You can ask, plead, get on your knees and beg, you can even start and end every sentence through ordering and paying with can I please got some soy sauce and it wont make a lick of difference because theyll refuse to remember.You could force them to, refusing to leave until the sauce is dropped in your bag, and by the time you get home, youll realize it was chili sauce they gave you instead, just to get you to leave.Their rice is literally inedible without any, so why are they so determined to save their .5 cents per customer and not include the necessary sauces?

As good as fast food Chinese gets. There always seems to be a long line. I recommend ordering online beforehand.Update: restaurant is always clean. They always get you once you walk in, but wheres the rest of my large entree?! Got all the way home to find out i was given a medium portion but charged for a large!! How do I get a refund for the difference?! Thats pretty annoying being that theres a significant price difference.

I mean its Panda Express. What do you want? Honestly I prefer the mom and pop Chinese takeout because they usually have a lot more variety and their prices are better. But if all you got is Panda, well, you take it. Cant complain except prices are a bit high. Food is always consistent and the restaurant is clean with lots of seats.

I ordered online at 2:40 PM and received a message that my food would be ready at 2:50 PM. However, they did not prepare my food and only said that my food was coming out. Finally, when I asked about my food for the second time, they only then prepared my food. In the end, I was able to receive my food at 3:00 PM and the staff was very unfriendly. I probably will not come here again.

Came in for a meal but was teally disappointed that this place doesnt offer water cups even for dine in guests. Several people were also upset by this that were in store today. I dont drink sodas, sugar free or sweet drinks and was really disappointed by this. I will choose another establishment going forward.

Raising Canes, chic fil-a, in n out, and rubios are all close by. Go there before you go here! The manager of this location needs to be fired. I live very close to this location, so I have been here many times unfortunately.Whether I am picking up or dining in, inevitably something always goes wrong with my order. I cant count how many times I have ordered online for a specific pick up time, sometimes hours in advance, and I get there and its, not, ready. And only once did an employee try to make it up to me by giving me a free drink. Once...This place is completely mismanaged from the top to the bottom. Avoid at all costs!

Came in the evening. I ask for chicken teriyaki. They didnt had it. I said I could wait for it. As Im waiting the the chicken came out and I see them serving on other plates of people that came after me. I ask why they didnt serve some of that batch. First they said that nothing hadnt come out. I told them I literally saw them serving it. Then they try to said cause those people were there before me waiting. Wich is a lie. I asked to see the Manager after to get a refund. Wich that took forever. I wasted in total about 30 minutes of waiting. Never agains going to the place. Very unprofessional.

Went here to eat with my kids. Its great because I can take them for dessert right next door after. My sin likes the orange chicken and my daughter the teriyaki chicken. Restrooms were open and being cleaned every hour. You can eat indoor or outdoor. There is plenty of parking as well.

Unfortunately this is the only panda nearby and you have to wait even if you order online... They look short staffed and you have to wait until one person makes the entire service... Ive been to other Pandas and when is full you can even see the managers (people with the black shirt) helping and serving people, but the one here can see a 15 people line not being helped, and wouldnt lift a finger to try to make the line move...

GABRIEL (the cashier guy) needs some customer service training. He is rude and impulsive. While waiting in line I heard three different customers complaining about him. And when he messed up my total and over charged me I went back and he demanded I bring the food back and start touching it. Went back to the ladies and just moved on without apologizing. I don’t recommend putting this guy on the cashier as he has zero customer skills.

Bad customer service, food was very dry ( chow main, orange chicken, veggie rolls and walnut shrimp) the chow main had very little flavor, employe gave me rude attitude for asking for some soy sauce and Sriracha, and gave me dirty looks while I was eating ( staring at me, looking me up and down) and the sodas were diluted. They do not give you a recipe.

Worst customer service ever! I waited 30 minutes for teriyaki chicken!!! I feel like this should be something they should constantly have a reserve for. After asking for my for twice, the kid calling out orders didnt have an answer for me. I asked for the manager and was told teriyaki Chicken takes longer... apparantly 30 minutes long. Even the service is good, there are always Very slow lanes at the lunch hour. The manager is always doing cleaning or something else in an already clean restaurant, instead of open another register or help serving. The first lady in the serving line takes about 5 up to 8 minutes with a client slowing everything else. Not the best choice to go for lunch when you have a time frame. I love Panda but not at lunch at this location.

