Hello everyone.This panda is as good as any other Panda Express. The good: the chowmein is as good as any other time I go. The Bad : the orange chicken, and Beijing beef could have been a little crisper. Not as packed for lunch. Plenty of parking in the parking lot.

I paid an extra $1.25 for a couple small, grotesquely over seasoned pile of meat and a bunch of veggies. Im not even sure it actually was steak. Chow mein was overcooked and hard. I had to wait over 20 minutes for a meal that I didnt even want to eat.

This is an excellent review for Maria one of Pandas employees. Maria was very kind friendly and helpful. Thank you Maria for being kind and helpful assistance and going above and beyond. Now as far as Miguel the attending manager at least that what he said he was. He was rude and didnt want to give me my refund. Said they dont do that. I pulled up Pandas refund policy to show him. He just ignored me and still wouldnt do it. So I called Pandas customer complaint line. As soon as I got through then he walked away and Maria Pandas employee ended up helping me out. Now shes manager material.

I dont eat here often. But when I do I only order the chow mein and steamed veggies because Im vegan. And 9 times out of 10 the chow mein is TOO GREASY. Its unpleasant to eat when its full of cooking oil. But I did try the beyond orange chicken yesterday. (Its Vegan) and delicious. I highly recommend it 🙂

Terrible service from their own managerI ordered the regular box combo food was good however the male manager who wears a black collared shirt Asian man is always rude I ordered and after ward I left I saw he was in hunched in his car with im assuming narcotics since he hunched over for a couple minutes at a time …I was parked in my car to the left of his vehicle very unprofessional to do at your jobs parking lot not to mention the severity of his temperI have visited this location before and he always mistreats both guests and associates

This place gets 5 stars for its cleanliness and workers. They are really good. Panda Express as a restaurant gets 1 star for their so called Honey Sesame or Sweet Fire breasts. I ordered both and all I got was breaded pieces of nothing covered in sauce. No chicken whatsoever. I cut the pieces in half and it was all breading. I recommend going somewhere else.

They add new items every couple of weeks and a bag of Fortune cookies is only $1. Great quality and quantity of food. Service is usually great. Can you guys please add the chili packs as a regular, I always forget to ask because every other place includes soy sauce and how sauce so I never ask and I always get home and am disappointed because chili is an important reason why I would eat a certain food... Good quality otherwise...just dont forget the chili please or at least have the counter ask if we want chiliUpdate,they still add the fortune cookies nobody really wants and they leave the hot sauce and soy sauce out....and yes I forgot again to ask for a chili pack....there should be at least one included...Im going to have to drop a star every time I go and the sauce isnt in the bag or they dont even ask if I want chili... Overpriced, dry, overcooked, and bland. Not sure what so many people rave about. This particular location forgot the orange chicken chowmein bowl in our pickup order for my little sister. Wasnt able to get any resolution since the phone is answered by a machine that just hangs up on you and I wasnt about to drive all the way back. Im still owed $8 after contacting corporate.

This one has really gone downhill since the male manager started working there. He does the food & makes sure to put the food exactly in the little sections & he will underfill rather than overfill so you wont get more food. If youre lucky after the 1st scoop he will give you 1 or 2 extra pieces, but still not enough. Maria is great but when he is there he wont let her do the food so you will never get enough & if she does give you food when hes there she will be just as stingy as he is. Last night she put rice in section supposed to put my entrée so when she added the Orange chicken there was hardly. 1 scoop of my other entrée, didnt even go back to add any more as usual so didnt fill that one up either. I ordered broccoli beef & there was only 1 piece of beef in the box container. I had to eat less just so my kids could have enough food. And they raised their prices by a $1. So now you pay more for less food. At least the food tasted great, which is hit or miss. Sometimes the chow mein & rice is overcooked. We left & went to Ho Ho China on Rosecrans & Pioneer to get more food. That is where we go now. We only go to Panda 1-2 times a month cause the kids like it, but for our weekly trips the kids know its Ho Ho China. Supposedly corporate cares about feedback but that cant be the case since they have been doing this for over a year.

