Quality has increased although the ICE maker machine needs service! This place is like MCD and the joke of their broken ice cream machine. Service the machine! Call a professional. Replace the terrible ice maker! *Update* they straight up dont want to make ice! Image attached. Update changing the atmosphere to one star hot af no air conditioning and no shrimp.

Under cooked chow mein & they don’t answer the phone so I can let them know to do their job right & this ain’t the first time nothing but high schoolers working not doing it right

Stopped in Sunday evening they were busy as usual. The line wrapped around the store arrived around 530 someone was taking orders and putting it on post-its then returning the post-it to us to give to the person filling orders it was almost six when I finally was able to give my post-it to the person filling orders. I had ordered half noodles half white rice with Beijing beef and honey sesame chicken and cream cheese ragoon. As I waited for my order I noticed that they were filling door dash orders first which is probably why they were so backed up. I finally got my order and went home about 5 minutes away. My rice and noodles and chicken were cold and the beef was luke warm. They need to rethink door dash orders.

The food has gotten bad here I use to love orange 🐔 but it is always hard as a rock its really disappointing since it is not cheap. The almond and spicy shrimp 🍤 is also undercooked. Its sad to throw away food I paid good money 💰 for

We bought 6 plates and very under portioned, we come regularly, called and was told no maneger was on site, not the first time either very disappointed! The person who answered also said were supposed to tell the employee ??? that shouldn’t be our job to tell an employee. I understand the person is new but there should be someone with him training him.

I have never been so bothered by any place of service like this place here and the manager never the less. On top of scolding her employees infront of patrons, couldnt make change for a hundred or give me any options at all so I find my self at McDonalds ugh. And I am sure she didnt like being told by an adult to keep it down and private while yelling at them employees. I really hope this review works for ur night manager with fresh dark tattoos on her forearm 8/18/23. Last time I am here. And also Thank u for making me wait 15 mins in ur lobby waiting for food to be made. What a disgrace of a joint.

The food was Panda normal. The customer service was the best part of the experience with the staff being very nice and hospitable! But the restaurant had wet and soaked floors. And the place was in a bit of disarray!

I was deeply offended by the night manager who made me wait 20 mins for food to not be able to break a hundred dollars. And was disrespectful to her employees in front of customers. Young light skinned with tattoos on her forearm

Workers were nice and moved the line along smoothly, but I have NEVER been to a Panda Express where they forget to add a both entrees to my plate. Im severely disappointed because I cant go back and get it fixed due to my lunch break limiting my time. Not sure if Ill be coming back to this one.

I forgot how much I actually like Panda Exp. This location has made my in person order correct each time, and it tastes freshly made, but dont forget to ask for the sauces (Teriyaki)
