Absolutely disgusting. Ordered delivery and one of the plates looked like they pulled it out of the trash to serve my food. Underneath my honey walnut shrimp it looked like they served something with chili on it like the Beijing beef and then scooped it out and reused the container. There was random pieces of pineapple and greenbeans in the chow mein as well. The portioning this time was horrible on my second plate I ordered half chowmein and half rice and there was 3 bites of chowmein. My brocolli beef had maybe one actual piece of beef and overcooked broccoli. I’m more disappointed in the face that they served my food in a nasty used container.

Double order of Chile Fried Shrimp with all veggies, no rice- really good and I can tell myself it’s pretty healthy eating too! Nice staff who smile and try to get the job done even though they’re short staffed. I’ll be back, for sure.

I never have a positive experience at this location. Today I did a Doordash order and there is no way to ask for soy sauce. When i went to pick up my order the guy at the counter insisted I had to request it with my order. When I told him there was no way to request it on Doordash he started arguing with me. Ultimately I just said can I just get some soy sauce?? And he gave me some. Really??

The food is the classic Panda youve known and loved...orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp...nomm nomm. The staff has been extremely courteous to me at this location on numerous visits. One time they even went out of their way to make my day a little brighter. The restaurant is clean and welcoming, sitting on the corner of a busy intersection you can watch the world go by as you relax with your meal....

If it were up to me, I would give it 0 stars, I will never go back to this place in my life. the people there are very rude. there was a fat girl that I asked for the order and she kept repeating the same thing to me something that I had not asked for and making some gestures in her face, so I left it that way. She did not understand what I was trying to ask of her because she got annoyed and told the other guy to take care of my order, after, when I go to pay she whispered something in his ear and he laughed . I would have wanted her to tell me to my face.. I hope they both get fired. If your life is so miserable, you shouldnt spread that to other people. I left very upset..

Order number 22 33 94Time 11:44 am. They were out of chicken. Teriyaki chow mein Beijing beef vegetable chicken. The guy that served me seemed hed rather be somewhere else and he was bored to take my order. As I waited for the food they said it would be 7 minutes for the chicken to be ready. 15 minutes later they played it up the chicken. My rice was cold. The fresh noodles that they were supposed to give me was like a half order. So after seeing my dish I went back and asked for more rice and more noodles and they basically threw them on the plate and sit here. Take it. Worst experience ever, I dont think Ill go back to that panda ever again. I hope whoever reads this can make changes in regarding the employees attitude regarding courteousness politeness, eye contact and maybe a smile wouldnt hurt. If I could give them half stars I would give them half stars. Worst experience ever. And they played it up my rice while everything else was cooking. Thats why it was so cold. And of course before the service was rendered I did donate a dollar to their cause. Got no. Thank you. No anything new management team new district manager or at least make aware that these are the things that are going on in the Novato Panda Express.

I luv this place...fresh food great cooks and aweSOMe service clean management. Manager greets you, staff is friendly and excellent service to customers smiles always. Food is so delicious and seasoned perfected to taste. Im a satisfied customer always look forward to come for lunch. Thank you manager and staff.

Ive been eating at various Panda Expresss for many years. Ive eaten at the one in Novato about four times in the last couple of months. The price is going up and the portion size has definitely decreased. They also no longer offer the packets of hot mustard. Really? Last week I ordered the Broccoli Beef and it was 95% broccoli, 5% beef. Last night I had the Mushroom Chicken and the same ratio. Sorry, but I think Im done with them...

I love me some panda express. Inusually like to take chinese food once a week as a treat on Wednesdays. I live close by and I am happy about this location. I like the service here and a building is pretty cool. Good food, good staff, clean - is most important part. I hat it when the place is dirty for real... in Los Angeles they pht grades on the restaurants depending on a quility of the place. And dirtyness is always a big factor. They should atart doing that in Bay Area for sho! Anyways this place is clean, so I am happy about that. Gladly come here on Wednesdays. Recomending!

Today we went to eat there, the food is very bad, everything is cold and the Orange Chicken is super hard, you couldnt chew it. Im not coming back to this place.
