Panda Express in Burbank

I love Panda Express because they taste consistently the same everywhere. Solid customer service and the ready serve style is great if you’re on a time crunch.Their beef broccoli was delicious, along with their mushroom chicken and I chose all vegetables instead of rice or noodles. Either way their selection of meats are solid and I’d definitely come back here again.

I would rate higher except its location is only convenient if youre shopping at the empire center. Getting to, in and out and even through the shopping center is a pain. Then the drive thru lines are so backed up that they use cones to take away parking spaces tk extend the drive thru line so it doesnt back up the thoroughfare. Picking up online/mobile orders isnt great either. I was waiting at the register for at 3-5 minutes before someone helped me let alone acknowledged me. I understand if youre busy, you have to wait. But when you help 4 people pay for their order then ask how I can be helped? Thats excessive. I have paid already, I just want to pick up my food so I can go home and eat it. If I wanted to wait I wouldnt have ordered online. The food was ok, would have better if it was warmer. Orange chicken was sweet with some spice. As usual, too much flour. The fried rice was standard, at least it wasnt dried out. The hobey walnut shrimp as ok, not fresh but not old either. Why is the portion small for a premium item? I paid extra but I get less?

The service has become so bad. First the atmosphere is load. When you order they literally fill the bowl or plate with rice & noodles, and be so poorly cheap on the actual entree (e.g., orange chicken etc..). Oh and price for a water bottle is nearly $3. What has meat become overly priced! 🤔

Of all the people they could put at the cashier, they had a gal there that seemed to only speak Spanish. I spoke in English, and she responded in Spanish, again. It seemed like she didnt care that I was not of Mexican descent or a native Spanish speaker. While I understand Spanish, I found it pretty insulting that you would not acknowledge that the person in front of her wanted to speak only in English. Management needs to pay attention to stuff like this!That major issue aside, the food, as always, was hot and delicious!

Excellent foods always tasty nice and clean atmosphere. I’m always a fan of cheap and good foods.

Love me some PE. This location is clean, fast, and the food is always fresh. Wouldve given 5 stars but sometimes the energy of the employees is off. I always walk-in and carryout, so Im unsure about drive thru service.

This Panda expresss new this was the first Panda Express that I went to that there was actual construction going on in the parking lot but it was interesting because I still enjoy. I didnt let a few tons of bricks get in my way to eat that delicious Panda Express meal . Theres nothing like sharing a bench style seat for someone you dont know it makes the hold american-chinese experience very humbling. But overall I will still come back to this restaurant they were friendly smiles and there was also police there that made me feel very secure.

They have a big sign outside that says “close til 11” we were waiting at the drive thru at 10:30 and no one acknowledged us,I drove to order inside and the doors were locked and all the employees were cleaning and just pretty much signed off and said they’re closed!!!ummm there’s still 30 minutes left til y’all close, very rude !!!

I stopped by on my way, and I’ve never been to a panda where they are stingy about how much rice and Orange chicken they give you. I got the bowl and it barely filled the rice, and barely covered w orange chicken. I hope they realize I still paid the regular price on the menu for the bowl.

I love giving positive reviews, but unfortunately this Panda Express doesnt compare well to many others that Ive frequented.The service is fast enough, but on multiple ( more than 3 ) occasions Ive had to correct the staff about the small portion sizes given. Im not sure if their budget doesnt allow, or what is the reason for skimping on the portions, but its definitely a consistent issue at this location.Often the food is fresh, but I have experienced being served a small portion of warm/hard orange chicken that should not have been served and had to spend additional time on my lunch break waiting for a fresh order to be made.
