an option to tip online then please ALLOW the customer to input the OTHER amount. Not everyone can afford a $17 tip or wants to handle cash these days. As it is you either are allowed to leave a fixed percentage or nothing. Luckily I had cash on hand to tip.

Okay- Linda the manager is the sweetest lady on earth- she makes everyone feel like fam- honestly this is the ONLY Panda I will go to- the food is the FRESHEST and BEST QUALITY of any Panda Ive visited (many)- the staff are very quick- but most importantly friendly- shout out to Linda and Aimee for creating such a good atmosphere! Normally this location has great service, but today I was put on hold(heard every conversation) for 8 minutes before someone decided to check the phone again.I understand that this place can get busy, not sure if they are understaffed... but a simple suggestion would be to take the order and put it on a ticket to be filled in between walk in orders.Advice for the franchise owner: You and your team are in the service beuisness, not the fast food business. Take the time to care for each customer and you would retain more business.For now, I’ll wont be eating at a Panda Express for a few years. I’ll take my business and word of mouth to Pei Wei and other Asian diners.Please feel free to reach out to me if you need a consultant on customer service and work place productivity.

The personnel is very efficient, they work fast and they keep the line moving.The food is good for a fast chain restaurant.This particular location has pkenty of parking, the seating area inside is not very large, but there is always a table available if you want to eat at the restaurant.Conveniently located at a shopping center with lots of different stores, from grocery stores to a pet store.

Always like P Express, except maybe this time.Got the honey walnut shrimp, they were out.I said its ok Ill get something else (closing time), she said no its ok well make it.Told the cook to make it, boy he wasnt happy about it.Reiterated what I said, she said no its ok again. I appreciated that, because I was being considerate about leftover food not sold.She insisted on free drink as a courtesy for the wait, again, very appreciated.Good food....the next day spent throwing up all day since 3 a.m.Im not saying the food in this establishment was the reason, but is it a big coincidence?You decide, Im not chancing it again.

Went there at about 3:39 PM. Ordered the plate with Orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. The teriyaki chicken was old and hard. The orange chicken was Ok. It was not a good time to go. Everything else I saw was also old and dry, like it was left there too long. The fried rice was old and hard. Should have known better. The place was dead for reason. Going forward, I will avoid going there between 3:30 and 5 PM.

Ive been coming here for the last six years and the food has never looked this bad. Isaac and Lucero are leaving old food out for way to long. The customer service is horrible. I was the next person in line and I already told Isaac that I wanted fresh orange chicken and then one of his friends came in and he started taking his friends order before mine and I was not even done ordering yet. Then, After looking at the food that was behind the glass. I told Isaac that they had 5 foods out that were old and disgusting looking. His friend said, well if you dont like it then you dont have to eat here. Isaac didnt say anything and didnt seem to care that people could get food poisoning. Then the female worker Lucero spoke up and said I was being rude. What ever happened to the customer being right lmao. Not one of the people working knew how to handle the situation appropriately. It sucks because I will not be eating at this Panda Express ever again.

Saint John the Evangelist Troop 776 had fundraiser so I opted to get yummy Panda meal on Friday evening after 6pm. Even at the height of dinner rush, servers were undaunted by the line that went out the door! I did not order teriyaki chicken, but I heard more orders for it and many patiently waited to get their meal! For the long wait for teriyaki, customers were compensated with a free drink! I didnt get one, but glad for them! I ordered the scrumptious walnut honey shrimp and Kung Pao shrimp! Yum! Yum! Yum!Give free drinks...people will know you care!Happy Advent! Gloriously giving thanks to God for what we do have! Jesus is the reason for the season! Thanks Blessed Virgin Mother, Mary, for saying yes!
