This place is always super busy. I think that they get so focused on trying to move people through quickly, that they forget to smile and have a friendly conversation with their customers. Their food is good and portion sizes decent. They have healthy options, and I love their Teriyaki chicken and mixed vegetables.

Placed an online door dash order was told that it was completed. Went in to wait an extra 15 minutes because it wasn’t ready. Then was told that they completed my door dash order on their end so they didn’t get in trouble for missing their time frame… Absolutely horrible

I’m a regular here and recently they started to decrease the portion into half of what it used to be, every time I come in here I look at at putting food in the box and they take some of it out because they think they put more in there, I’m not going to buy from panda anymore and I don’t recommend it to anyone either, low portion higher prices now 👎🏻

I ordered online and still had to wait more than 30 min once I got to the store. They were not even that busy, employees just seemed like they could not stay focused on what they were doing. Mobile orders were being completely ignored. While I waited I watched people walk in the store and order and get their food before mine was even started. The whole point of online ordering is to cut down on wait times.

Right off the bat, I was served low proportions on my entrees. Then as I was checking out, of course none of the fountain drinks are working. I get home ready to enjoy my meal and I noticed they did not give me a fortune cookie either. I gave them one last chance though, as I took my first bite, and everything was dry. It was impossible to enjoy any part of my meal.

Sad that they wouldnt give the gentleman his change. As a matter of fact they we going to keep his $40 for a $32.40 order. I was shocked. He didnt have $.40 and their policy is you have to have exact change when ordering. Its odd bc when the supervisor came over there was coin in the till but this was obscene. They wouldnt give him his change?!! He eventually got it but this is appalling. Using the pandemic to steal peoples money. I told the girl the policy isnt hers but they need to change it. Rude, had 4 ladies behind the counter, 1 was helping people taste test so I walked around having my order ready to place, after being ignored for a min or two spoke up to only have Brianna I believe her name tag said be rude an walk away take the undecided taste testers order from the lady already helping get them . Waited in line for a long time just to get very very small portions of a 3 item combo. The couple before had a grip load of food. The food just tastes wrong. I like Panda Express, but for some reason the food in here just tastes off. Im not sure what it is. You can get better Asian food elsewhere for about the same price, so I usually skip this location.However, my opinion seems to not be shared by others because there is usually a line out the greasy doors to get into this place. Its incredible how often I see an enormous line at this place.

Panda is hit and miss now adays. This one is is pretty busy most of the time. Never know when you can find fresh food. Sometimes its the one you want that has been sitting there drying out then they dump it on top if they get a new batch. There is a back door to the outside dining area that is almost impossible to open.

I have been here 4 times with my boyfriend and they give very little food for $8-$10. For this amount I expect more food served on my plate and my boyfriends. I love to eat panda but sometimes the amount of food they give is not worth the price. I could go to other places with those $8-$10 and get more then what they serve. And I also think that the honey walnut shrimp should be served more.

Food is okay and Im glad that they are open but I was really put off by the lack of steamed veggies they are never available even prior to the pandemic and I have had it with the twenty plus minutes you have to wait for them to cook and be served. The thing that set me off this evening was 1. no veggies had to choose something else or wait outside in the heat veggies are my favorite but I chose something else I also had to remind her to give me the drink I paid for. 2. I didnt see the sign that says they wont give you back change! And I dont think I should have to donate my change if its owed back to me😠 shortage or not. I had to dig for change I dont normally carry but before that the girl tried to get me to donate my fifteen cents I didnt like her cold attitude and I left there angry. I was in the restaurant Around 6 PM. Cashier was so rude. When I paid for my food I asked for water cup, she gave me cup of water with no lid. I asked for lid because water was for 4 year old kid. she got upset and said we dont give lid for water which is all the time they give me lid without me asking for it. After all she gave me lid but instead of giving it to me she put them on the counter where people all the time tuch it and it is not clean especially during covid. Also they had 15 customers inside the restaurant which is on the door says 10 allowed. This is 3rd time I go to that store and see there is nothing in place, some of employees dont care about cleanness and not really careful about covid. Like today cashier after she touch cash with same gloves touch the inside of the cup, no one wants to get a drink and get sick because its hard for her to change gloves or at least not put her finger inside of the cup or put the lid on the counter where people is touching it and put thire belongings there while they are paying. I would never go back there.

I dont remember the last time Id been to a Panda Express. As far as Panda Express Chinese food go, this ones up there. Clean and pretty spacious. The staff is super nice.I got here around 9 PM on a weekday, and they were out of most of their entrees. But if you are willing to wait, they can make whatever you want, in 5-10 mins (said the guy who was taking my order).I got the Kung Pao chicken with 1/2 fried rice and 1/2 veggies. Liked it. Would stop by again, if Im in the area and need something quick and easy

I love panda, but this location hasnt been the best. A few months ago I went and they were out of what we wanted. OK I get it stuff happens. But then the next two times we went they were out of stuff again, one of those times it was chow mein! So we stopped going for a few months. I eat panda atleast once or twice a week. The lady was so rude. The food was nasty dry and had no color whatsover. I just moved from modesto. I never experience bad customer service from all 3 panda express in modesto which include the one on oakdale on mitchel and the one on orangeburg. I would always visit the drive thru panda in modesto there food was always good and they were quick. Turlock panda express need to step up ur game. The employes wouldnt be able to handle a panda express drive thru. I am was very mad and disappointed of my food. Next time i visit i will start checking my food and if this situation happens again i will be talking to the manager if the manager doesnt take action i will definetly be calling corp.

One of the fortune cooky packets was open felt greasy as if it had been taken off a table and returned to inventory.
