Excellent sized portions and incredibly fresh choices at this Panda location. Their fried rice was delicious, and they even have the fried wontons here! I’m sad that the tofu and egg plant dish is no longer on Panda menus, but I am delighted by their options.Their large fountain drinks are really big, I wouldn’t be able to fit one in my cup holder. I like how you can round up your order to donate the difference. Panda does a great job at giving back to the community, and this method is less intrusive.Plenty of parking around the shop, and lots of open seating areas inside.I recommend getting a bigger plate and sharing it or saving it for later because you get so much food!Employees were really friendly, a lady forgot her bag and they were asking all over to try and find her.

My family and I have been ordering from this panda express location for years. They always have and continue to have excellent customer service and delicious food. They were even so kind to take their time and help me find my wallet by diligently searching through their store and cameras. When they didnt have to. Now thats great customer service. Havent been to Panda in years so we decided to give it a try again. This place was nice and clean great customer service ordered online so we just walked in asked for our order took about 5 mins and we walked out. The food was cheap nice and warm but it wasnt anything amazing about the taste of the food it was just ok. Would i eat panda again? Probably not i need more flavor

I ordered on line through Doordash our lunches and 3/4 of our chow meins were loaded with cabbage, onions and celery, also it was very oily. I have never ever gotten so much cabbage,onions and celery before. Over 3/4 as you can see is full of this. It I had of eaten there I would of given it back. Also my husbands and son in laws were the same way. Shame on you people at Panda Express..very disappointed.

Panda Express is at best alright. It’s not that good like other Chinese fast food places but it does what it attempts to do. The staff and service sometimes is underwhelming but I like the vibe of the place. If you love Panda Express by all means you have the right to do so but I don’t mess with it that much.

The food is always hot and ready to order. I love the chow mein, Kung pao chicken, teriyaki chicken, mushroom chicken and broccoli beef. Pay attention at the amount of meat they serve you. We order the family deal and the broccoli beef was literally broccoli with 2 pieces of beef. Very disappointing, specially if you get home and family is waiting for the food to eat.The restaurant is clean and they have 2 restrooms in the back that are also clean.

Was first one in the morning ordered a bowl and 3 boxes was asked to wait 5 minutes for an item which was no worry, but when it came to my (medium) boxed item walnut shrimp she slowly went through the dish as if she was picking which ones to put in my box and when it came to finally to finish my box she didnt even get close to filling up the box she could of added 3 more shrimps she even looked at it before closing it and shook it a bit so it could sink in..

This branch is no so good they cheated me on my food. even when they charged extra on the Angus steak which is fine. There was no stake at all only mashrooms and pepper. And the amount of food was too little compared to other locations. Check your plate before you leave when visiting this location

If you eat there you better not be too hungry. I got a bowl with chow mein and black pepper chicken. Very little chow mein, 3 pieces of chicken and about a pound of celery and onion. They werent even chopped properly as the chunks were so big. I eat very little and left pretty hungry still. Total rip off.

Avoid this location at all cost ! Everytime I go no orange chicken no chow mein 2 of their most famous items never ready always have to wait (time is money) and another thing theyre chow mein is 75% cabbage, onion and celery 25% noodles always have to pick it out due to it being overly tangy . Until they figure something out this location is a no go for me save yourself the time .

Ordered some catering trays online from this location on 4/15 for pickup 4/16. The best and most helpful location I’ve ordered from. Food was just being finished at pickup so it was hot and fresh. They gave me a box instead of trying to squeeze three trays into one bag the way Sierra lakes Fontana location did. On top of that workers were extremely busy but still managed to be polite and professional. I will only order from this location.

At least for me the last 4 times Ive gotten orange chicken its incredibly sweet almost to the point where I cant finish the meal. I wish they wouldnt overpour on the sauce its cooked in. Used too be my go to meal and now not so much. Also the promotional offer they did on July 15th for the 35 anniversary of orange chicken was less then satisfying, I r.s.v.p. days in advance actually thinking it would be something worth while only to get a reward of 35 cents off a small al la carte. First and last visit to this location. This Panda Express literally counts the pieces of chicken for each meal. My kids had 3 pieces of chicken, I thought it was a mistake by the women serving, when I asked the older oriental women interjected & said that is the portion size, I was dumbfounded. She said 4 pieces of chicken is a full serving size. This is laughable.I have never been to a Panda Express where each piece of chicken is counted & if the staff was counting I was not aware because portion size at other locations have Always been sufficient. Then to make matters worse the food was barely warm and Not Fresh. After paying, I didnt receive the cookies for the 2 kids meals & again, rudely the older women stated, the store was out. Wait, why are you charging me full price for an incomplete meal?My son really wanted Panda & this location was close by, so we stopped. My mistake. I will never return.I made sure to complete my survey.I frequent Panda & this is not an experience up to Panda Express standards.

