Nice place, clean, beautiful interior, food is not bad but customer service is so BAD. I felt like we are borrowing food from them or they give it to us for free, really rude, dont even look at you when you talking to them 😒 CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY NEEDS TO IMPOVE 🙄

I ordered delivery for panda express and they allowed my food to be stolen. Super unfair to the customer. They should have a better look out on food. If you want to eat panda I recommend going and getting it yourself. Totally not trustworthy online.

This store is trash, you order online and they attempt to not give us our full order almost EVERY TIME! They had 45 minutes to make a full order of egg rolls, wife caught them only giving us two instead of the full order and now she has to wait? They need to change their name to Pilfering Panda. Double check your order if you shop here.

By far my fav panda. Not bc the food is better but they don’t ask 500 times what you want when it’s “a bowl steamed rice and orange chicken”. They just make it. And when I don’t want the bag, they act normal and just don’t give me the bag instead of acting like a robot that isnt programmed to not give you a bag and a cookie no matter what you say to the contrary. And when I say “I only want the bowl and a fork” that’s what I get. The bowl and a fork. Not a fork and some egg rolls and a cookie and a bag and the receipt. Just an effing bowl and a fork. Love you guys. Try not to mix the orange and the noodles tho. That’s gross. Peace.

Totally burnt and inedible chicken. I asked for the chicken to be recooked, they refused, chopped off the burnt parts, and left the rest of the black burnt chicken in the bowl for the next customer to eat. They could have fixed by recooking a new batch. Avoid this Panda location.

Today at 5:45pmI recently moved to Rocklin. My first time at this panda.The staff have no customer service skills what so ever. The person filling the orders forgot one of my requests and started helping the next customer. I put my hand up and said you forgot something. She rolled her eyes not saying a word, put 3 of the cream cheese things in a bag. She twisted the bag so tight that she smashed them.The cashier said nothing to me except the price.Awful customer service skills.

When I first a year back it was very dirty and employees had bad energy. My friends had just moved into town and they wanted a good Chinese restaurant. So I gave this panda a second try after a year and to my expectations I was greeted with a clean lobby with fresh food. I am happy to say that I’m going to be coming back!

Something is seriously wrong with their drinks. Every single drink we got tasted horrible. The Dr. Pepper was flat, Root Beer was flat, the Coke was excessively carbonated and sweet to where my friend was nauseated from it, and the cherry coke had no cherry flavor. I tried to call them for ten minutes to let them no but they either have their ringer off or dont care. Save yourself money and just get your drinks at a different restaurant.

This has to be one of the worst run Panda Express restaurants. I come for the convenience to my house, but everytime I do they are slow service and screw up orders everytime. They just charged a client $171 on her card for a $6 order.... update...gave it another chance this week. They didnt have chow main available and 3 of the 4 specialty items were currently out with the dirty bowls still on the line. I wish someone would open a Panda next door and put them out of business.

Panda is always great. This stores service is lacking though. No smiles, of the workers was mindlessly sweeping while the dinner rush was at the door. I made an online order and proceeded to go to register, wait for the guy to pay, then looked over for the next guest who was behind the guy in front of me, but had not had her food prepared by the time I got up there. Then when I was acknowledged, my online order was not even ready at the time I had requested. No apologies or acknowledgement. Food is great, but skip this restaurant and hit up the next one down the road.

Waited in an unmoving line for almost an hour, finally made it to the counter, the guy taking orders walked away without getting all of our order and then the cashier was beyond crazy rude. She tried to refuse taking a hundred dollar bill, stating most people use cards anyway when its obviously a personal choice how I manage my personal finances. When told that was all the money we had on us and I made a comment that she couldnt refuse american legal tender, she called over the manager I guess who told her to tell us that we would have to wait ten minutes for the safe to open. When we said that we would, she came up with the correct amount of change saying she just worked there she didnt even care. It was completely ridiculous. I was also refused napkins when I asked for extra, she told me there was one in the utensil pack and that was all I needed.

Really unorganized. Seven employees working and still they managed to forget to give me my chicken after initially trying to get me to pay additionally for the guy behind me. Then attempting to give me my meal minus the meat.I had to ask two employees what the hold up was after a 15 minute wait while they loaded all the chicken I waited for into huge to go orders.The first employee greatly lacked any people skills whatsoever and did not acknowledge my question whatsoever. I give them two stars because the food is always good there.

So bad! Im not one to throw away food, but I did from this place. Noodles cooked with a gob of cabbage does not equal Chow Mein. Its been a few years since I had food from Panda Express, it was a different location in Grass Valley, and I remembered it as being OK for fast food. This is a relatively new place, in Rocklin, and I will never go there again. The broccoli in the Broccoli Beef somehow managed to be both tough and woody in the stalks (inedible) and complete mush in the florets.

Ive gotten food here so many times in the past year, I really no longer have an excuse not to write a review. These guys make the best fast Asian comfort food. Its not fancy dining, but when Im tired at the end of the day and I want something relaxing to eat, I can always rely on Panda Express to satisfy my cravings.It does get very crowded around lunch and dinner time, so you could always save time to calling in for pick-up.The staff are polite and professional. I might have had them change my order a couple times (sorries), and they did it with a smile. Also, the store is just really clean.Other (semi)-fast food restaurants should take notes from this store.

I took my family here Tonite. All I can say is we were not impressed at all. Matter of fact, disappointed is a better word to use. I looked over the menu for about 23 minutes, I couldnt find any panda on the menu at all.. I asked the cashier if they had a secret menu or something and she replied that she was sorry but she did not think they had that. I then asked if the panda is seasonal, and she kind of looked at me with a blank stare.. I had my 12yr old daughter and wife in tears when they finally realized that we would not be dining on panda bear Tonite. Bottom line is I feel like Ive been misled by panda express. Neither my family or I will ever be patronizing this cuisine chain again.

Im come to panda express a couple times a week its usually convenient. This location is very bad with managing what foods they have ready. The last 3 days Ive gone into panda they have been out of brown rice this is a constant thing that happens there. The people working are rude. I will not come to this location again.

The absolute worst panda i have ever been to. usually when i leave with my bigger plate to go, i have a hard time holding it cause they load you up. NOT THIS PLACE. They spent almost 10 minutes letting some lady sample everything in the joint with 3 other families waiting infront of me, and my lunch is over in 30 minutes. never comming to this panda again. oh, and the orange chicken was Luke warm at best

I ordered a Teriyaki Chicken kids meal but it was a little short of chicken when I opened it. I took it back (since I am eating in my car, thanks Covid) and the young man who took my order said I will fix that for you right now!. He came back with a whole new meal and two Fortune cookies.
