Panda Express in San Bernardino

We haven’t been to a Panda Express in awhile but our memories are that the food tasted way better. The broccoli and beef was subpar at best. On a positive note The staff was friendly. I rated the atmosphere 2 stars due to how loud it is.

I wish I can give a review of the food but since they stopped serving food at 8:30. A whole hour before closing. My review is of the disappointment of not getting a single option of food to chose from other than a prepackaged fortune cookie. They must need to fix their clocks or not show open signs or update their hours of business if they are going to be on the clock and not serve food during business hours. I will be going to a local chinese spot instead. Very disappointed and I loved panda.

** (As of April 2018) They need to update their cash registers. Samsung Pay gives an error and doesnt work. The Redlands location doesnt have the problem. ** Clean, nice friendly service. Ive never seen the chain offer any coupons. Good food. Ask to taste a sample. Its usually crowded in the evening. Sometimes theres a bit of a wait. The person in front of you may take the last of an item that you wanted. Now youll have to wait 10 min for more to be made. At least you know it will be fresh! Watch when they bring a fresh batch of food to the steam table, they will dump the remaining old food in with the new. Mixing the 2 batches together is a big health code violation so say something to the manager. Some servers can be light on your serving size and will actually knock food off the serving spoon before placing the food in your container! I always say to them, Im a hungry guy, so dont be stingy with the serving, as they are getting ready to spoon it up. Usually that works and I get enough. Sometimes though I might have to make an additional comment like, come on now, Im hungrier than that!. LOL Yiu might even have to be blatant and say please give me more. The end side of the service area has items that cost an additional amount of $$ from the standard selection. It seems a strange way to charge. Its almost like saying the good stuff is over here if youre willing to pay more? They have self serve drinks as well as bottled ones at the register. They have a few sides like egg and spring rolls. Dont forget your fortune cookie...

Whenever I go to Panda Express Im not there because I think their food is great, its mediocre at best but its quick and somewhat healthier than other fast food places. This location has hands down the rudest staff Ive ever interacted with at a Panda Express, though. There wasnt a greeting or any form of thanks at the end. After waiting several minutes simply to be acknowledged (I was one of four customers there, and the only one in line) the girl asked me what do you want? I wont be back.

The guy that helped us Adale was not having a good day. It was good food as expected but Im not sure I would have him be the person that interacted with all that walked through the door if I owned the store.

What a miss. Been a couple months since Ive been to panda and was really craving it. Burnt tasting chow mein, over cooked hard orange chicken, stall fortune cookie and even the sprite was garbage. $14 to just throw in the trash. HORRIBLE

Ordered a Panda bowl double white rice, and it looked like a single scoop. I was very disappointed in this. It seemed like they ran out and scraped whatever was left to try to make it a double scoop.

Gross I found this black stuff in the orange chicken and pepper chicken a black worm thing!!! I lost my appetite for panda express!! Never coming here again, would not want to refund my money! Either, they just offered me a bowl replacement instead of a plate, which I wouldnt accept for satisfaction..

8.31.21 two entrees to-go for dinner plus side of teriyaki chicken; fast, fresh, and affordable. No complaints.