This review is for the terrible customer service I received. I placed an online order like I usually do, and when I arrived my plate was just being made. The server “Janaellee” who was making my plate, put in two half scoops on my plate. I politely asked for another scoop because I am paying for the food and I wanted a full plate. When I asked for one more scoop she told me no I couldn’t get another scoop, I would have to upgrade my plate size. I looked at my plate piled with white rice and barely any orange chicken and accepted they weren’t going to give me one more scoop. She rudely drops my plate in the bag, then aggressively drops my bag on the tray. Terrible customer service.

This place is always so crowded. The manage Madeline (i think thats her name) seems to want to do it all...im doing so she throws off the rest of the crew. One of the girls...was finally able to serve plates and seemed upset because now the line was even bigger (the manager mest up the order before me) unfortunatelyI didnt get her name.. She was pretty rude at this point. She left after of course serving my plates all skimpy. On the other hand the last employee which was Rhonda...she was very nice and very friendly. She got my egg rolls and wontons and charged me. If my family didnt like it so much I would definitely stop coming. Will have look for another one in the area. Good is still good.

The food and staff are usually good, though this location get very busy at dinner time. Plan to wait 15 to 30 minimum between 6pm and 8pm or order ahead. Theres limited seating as well. I recommend not going before noon though. They put out food from the day before and it shows.

Found the food to be pretty good and the portions put in the take out box were rather generous. The beef broccoli and mushroom chicken was freshly cooked and the chow mein was good, too. The line can be a bit long as it is one of the most popular restaurants in the Ontario Mills Food Court. The service was good and the staff was friendly.

I like Panda Express. But the way they are treating their customers does not seem right. We had rain a few days ago and people were waiting outside to get in they only allow 5 people in lobby. And you always get one person that does not know what they want when they get there and have to decide and think about what they want after waiting at least 15-20 minutes. Makes me wonder it baffles me I went there yesterday and had to wait about 20 minutes to place my order it was extremely hot I see other restaurants and takeout places have put up some sort of shade canopy or something for their clients. Apparently Panda Express does not care as long as youre standing in line buying their food. Due to this pandemic Ive learned to cook at home much more and places like this will not be getting my business very much Ill buy there once in awhile that any sound like I used to

I like this place, I usually go once a week, my kids love panda, so every tuesday or thursday I get them Panda for dinner, sometimes the portions are a bit small that depends on who is the server, the place is mostly clean, except on lunch hour when some people dont pick up after themselves. - The staff is friendly. The food is cooked in batches so you might wait a few minutes in case you order an item that is popular such as the Orange Chicken.

Employees were arguing . You can feel the animosity. They give you so little food. They didn’t chop my chicken . It was almost all one big piece because they were so busy arguing . Girls were talking Spanish about a customer. I love Panda but this Panda doesnt follow the best sanitation practices. I have seen employees eating out of the trays with their fingers, putting food back in the trays after its been served, putting food back in the trays after its fallen onto the counter. The trays are almost always empty and you have to wait 15 minutes or longer. The rice is usually under cooked with hard uncooked rice mixed in. Most of the employees here are lazy. Theres a young girl who rolls her eyes to the back of her head when you take too long to decide. The Asian ladies are the worst. They will stand there doing nothing or talking, laughing and chit chatting while you stand there waiting. The other employees have to ask them to help. And then its obvious they get upset because they were asked. There is only one young man who is very customer friendly and efficient but hes not always there.

Found a hair in my food. I called and said they would replace it on my next visit and put my name in a book. My lunch hour and food was wasted. I went on a later date and they said that they could only replace it if I had my original receipt from that date. No one had told me this so it was not honored. Unhealthy and unsanitary practice. Nearest panda express around. And it sucks. It is horrible. Always have to wait for something to be made. And Im talking about orange chicken or Chow mein. How can you not have food ready. Oh and this is during dinner hours. It is the only panda that I go to that never has food ready. Tried online ordering no better. Drive a couple miles on foothill and go the the one in Rancho. Avoid at all costs or be prepared to spend about 20 minutes waiting for your food.
