Warning to everyone who comes to this location!!! This is the location Ive coming to the past couple of years but I will have to pass for a while. I ordered takeout and my sons Beef and Broccoli had a GRASSHOPPER in it!!!🤢🤮 I immediately took my food back for a refund, definitely not allowing my kids to eat food from a place like this. The gentleman was kind enough to offer a refund and give me a new plate, but I passed on the new plate and just took my refund. Maybe some other time I would have my food replaced but definitely not the same day or in the near future, seems like they have some issues to work out at this location to let something like this happen.

Definitely the best location Ive found. One thing they need to work on though is paying attention while bagging the order. Its comedic how my order will be repeated back several times at the register and something is almost always still forgotten 😩😂. Usually just things like sauce and fortune cookies but still lol. I still come back for the outstanding friendliness and food quality.

The steady stream of customers ensured that all the food was freshly cooked. The indoor seating area is rather small, but the staff was friendly and the service was prompt. The food is typical for Panda -- tasty but not special. The selection as usual is limited to keep the pricing reasonable. If Panda is your thing, this location is one worth seeking out.

I had a rather simple online order and this location could not get it right. A bowl, a plate and a chicken egg roll. The entree portions were small, the food I received was poor quality and the chicken egg roll, well it was not included.I called the store and they tell me I can either come back and get the egg roll or they will write my name down and I can get one the next time I go there. Chances are I will not be going there again.Places like Panda Express are quick to take your money, but when they screw up they want you to go out of your way for them to make it right.I would avoid this location if I were you.

The girl that worked there on Sunday night July 30, 2023, was the worst. I didn’t get her name. A customer, who didn’t speak very good English tried his best to give her an order and she was making all kind of faces and acting irritated and throwing a tantrum in the back. That was the worst that I have seen in customer service. If you don’t like your job, quit, no one deserve your childish behavior. Customer was very nice and didn’t say anything.

In all the years Ive gotten the cream cheese ragoons at Panda Express, this is the first time they were so burnt that the inside was brown and hard. The outside was so hard, you couldnt bite into them. If the kitchen burned them, they should not send them out to be sold. No one is paying for burnt food. Also, the apple pie is too chewy and among the worst apple pies Ive ever had.

Worst attitude and waiting for a pick up, the whole purpose of pick up is so you’re not waiting in line. I understand if there is a line but switch off one regular line one pick up line. (Minimum acknowledge the customer and say “I’ll be right with you”). The female attendant did not acknowledge me or smile. I literally had to go out of my way and raise my voice to grab her attention. Sad when the food is good quality but poor customer service from employees. Teriyaki chik was so dry and chewy I had to spit most of it out. The zucchini was raw and hard. The fried rice and noodles were both very, very dry and tasteless. String beans were not even half cooked. What happened to this place? It used to be so good and now its just awful and we wont be going back.

I would rather spend my time doing something else besides writing a bad review. I however feel responsible to let others know that this place has some workers that are not customers friendly. I attempted to purchase a small drink but one of the cashiers said that I needed to buy a large drink since it was not from the fountain. After asking the reason the cashier said, it’s against our policy. I asked what if I didn’t like it, if they would return my money, once again her reply was, it’s against our policy. Funny thing is that they do not display their policies for customers as if we are supposed to read them before spending our money there.

They only prioritize online order and not walk-ins. We waited 30 minutes to get our order taken and then they said it was going to be another 20 minutes for food because they were filling the online orders first before taking in person orders. Then when we go to try to check out after finally getting our food they then again prioritized online orders before we could check out. This was after 8pm and not really a normal rush hour.

First time visit at this location. Super busy place for dinner, but the line was unexpectedly quick and efficient. Bought the orange chicken and teriyaki chicken with half chow mein and half fried rice. Added to egg rolls last minute. Food was exceptional. Hot and fresh! I wanted to sit inside to eat but the place was a bit full and noisy. Good visit tho!

There was a young gentleman working the cashier today i do not remember his name but i believe he had dreadlocks, he was so so nice and thoughtful he went above and beyond and displayed excellent customer service and kindness. I work as a delivery driver and was waiting for an order, i could not have been waiting more than 3 or 4 minutes and while he was not busy he approached me and some other customers that he had just finished helping and offered us all free drinks to compensate for our wait time on an extremely hot day! He displayed such kindness and made my short experience there very memorable :)) the best customer service!!!

Have been ordering from this location pretty regularly for over a year, last 2 orders the food was horrible. Got delivery through the panda website tonight and they didn’t deliver one of my drinks. Called the location and the guy who answered had to relay info back and forth between me and the manager because she wasn’t interested I handling the situation or helping. Told me sorry call DoorDash or grub hub after telling them I ordered through panda and my receipts don’t show who delivered the order. Damaris was zero help and Had a bad attitude, I could hear her answers in the background as she yelled to the poor kid trying to help me on the phone. Mistakes happen, items get forgotten, but a manager is supposed to attempt to help solve the situation especially when the customer is being nice and understanding and just wants to process a refund for the missing items.

