This particular panda is pretty good. Consistent taste and the location has seating inside. This plaza has plenty of parking as well. The portions the last time I went were a bit small for the bowl, so I recommend getting a 2 item combo instead.

Food is good but makes me think if employees wear gloves and use the phone where the food warmer is at and continue to grab and serve food without wash their hands or changing gloves is disgusting. Also an employee that takes a lunch and doesn’t clean up after themselves says a lot. She made a mess and switched sits better. Also I notice they sent her to clean up the dinning area not once did she wipe the table off that she made a mess. Eleazar & Honey need to be trained better. I would have done the survey but you can’t see the code on the receipt . In general they need ink or a new receipt printer…

I like this panda, great staff and service. Only gripe is parking is scarce if you go when the high school lets out. The parents use up the parking so you cant park right there and just walk, it isnt their fault but other than that its a one of the better pandas in the area

Food and Service is always Amazing. They keep the place clean and the lines moving. Always love when I arrive. the Orange Chicken or Honey Walnut Shrimp is coming fresh off the grill. Best times are 11:50-12:05, 1:15-1:30, 4:30-5:00. During these times its either before or after the major rush and the lines move pretty quickly. Enjoy!

An hour before closing they try to mislead everyone into thinking you can only order the food thats left over and that you cant order whats on the menu. They dont include any way to order sweet & sour sauces on Doordash/UberEats, ect, and they never include it w/appt. that our should. Utensils should include chopsticks!!!!

Im in love with the sizzling shrimp. The sauce is to die for. However, this location didnt have any sauce it either the teriyaki chicken or sizzling shrimp. They offered me plenty if the packaged sauce but its not the same and both dishes were a bit on the dry because of the absence of the sauce or broth.

Most of the time, when I walk in, either the rice or the noodles are very low. So I ask to wait for a new batch of whatever it is. But they seem to pour the old food on top. therefore, I still end up with old noodles or rice.

DO NOT USE MOBILE ORDERING HERE. I’ve ordered three times from here and they always manage to miss something. My pickup was at 7:30pm today. I had to wait an extra 45 minutes for a missing entree and veggie rolls. I mean come on. It does not take this long to make. The mgr of this establishment stole my wallet but LAPD made her give it back . How should this person work at an establishment where they steal there customers wallet, she never called the police I did because she stole my wallet. Best Panda Express in the Valley. Its next to Taft High School so the food is always fresh from 11am-6pm. The Staff gives you a good amount of potion size and the wait for fresh items if they run out is roughly 5-10 mins but well worth it! My son and I eat here 3-4 times a week.

We visited right when they were opening up shop for the day. every dish was coming out extremely fresh and extremely hot as it was the first batch. they took our order and served us quickly. the lobby was clean and there is plenty of parking here. this is a smaller store but there is plenty of seating

The employees here have a strong personal opinion about masks. Personally, I dont think that it makes sense for us to have to wear them given the super bowl just took place and nobody was wearing them while packed into a stadium. The mandate in Los Angeles expires today and they refused to serve me without one. The woman serving behind the counter tried to publicly shame me in front of a whole line of people by calling me out. So we have a difference of opinion, there is a respectful way to handle it. I wont eat here again, youve lost a customer for life.

Terrible customer service. Rude and on top of that, they make mistakes in your order and give you something else! Alma, one of the workers, extremely unprofessional and rude. She was curt and not polite nor willing to assist when I asked about one of the Shrimp dishes or asked about another item (that they usually never have but they happened to have today). She literally stopped assisting me and started to assist the person behind me - even when I told her that I was still ordering. I guess you dont get to look at the items they have before deciding what you want to order. Im talking about a matter of 5 seconds that it took me to look to pick! WORST PANDA IN THE AREA. This Panda Express is OK, but its a little bit crowded, and the entry is somewhat strange because when you walk in, you pretty much wind up in a line immediately after you come in the door, since the setup with the entrees and the servers is only about 10 feet from the door. The service seems a little slow here, and the first server asks each patron if they want to sample something, rather than let the patron tell them if that they want a sample. So, that eats up a little time in and of itself. The food is fine, though, so I dont really have any significant complaints. Parking is easy in the large lot, and there is a Starbucks a few doors away, as well as a Chase Bank next door in case you need to get money to go and have a Panda Express meal and/or a cup of Starbucks coffee or tea and a dessert!

Theres a young Asian girl named Jessica who has a very bad attitude towards the customers. I asked for extra rice and she started arguing about how thats the portion allowed. Ive been to other Panda Express locations and they never gave me a such a hard time. So she drops my container of food down on the counter to show her angry response. This person should not be allowed to be up front with this type of behavior. You can clearly see that she hated her job and shes taking it out on the customers. Its employees like this that can ruin businesses. I have never been to this particular Panda Express but, its safe to say that I will never be back.

I am a panda express addict, I eat panda express every other day if not every day. Every time I go to Winnetka location, every bodys face is sour, and they dont like to give you a regular size portion( not happy at all), but the other location in Encino they are happy and full of energy, ang they give you a big portion( very happy and satisfying).

Charged for a item and yet didn’t put it in the order. If I could give it zero stars I would sorry your manager has fail you in training you properly. Too expensive, they never have food available and they serve you very little for what they charge. Eating at the panda is the worst expense one can make to eat too much choir and little food😡
