Clearly need help. Theres like 10 workers and it takes over 10 mins just to get someone to actually respond to tell then the names of the orders, you basically have to cut in line just to say something. Then it takes 25-30 mins for 2 orders. Seriously need help here because its very unorganized

My family came here to eat lunch and enjoyed it very much. Its a little greasy but the food is very fresh and good quality. Tasty as well. Wish they had a tofu or a few vegetarian dishes. The place is clean and the employees are swift and on the ball.

Every single time I order from this location to pick up is a horrible experience. It got to the point where I stopped ordering from this location for quite some time. I decided to give them another try, and I was disappointed once again. They tell you the sauces are in the bag, if you check at the store they stand there and give you dirty looks. Just to find there are no sauces in the bag. I did not check the bag and got home and low and behold no sauces for the teriyaki chicken. If I wanted just grilled chicken I would make it at home. The manager working at this store has the worst attitude. Always snapping and should not be in the customer service industry. The food isnt even worth the fustrations, it comes out old the chow main is stale, the white rice is crunchy and the orange chicken is mostly gristle or batter. 1/10 do not recommend eating at the Panda Express in Windsor, CA.

I have ordered twice to have food delivered, both times I recieved zero sauce, teriyaki chicken without sauce is just plain chicken, same thing with rangoons and potstickers. Why on earth would you not automatically include the appropriate sauce with the order? I even included a note that asked for the correct sauces to be included. If your policy is to not include the sauce I will no longer order your food, the food is very bland without the sauce.

I order online. The same order came up 5 times all canceled but charged my brother card. We both called several times. He was able to get the phone picked up once. But after we called the number that they gave us which they were not open we tried calling back the Windsor Panda over 10 times to no one answering the phone. I will never go to another Panda.

The thing I love best about Panda Express is the family meal they have its a great deal for 2995! Dollar sign! Thank you very much for the good food that Ive eaten and you know what time to go on there when the food is fresh its always five o clock! Now I went to Panda Express in reading and yet theyre nowhere as good as you! And they dont have the family deal for the same things I order for the $29.95 they charge almost 50 bucks with two egg rolls! The food was impressed the people arent happy and the meal wasnt very good because it tastes like its sat around for a while but yours is always hot and fresh thank you very much fast food Chinese food and for the price you cant beat it give me the honey walnut shrimp any day of the week

Ive noticed pandas gone downhill .they quit serving containers of sweet and sour sauce. this review is over sweet and sour sauce. I asked for 5 and she gave me one empty one and when I asked her for another one she tried to give me attitude. The good news is next door they have flavor Burger and that place is so good Im glad she was a snotty little girl I give them one star because I couldnt give them negative so with that said and without periods I recommend everybody go to Panda Express and experience smaller food portions and shity attitudes for yourself dont take my word for it then the manager wanted to say something stupid when I was leaving God just pulled pork sandwiches so good flavor Burger Cafe is awesome

Panda express donated kids meals for 2 classes (3rd Grade and their buddies 1st grade) at Alexander Valley for The Chinese New Year celebration they were having together.They also received coupons for free kids meals. I’m in aw at generous panda was and how happy it made them.Thank you Panda for making my kids day. We will be ordering dinner from you next week.

Boyfriend and I waited a solid 5 minutes, to be greeted WITH NO LINE. The employees just kept their heads down, and intentionally avoided acknowledging us. Dont know whats up with that, but the Quesadillas next door are DELICIOUS, and they were more than happy to accept our business.

I will never understand restaurants that stay open late but dont have any food. If you dont have any food, shut down early! It is called hours of operation, not hours except an hour before we close. I did not drive across town for old steamed brocccoli. If you close at 10pm, serve food until 10pm. A we apologize would have also been nice from the employee and manager as well. Close at 9pm if you cannot handle serving food past that time.

I have to say though, I have been disappointed with their fried rice the last couple of times Ive been there. Its real dry and rubbery and I dont get the fried rice with the meals anymore. We explained that it was for my autistic brother who was very particular and even then, they refused to. Every time I go into the Windsor Panda I am disappointed and half the time I leave. Workers are rude or unpolite. Who is the manager at the store and how do they instruct employees to address the public? It all starts at the top and I think Windsor,Ca Panda Express needs a manager who does their job! The staff were working on like 15 to go meals when I got there. There were two people in front of me that had not been helped or greeted. Very Rude! The people standing in front of you need to be important and greeted no matter the backlog of to go orders. I walked out and will never come back. I suggest you’d avoid this place unless you like being ignored.

Havent eaten at Panda Express for almost 3 years and I remember loving it before. What happened? We were at the one in Windsor California today and I was anticipating the honey walnut shrimp but it turned out to be soggy shrimp and the order of well-loved orange chicken was so spicy I could hardly enjoy it. I ended up tossing most of it after dropping 12 plus dollars on it, which included a side of rangoons and a drink. Ill think twice before going to Panda Express again.

I must have eaten here over 50 times in the last few years. The food is almost always fresh unless I arrive between lunch and dinner in the middle of the day. Sometimes the line is long, but thats because this place works hard to make their customers happy.

I love this location, they always have fresh stuff. My only frustration is that the morning crew constantly forgets things like sauce, utensils, and other small items that are just enough to irritate you each time. This has happened a few times now, and this time I made sure to ask for sauce on the side. Got to work, no sauce at all. God dangit.

Another guy came in and wanted teriyaki chicken but they were out and told him they stop cooking at 9 even tho they don’t close tell 10 he was mad and left 2 of the close made very rude comment to him as he left.
