Panda Express in Redding

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Panda Express, and I must say it was an amazing experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and attended to.What really stood out to me was the level of attention they provided. They came to my table to check if everything was alright and if I needed anything else. It was truly unexpected but highly appreciated. The entire team was incredibly friendly and accommodating.Not only was the service outstanding, but the food was also superb. The fried rice was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and taste of every dish I tried. Furthermore, the restaurant itself was spotlessly clean, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.After such a remarkable dining experience, I can confidently say that I will only be returning to this Panda Express.

The worst food Ive had in Redding, noodles were dry, famous walnut shrimp got 5 shrimp 3 walnuts, and had to pay more for this dish. The only thing good was the diet coke. Go home, China 🇨🇳

One of the best Pandas I have ever eaten at!! The food is so fresh and the staff are very nice, especially the counter/server person, extremely helpful and friendly!! The place is very clean too!! Definitely worth the stop!

Quick Chinese food, limited variety, taste pretty fresh to me, decent price, paying for convenience cuz they are quick! Rice is a lot dryer then sticky rice, and the best option for me will be getting the chow mein.. the Shanghai beef is amazing, and cost an extra dollar fifty or so, but well worth it in my opinion!

Sesame honey chicken breast is soooo good. Employees are cheerful and polite. Especially Julie. Julie is very professional and kind.

I would give a zero I asked for steam rice three times now I’m allergic to stuff in chow main every time I get what I did not ask for . I will file a complaint with corporate I almost ended up in the hospital it’s hard to mess up between steamed rice and chow main they don’t even sound alike . Very disappointing

Whats with the small portion of meat selection when you order a rice bowl? I just going to have to buy me a Chinese place that serves you a decent quantity of food selected .

We have eaten at this restaurant many times, it is a convenient location on our way home from town. Today was a completely different experience than normal! We ordered ahead since we were getting food for the whole family, two family meals. The app said it would be ready in 25-30 minutes. After ordering, we were given a time about 30 minutes in the future for the order to be ready to pickup.I realized we had forgotten to order one thing, so I went in a few minutes before the time I was supposed to pick up the order and was surprised at how slowly the people behind the counter were moving! I got up to the counter and others the entree I had forgotten to add to the rest of the meal. The guy asked if I wanted anything else and I told him no, that I already had an order that should be ready to pick up and I was just adding to it. He acted surprised and asked what my name was, then acted surprised that there was an online order even though I could even read it from across the counter!I paid for the extra item and then waited for the rest. Over 30 minutes later, I finally got the food. The extra item (shrimp) was now cold and during the entire time I waited, they would stop getting my order ready to help the next person that just walked in! I was so frustrated. I had to keep reminding my e wife to be calm and not make a scene since she was very angry at the slow service and obvious lack of concern on their part to finish getting out for ready, even though it ended up being over an hour to get two meals!Ill have to really be desperate to return to this place, there are other places to get food that dont include the drama! Sorry, Panda, I think were calling it quits, at least until I forget the terrible yeast in my mouth from this experience! By the way, the rest of the food was pretty good, I think - by the time I got to eat, I was to hungry to notice much about the taste.

I came to this Panda on the way home from Oregon last week. Everything was great. Service was fast and the food was good.