I didnt have a good experience ordering. I was asking to put two orders of an item in a large box and they refused because its against company policy. If Im ordering $30 worth of an item, I dont mind paying for that extra white container. Just didnt want to ruin my day. Someone in corporate needs to change their policy. I am buying food for a party potluck and it was a wrong decision for me to go here since you have to buy it in small containers.

Ive gone to a different Panda Expresses but this ones rice really wasnt good at all the fried rice was dry and the sticky rice or steamed rice whichever you call it wasnt even sticky or made correctly. All the other food was great chow mein it also was it good it tasted too salty like it had too much soy sauce.

Anna the manager of this establishment is completely awful! She is literally useless & completely rude to customers & her employees. I’m sorry to those people working with her. You don’t deserve to deal with someone like her. If you want better service go to the store in Santa Fe springs. For the second time in a row for my online order, I had to wait 20 minutes to pick it up. The food was cold because they couldnt find my order. Forgot my drink. And one dish tasted scorched. The signage for online orders was missing and several of those were standing in the long line for the in-store orders.I am not happy with this location and their quality of food and service. I am finished with them for good.

A lot of the times the food really doesnt change in a lot of this chain restaurants because most of the food is made exactly the same way. The only thing that matters is the type of service that you get a different locations the type of reps there theyre taking your order how pleasant it becomes or unpleasant. This location has really good food fast service but most of the staff that works here seems they dont enjoy what they do they should look for a new job.

This place is hit and miss on the food 50/50. Sometimes its fresh and tasty and other times not so much. Being that it’s expensive for asian fast food it should be less roll of the dice on quality of food. Im not expecting 5 star high end restaurant food. But ive had it where the rice texture was hard, or the noodles really oily or the orange chicken was tough and the walnut shrimp was soggy. And other timesEverything is tasty and good. For the price it should be good more consistently. Customer service is always good so they have that going.

Don’t order delivery from this store. I ordered through grubhub, I paid for a bowl and a plate. Only the bowl was made correctly and I got the complete wrong order for the plate. I called the store three times to see about getting a replacement and each time the call was ended by an automated voice message system saying “no one was available to take (my) call.” I got refunded for the plate by grubhub and then tried calling the store again to see about getting a replacement since I still didn’t receive half of my order.. there was still no answer. It’s clearly the restaurant’s fault, not grubhub’s, since they‘re the ones bagging the food items. I work in fast food, so it’s unfortunate that this store isn’t taking the extra time to make sure this issue doesn’t happen (especially during these times where staying inside is important).

Out of all the panda express I have been to, this is one of the worst. Not sure if I came at a bad time but nonetheless, I expect better from Panda Restaurant Group Inc.The food was either too greasy and overcooked. The orange chicken tasted microwaved and drowned in sauce. To top it off, they give you a very small portion of food because the cook would rather stare at guests than timely prepare food.Not coming here again.You have been warned.

I went into this panda for lunch and I noticed the cashier charging customers handling money and then she wouldnt wash her hands and she started to touch peoples food I was so disgusted I didnt not want my food. The manager came over and argued with me that they dont need to wash there hands because they arent physically touching the food. I will never go back to this place. Ever. Fast service, price is affordable, but few servings (especially the honey wallnut shrimp which I think should not be more than 6 or 7 pieces). Waiting time to replenish a menu could, most of the time, be more than 5 minutes. The fried rice is always dry and a little hard. The spice level for angus beef is inconsistent, probably depending on what has been previously cooked on the wok.

Its bad how people dont stop going for what they want, I asked them for half of rice and half of pasta and they filled them with rice and a little pasta on top. I told him and he replied that the more he wanted what I told him, I dont want him to gifts plus only half and half. He answered, its $1.50 more, its not for the money, I told him, but well, maybe they dont get paid Friday and thats why theyre like this.
