So, I really wanted to say Im not a fan of the new paper replacement for the plate box. The food practically melts through the paper and ended up a slurried mess when I got home. Thats all, Im not criticizing the food or the employees. Theyre great, no its those damn paper plates I hate.

Whoever the cook is in the back. I know they pay the chefs well. You should def be getting minimum wage for how slow and terrible your work ethic is. I ended up waiting 20 min for some orange chicken. Don’t recommend this place if you are on a time crunch.

Service was terrible from the moment I stepped in. The manager was serving in the front, she had a black polo on. She had an insanely bad attitude, if she does not want to be there maybe she shouldn’t be there. The ambiance in there was just really bad it seemed like everybody was ready to get out of there. There was a promotion in the front being advertised and when I got up to the cashier she didn’t even know what I was talking about. It was just a terrible experience for me which is a shame to say because this is my local Panda Express but I will not be returning here if I have a choice. I have nothing to say about the food other than the proportions are rather interesting.

I was there yesterday and the female cashier was too busy talking to her co-worker that didnt give me a fork or the soy sauce I asked for, and she decided to round up the price of my order and kept my change. I definitely dont recommend this place at all. The food is expensive and to top it off the customer service is really bad.

I wasn’t really a big fan of panda because of their chow mein, but their Beijing beef is an absolute game changer. It gets extremely packed so it may take a while but the staff is cool and the place is clean.

The workers where more interested in their conversation than attending the customers. They are talking over the food going back and forward about their conversation using inappropriate language. I asked for a drink which I had to grab myself because the cashier America was too busy looking for Brenda to keep the conversation going.

I ordered online to save time my order was supposed to be ready 10 min after I placed it. I got there early so I sat in my car and waited because my kids fell asleep on the way. I went in at the ready time and the food wasnt ready. I went back out to my car and waited another 5 min and it still wasnt ready. I went back in a 3rd time now almost 15 min past my ready time and they finally were scrambling to get me my food. I went out to my car and checked my order. They forgot 3 entrees. I had to go in the store a 4th time to get this corrected. The manager was dismissive and didnt even apologize for their mistake. I didnt get offered anything and didnt even get a fortune cookie with my order. Overall terrible service. I would have been helped a lot faster if I would have just walked in and ordered. They need better management.

This place was extremely packed, but because the workers are very slow. The person initially serving us was, I believe, the manger wearing a polo. She serves super small portions, that’s ridiculous! She’s seems unhappy, I believe my food got cold by the time I reached the register to pay, that’s insane! My husband told me not to ever go to back to this place when he opened his meal. I wanted to say something to the young girl, but I just kept it cordial and left. I should have read the reviews before coming here, everyone can relate to what I’m commenting on.

Went for lunch with my daughter. Towards the end my daughter found a bug in her greens. I got up and asked for the manager. She approached me and I showed her and told her my daughter got a bug on her plate. She called out the cook I think and told him there was a bug in the food. She did not even apologize or offer another substitute. Very badly trained people. An apology would have been enough. Not looking for free food just to be cautious with their food next time.

When placing a takeout order make sure to double check you food I was handed my order by Natalie assuring me my order was complete only to get home with 2 of my sides missing not only did I have to drive back she couldnt even bother to fix her mistake and had another employee hand me my sides if shes part of management which seemed like it she should have better customer service

The portions are getting smaller and smaller, the girl that was there that looked like a supervisor or something kept telling the girl serving us that she was giving us too much and there was hardly any food on the plate. My husband got served only about 3 broccoli and 3 pcs of the meat and that supervisor girl kept saying it was too much. The fried rice was hard and burnt, the noodles were undercooked and had too much cabbage. I felt so bad for the girl serving she kept having to ask is this ok is this ok.

🤮🤮🤮 YUCK. The employees were unfamiliar with their own online ordering system and spent alot of time trying to figure it out, which completely defeated the purpose of ordering and paying online in advance. I paid extra for a shrimp entree that ended up being a whopping 5 flavorless, dry inedible shrimps. My broccoli and beef literally had one tiny piece of beef in it. I ate it before I took a picture. I didnt know it was possible to ruin orange chicken but they managed that too. They forgot sweet and sour sauce for the wontons so those went to waste. Not even going to try the noodles because if everything else was disgusting those probably are too. How the food could be gross and flavorless at the same time I have no idea. They ruined 3 peoples dinners tonight. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.

I think they go out of their way to hire the worst employees possible the food is decent VERY OVERPRICED for what you are getting. The main problem here is not the food it is the attitude of the horrible employees almost to the Point of arguing . I try to avoid this restaurant as much as possible in the last 10 years this place has had the worst service and the worst employees ever there doing nothing to correct them they just replace them with worse people and worst service and terrible attitudes. This is my weekly stop when purchasing food for our company. I always go in with a large order and they always handle it well. They are very patient and understanding, even if there is a long line behind me. They are even kind enough to put names on every plate. They always get the order correct and the food of is delicious of course. I just wish they had tofu items since I personally dont eat meat. I choose this location over others.

Very bad experience one of the cashiers Vanessa was very rude when I asked about my order. She told me to wait to not scream at her when no one was screaming at her I was just inquiring about my online order since it would be ready at 4:30 and it was 4:58 and still waiting for my order. Customer Service is everything for a restaurant. Management needs to get on the front server Robert or Roberto. Get him a name tag first. Then let us have our food with light to no attitude. Attitude on the side....or better yet, No attitude. Its clearly displayed by his facial expressions he hates his job, the people, and sighs way too much like hes got a cough or something while rolling his eyes. Employees made it clear, when I asked if he was the manager, that hes not management material, always has an attitude and would be the last to be manager. I rarely come to this panda express location but this kid made sure to make me not come back again. He should go to McDonalds and hell see that attitude wont fly with customers.