There are so many panda express in Murrieta and Temecula to choose from. This is the worst location by far but because this is the closest one to where I live, this is the third time and the last time I will be spending my money at this particular restaurant. A food establishment is supposed to be a place where you go eat food! Edible food! From the over cooked hard rice! To the orange chicken that’s hard as a rock, so hard you can’t even eat it! Because this has happened multiple times this will be the last time! It doesn’t matter how much portion they give you if you can’t even eat it! Walked in at around 4:50 Pm yestrday ( 6/19/22) because I noticed that the parking lot was clear on the way to my Mom’s house to celebrate Juneteenth. She had already cooked but I wanted to bring something to her house. So I quickly parked and walked inside. Great I thought, no one was in line and I had plenty of opportunity to order something quick and get to my moms house by 5 PM. What a terrible mistake that was. As I scanned the room, everyone behind the counter was in a huddle looking down at printer receipts and foam boxes. Clearly I was unimportant because they were having a football like huddle about orders. I let them finish but even after the huddle, they just disbursed and never acknowledged that I was standing there. I was annoyed and said “ Hello, you do know that a customer just walked in!” A guy that was putting Chow Mein in a box looked up and said, “I’m sorry we just got all these Door Dash orders in.” I then told him, “ Look, I understand… but who is more important the customer at home or the customer right in front of you?” I walked out and to be honest, I don’t think I will go back. Here are my reasons. One, no one acknowledged me when I walked in. Two, there were nothing but men working, where is the diversity here and where are the ladies at? Three, they were clearly over staffed to be confused on Door Dash orders. I’m talking maybe 8 -10 people looking confused and weirdly focused on what one person is saying. Three, I felt embarrassed. People were sitting in the dining room just looking at me as I was trying to get eye contact with one of these guys. I locked eyes with a few of them and they looked at me like, what do you want? It was embarrassing and upsetting. I mean the customers are what pay your wages, or are they getting paid some other way? I should look at reviews more before even thinking of dashing into a buffet restaurant like this ever again. My bad, Panda Express, I guess I should have know that the staff was going to be busy. What a sad business and sad staff. If this matters to anyone, I am a Black women. The staff were all men who were Asian, black and white. So clearly Black women don’t get respect here.

My son and I enjoy Panda Express very much. Orange chicken is the best! We get that every time.We dont eat out much. Maybe once or twice a month. Panda Express is definitely a go to place for us when we do eat out.We typically go around dinner time, and the wait can be long. We waited about 20 minutes in line last night. Im not complaining, just sharing our experience.All in all I highly recommend eating here.Lots of options. Chicken, beef and vegetable options. Im not sure about gluten free. Came here on a Saturday night around 8:15pm.. We were helped quickly, got two plates and two drinks. The girl helping us was nice, she seemed to be the one doing everything. After ordering, about 7 people walked in and she was doing all the work. However, this review isn’t about service quality, it’s about the food quality. The food quality here is horrible. The food traveled less than 5 minutes before getting eaten. the noodles were cold, the rice was cold, as w well l as the black pepper steak, and the veggie rolls. Everything was cold. Except our drinks, they were warm because they had no ice. They also had no napkins. The temperature of the food was very worrisome. Also, none of the cooks were wearing glovesT he re seemed to be a manager, wearing a black sweater, he wasn’t wearing ha any gloves while serving food. not sure what the procedures here are but this is very alarming..

Haven’t been to Panda Express in a few years. Now I know why. Overpriced and they skimp on the portions worse than ever. Literally one spoon scoop of black pepper chicken and dude counted how many (6) shrimps he gave me. Food wasn’t even good, rice was really dry and the other sides, (they are not entrees with as little as you get) was not very good. I’ll never spend money here again.

I have been to this Panda Express twice now, and have been very satisfied by the service given by the entire team, especially Jasmine. She is a very warm person, a delight to speak with, and always makes me feel welcome. She and the whole store are taking COVID precautions very seriously. I appreciate this. This location is a little less busy during lunch compared to Murrieta. The food quality is excellent and the kitchen staff are always right on in getting things they are out of refilled quickly! The food here was ok. I usually choose Panda Express over most fast food restaurants in the various places that I travel. This particular location was good. I waited for hot food to come up rather than guess how long the food had been sitting. Most locations accommodate my request to have a few pieces of brocolli added to my bowl, as the two entree option is too much, this location did not. The staff was nice and provided good customer service. They did not appear to be accustomed to customers requesting sample tasters but they did provide. I may go back again, when in the area.

My girlfriend and I stopped in here the other night about 20 minutes before closing. Panda isnt usually the best food, but we wanted some quick take out for home. The service of the two girls working was some of the best customer service Ive ever received. Not only did they offer to make my Eggplant Tofu fresh, beside the Chow Mein, they offered to make our whole meal fresh. I was pretty surprised considering how they were supposed to close in 20 minutes. I accepted, and the food was excellent, and they gave us extra portions. Dont get me wrong, its still Panda Express, but this one seems to stand above the rest as far as wonderful customer service.

They consistently fail to staff enough people putting the food together for customers, causing a pile up of online orders, multiple people waiting to get their food after the rice/noodles, and line to the door. This location is the main one I go to whenever I want Panda Express and after today, that won’t change for a while!After getting home from picking up my online order, I noticed I was missing some items so, I gave them a call. I told them my situation and they asked if I wanted to be reimbursed or come back to the restaurant to pick up my missing items. Not only was I over charged, but the food was over cooked and i was not given exactly what I ordered! The cashier Elizabeth a young lady in her twenties was rude and not friendly. But this time at the Panda Express on Winchester and Murrieta location I was asked by the server could I be given a knife to cut the meat myself. Today I came in with the Secret Service agents in Black SUVs. Donald Trump followed me in shortly after. We had some orange chicken with white rice and chow mein.
