First of all I dont know if the person who attended me is like that but She treated me badly, her way of asking me was rude and then she made the wrong request, a boy checked if it was mine and then he realized that it was wrong. As they stamp the order I ordered Pickup and when I arrived at my apartment I found that they didnt add the honey chicken. honestly the flavor is good I give it an 8 out of 10 but the way the lady attended me and the one that has been missing 1 item I give you 2 of 5The price is super good as well

If u want to get skimped on food come here! I ordered the family meal, she didn’t fill up the shrimp side because it’s seafood??? AND? I’m paying for it! The manager got called & she gave me ONE MORE SHRIMP. There was NO RICE @ first she said it’ll be ready in 7 min then she came back & said oh I’m sorry! There’s no rice anymore. EXCUSE ME?! IM BAFFLED they treated me like this infront of my children & customers! I will be contacting HR because this is unacceptable. It wasn’t the first time they did this to me!

Shrimps were not filled all the way up in the container, guess paying extra didnt mean anything. At paying the cashier asked me to round it up to make a donation, wouldnt mind if she asked for tips but donation? Hell no. I dont trust donation and where exactly does the money go?? I rather pay for your non-existent service than making a donation for something I have no idea about. So just be honest and blunt and ask for tips.

The Beijing beef was hard like it sat there for hours, the white rice was mushy and stuck together. why did I pay for this!!!

Really stingy at this location when I went, and there are so many better food options around them to eat anyway. Only go if you’re reeeaaalllyyyy craving panda express.

Cashier tried to charge me for empty bowl. I mean literally no food there. After my refusal to pay she finally put food into the bowl. But she was quite persistent and tried to convince me to pay 5 or 7 times. I would leave the place but my kid already got drink from them. I will never visit Panda Express anymore

Very unpleasant experience. I ordered broccoli beef as well as another customer behind me. The display pan of this dish was practically empty and mostly gravy. The server tried to give it to me. I said Id wait for a new batch to be cooked. It took longer than the 7 minutes I was told for the fresh batch to cook. When the fresh food was done, the server poured the old food on top and scooped it up for me.i got none of the fresh food. I complained. The female manager came and was very loud and rude, telling me that I got the new batch. She lied, as we both saw how the food was served. Terrible service, rude employees, poor customer service. The customer behind me was unhappy as well.
