To be fair, I havent been to this Panda Express location in probably 3 years. So I dont know if this is normal for this location. But it was a very slow process to get our food. We waited in line for 20 minutes before finally getting up to the counter to order our food.The reason I didnt give it only 1 or 2 stars is because the food was decent. The quality is still pretty consistent with panda quality as far as the Brocolli Beef and the Beijing Beef are concerned. The fried rice was still decent, but the chow mein was full of cabbage and onions and barely any noodles. The orange chicken was burnt, dry and the portion was miniscule. There was five pieces in the box.

Other Panda Express have really fresh veggies, I got YELLOW broccolis and BLACK greens. So nasty! Ask for napkins they gave me one, no fortune cookie, what? The place was not even busy, make sure your avoid this specific Panda is nasty and service sucks.

I got the famous orange chicken and it was really good. They also had a delicious fresh brewed tropical tea. Service was fast, the food was fresh, and it was very tasty. I hadnt been to a Panda Express in years, but Im glad I went to this one.

They are incredibly stingy and the portions are much smaller than most other Panda Expresses. If Im ordering a lot of PREMIUM menu items and paying more, dont be stingy and rude.

This one is okay not the best tasting but better than most. Although they run out of certain foods pretty early like 2 hours before closing which is kinda dumb.Little up date tried eating here again and the customer service was terrible only wanted to give me 1 teriyaki sauce for the 2 chickens I ordered and everyone was rude not a good experience.

The worst experience I had is at this place since I come to the US. The young guy who was taking orders was not happy to take my order for no reason. Didnt like me from the very beginning. I was ordering a plate but he fixed a bowl disrespectfully and just stopped taking my order in the middle and went inside leaving me while I was waiting for him. His name was Levi and I was so mad and nervous. I asked to talk to the manager but they didnt let me see him.I can say this is the worst fast food place in Rocklin.

The food is pretty fresh but they are stingy with their portions and even their soy sauce and chili. It always feels like a rip off because they barely give any meat in their entrees. Also, make sure you doubke check your order before leaving because they usually get it wrong.

Food is great but customer service was absolutely the worst. I had ordered an online pick up. Gave them 48 hours in advance and I got my email receipt and account got charged when I got to the restaurant “Levi” was being very rude and had a lot of attitude towards my wife and myself. Levi kept yelling at us that we never made that order but I showed it to him and he didn’t care. Levi needs to be let go or given lessons how to treat the customers. Veronica on the other hand was very pleasant to work with. She realized the issue that had occurred and did her best to fix the problem. Yes we had to wait 45 minutes but we got our order

Slower than molasses, this place. This is now the third time I have had to stand in line only to wait almost 20 minutes. Only two folks in front of me. Plenty of servers running around behind counter. Only to be told today I would have to wait an additional 7 minutes for the entre. 7 minutes which always turns out to be 15. I never learn. Better to call ahead to Chang Bros or China Villa. Quicker than Express.

The staff needs to do better at listening and communicating with their customers! Its especially hard right now with everyone having to wear face mask. I also watched them serve several customers who were not wearing face mask at all. We are in a pandemic and everyone needs to do there part to work together and be safe.

Unfortunately the staff were anything but helpful or friendly, almost dropped my food when handing me the online order. Then completely forgot to include the TERIYAKI for the teriyaki chicken. Kinda what makes it not just chicken......This is literally the second time this has happened when I called shift manager said they were sorry but they could not offer a refund...... If you choose to support this business triple check your order.

I come here periodically, since Im local. I enjoy the service and food, but this visit especially, there was a newer guy in front I havent seen before, his name was Dachi, I wasnt able to thank him for his warm and delightful attitude, but I hope this meets with him, thank you for an amazing work attitude and ethic! Literally the first bad experience Ive had at a Panda Express. Super rude employees. They basically rushed me through the line and out the door and dismissed me me when I tried to correct them as they were getting my order wrong. Nothing was ready. I got spring rolls instead of the chicken egg rolls I ordered and was told sweet and sour doesnt come with it, so I didnt get that. Food was OK. They gave me mushroom chicken instead of string bean chicken but it still tasted decent so they get A Star for that, but overall employees ruined this experience for me. No care, no attention to detail just heres food now leave attitude. Ill go to a different one in the future for sure

It was the only item they were out of but the cook started and completed 3 other dishes before even starting the dish I was waiting on. I ordered a bowl of orange chicken, and what I I was white rice and 7 pieces of orange chicken. The pieces were so small to that when I finished it, the bowl was like 50% full of rice. Ive been here multiple times but this has never happened before.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at ANY restaurant. I took my daughter to her school fundraiser at Panda Express. Upon paying the employee that was next to the cashier told the cashier that I needed to have a flyer. This is the first time I have ever heard of needing a flyer to participate in a school fundraiser. I attempted to look for it on my phone and could only find the fundraiser information on the school websites calendar. I showed it to the cashier and again the employee to the side of her said I need to have the full sheet flyer. I immediately told the cashier that it would take me a minute to look for what they were looking for and it was ok for people to pass me up. Meanwhile, other parents behind me were completely unaware of the flyer rule and began searching for the flyer on their phones as well. The other employee then proceeded to tell me that I needed to hurry up in an extremely rude manner. I kept quiet, finally found what they were looking for and paid. The parent behind me could only locate the school calendar information too so I tried giving her my phone so that she may show it to the cashier. Again, the lady that wasnt the cashier told her she had to look it up on her own. She found it and paid. The parent then came up to me and told me she was outraged by the experience.I noticed the lady came out behind the register so I proceeded to ask what her name was and told her her behavior was rude. Her demeanor didnt change and replied her name was Silvia and rules are rules. I explained that I understood that and thats why I was looking for the flyer and immediately told the cashier that it might take a minute and it was ok for people to pass me up. She said the other register wasnt working and I was holding up the line. I replied that it wasnt my problem that their other register wasnt working. She snapped back Yes it is. So according to her, it is my problem that THEIR register wasnt working. She said much more but I began to tune her out after that last comment. At this point, I am beyond outraged. I did everything that was asked of me, I stepped to the side and I had no problem waiting to pay so that my daughters school could benefit from my purchase. I asked the cashier for the name of her manager and she told me that the lady I was talking to IS the manager. I asked for another managers name and Silvia interrupted that I can call the phone number on the receipt.Obviously, I called customer service. I explained everything. They agree that this behavior was unacceptable, especially for a manager. I understand that I needed to provide a flyer, that wasnt the problem. The problem is that she felt the need to be rude from the moment I got to the register. Needless to say, I will never go to this Panda Express again. Rocklin is a friendly community. Too bad this Panda Express hires managers like Silvia that are the opposite of friendly.

A missed opportunity for Panda Express tonight. Due to things out of their control, they had to close early. They stopped making food, but were willing to still make food if we were willing to wait. Now, they will close with a lot of food left over. What an opportunity to do a little extra for their customers that had to wait. They could have easily offered extra food, a little discount, anything for the inconvenience. But, it wasnt even a thought. Instead, I felt like an inconvenience to them because they had to cook my food. Bummer.