This place has really gone down hill. The service standards have REALLY disappointed. I came in tonight at 945. The website says they close at 10. The counter help informed me that the kitchen closes at 930.Ive been living here for nearly 15 years now and have NEVER heard of this. If a business posts its hours of close at 10pm, that means they close at 10pm..NOT 30 mins prior and turning away business before informing people in line that they will not be cooking anymore food.This cant be real.Save your money, and your time. DONT EAT HERE at the location just off of 17th street in Santa Ana.Its too bad you cant posts ZERO STARS.This is isnt the first time theyve been rude and unprofessional.

I dont frequent this location and was shocked to see the guy in front of me get twice the helping I did plus he was able to wait in line till a fresh pan of broccoli and beef came out while they gave me the remnants of the old pan amounting to very little plus tasted rubbery. I now know to be firm to request a new batch instead of being the dumpster of old stuff. Not sure if the guy in front of me is a local but everyone should get the same amount of food when you charge the same price.i also got the orange chicken a whole 3 prices. Update: 9 months laterI returned here after a long hiatus at the request of my sons. The food remains very good. However, the service was poor, and the person assisting me was rude and hostile, and got the orders wrong (blending my sons two orders into a single order), then acted resentful and irritated that my 11 year old did not want to share a plate with his younger brother. When I commented to the cashier about the experience, rather than apologizing simply shrugged her shoulders, and then said I could talk to the manager if wanted to.The manager, while very pleasant. was not the actual manager, and said I should come back to talk to the actual manager when she returned the next day. He acknowledged that he had had multiple complaints about the same employee, but acted like there was nothing he could really do about it. He also said I could call in, or provide feedback on the website, and referred me to the receipt. The receipt did not have any phone number other than the stores number. The online survey (The only way to provide feedback) was a three question survey: (1) How was your visit; (2) How likely are you to return based upon your visit; (3) How likely are you to recommend to someone else? No interest in actual feedback.Really poor, disinterested customer service seems to be a company policy at Panda Express. The Kung Pao Chicken was actually very good, but not so much as to have to deal with the poor customer service.Original ReviewI have been here twice, and the food has been very good both times, each time for carry out. What has been completely unacceptable is the portion size. The rice and/or chow mein is served in abundance, but accompanied by ridiculously small portions of the actual entree. Very small in comparison to other Panda Express outlets. It may be a training issue, but will unfortunately prevent me from coming back.

Fried rice was flavorless today. As for the staff some prefer to talk to each other rather than pay attention to the customer and what we are asking for. One in particular named Jasmin has an attitude the entire time as if she is doing us a favor that she is there serving us, and hands you the food and says here. Pretty good food, especially if you are craving big portions of rice and/or chow mein. The portions of Orange Chicken and Kung Pao Chicken were skimpy to say the least. Also, the chicken dishes are good if you are really into gristle - I must have gotten an extra helping to make up for the small entre portions. Otherwise, clean restaurant and bathroom (1 womens and 1 unisex). I really like Panda but this location rates only if I have to go compared to the much better locations. This location reeks of cheap management style.

The worst service in all of Orange County.I ordered two orders between making the line and the delivery of the food over an hour.There were only about 8 people before me. The staff is very slow and they also forgot to give me napkins, forks, sauce and soda.Pay $22 dollars.If you can, dont waste your time, go eat somewhere else.

ON SATURDAY, MAY 12, I WAS WITH MY FAMILY TO EAT AS ALWAYS BUT I WAS GREATLY DISGUSTED THE FOOD TRAYS SMELLED VERY UGLY THAT I HAD TO EAT EVEN SO WE ATE AND I ASKED THE MANAGER OF THE PLACE FOR AN EXPLANATION SHE ONLY SAID THAT THATS WHAT THEY SMELLED IT WAS VERY UNPLEASANT TO SEE THAT FOR 45 MINUTES THE MANAGER DIDNT SEND ANYONE TO COLLECT THEM AND CLEAN THEM, THE BATHROOMS WERE VERY DIRTY AND THE TRASH CANS FULL, OPENING 10 WORKERS SERVING FOOD IF YOU GO TO THIS PLACE MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS CLEAN BECAUSE ONE PAYS FOR THE SERVICE AND IT IS NOT FAIR THAT BECAUSE OF A BAD MANAGER THE FOOD IS DISPLEASANT THANK YOU
