Smallest portion for a bowl, the women behind the register couldn’t be bothered to finish doing her job, had to wait around even though there was only one other person in the store for her to tell me the forks were behind the soda machine with a attitude, like I’m sorry, I was under the impression when you got something To go everything came in the bag. Do better and stop skimping so you have to cook less. It’s not like it’s coming out of your check. Ffs

Do not order from this location. Hop Sings Palace isnt that far away and they offer much better food, service, and portions for a fraction of the price.Within the last year the quality of the food and service at this location as decreased dramatically. My first gripe was when the store manager handed me the wrong entree I ordered because they didnt want to make new Spring Rolls, and the Cream Cheese Rangoons were already sitting out. My second gripe was when the fried rice I was served had hair in it and the rest of my food wasnt fresh. As someone who works in food service, I cant look past these issues and cant say Ill be ordering from here ever again.

We walked in an hour prior to closing and was met with a very rude and unenthusiastic staff. The person taking our orders spoke softly and obnoxiously. He laughed to the cook when we ordered the Beijing beef. I can understand if this was ten minutes before closing. They had ample time to have food prepared. Them rolling thier eyes at us while ordering makes me not want to come to this location ever againIts thier job for crying out loud. The lack of communication skills with these employees.. Some people arent meant to be in customer service or kitchens

Rarely, the food can be somewhat stale and oversalted. I think leftovers should not be put in a plate along with a bunch of salty sauce.

Don’t you love when you order a take away, and you get home to unwrap your food and find items missing or incorrect… Grilled teriyaki chicken, but no teriyaki sauce. String bean chicken breast, but all string beans and no chicken breast. My bag came without a fork or napkins. At least they managed to put the fortune cookie in the bag! What is wrong with service? I don’t know, but I blame it on the manager.

Fast service with delicious food. I dashed in, got food to go. Friendly staff and the restaurant is always clean. The honey walnut shrimp is wonderful. Lots of food items to choose from at about $10 per person with a drink.

TERRIBLE, DON’T COME HERE! I had a bad first experience at this location so I never had come back here until I ordered online because I was hungry and just wanted something fast. I did an online order and ordered my usual but I ordered my mushroom chicken a la carte and to my HORROR when I found a LIVE FLY UNDERNEATH MY CHICKEN. I had eaten a good amount when I found it greasy and stuck underneath the piece of chicken I was about to eat. I never am coming to this location again, the food was room temperature at best, I was ignored when standing to receive my order, and they wouldn’t pick up the phone from the six times I tried calling to ask them for a refund.

Panda is pretty much the same everywhere, food wise. The differences show themselves in good management, friendly competent staff and shop cleanliness. This location seems to do a good job in those areas.

I think this is the best panda🐼 around. Fresh, hot, and large portions (mushroom chicken 🍄🐔& string bean chicken 😍♨️👌) and every employee was friendly. Great place for lunch or dinner. Ill definitely be back. Thanks!

I use to go to the panda at this location often but something horrible happened. They started to weigh their plates. Normally I wouldn’t mind, but the portions were so small and what made it worse they took food out after they weighed it. Management is making them do it so I didn’t really give the server a hard time about it just brought my food and left. FYI. So you don’t think I’m a heavy set guy looking for huge portions. I’m 5’5 and weigh 140 LBs not athletic either. Finished the combo plate and was still hungry. 0_o oh well.

We go to panda because there fast and polite. Good food, but was not happy at all with there new policy due to covid they will not give you a cup of water you can buy fountain soda still but you have to buy there bottle water or nothing. Ive spent lots of money in this restaurant to be told we dont give out water Amy more even with a purchase of two large plate meals.

Omg we went here on a Friday at 6pm and the place was super busy. You could tell all the staff (3 of them) was all on the same page. Absolutely excellent service and all the food out was super fresh. Like imagine when your about to order and the thing you want gets replenished and its super hot, juicy and fresh. That was the feeling we had but it was for everything. Keep it up your definitely different from a lot of locations when busy in a good way

Been to them many times, giving 5 stars not only for the quality service I get whenever I go but also for observing how they all dealt with a screeching harpie who ordered $50 worth of food and got triggered by the fact that they had to pay 3.50 or whatever it was for the additional extras that the customer requested. The staff were calm and collect and with a great deal of patience tried to deal with the loud animal bellowing ahead of me.Will be back for sure for more food and entertainment.

I got my food and when I went to sit down to eat it there was a black hair in it. I took it up and they asked if I wanted a refund or a new plate. I asked for a new plate. I started eating that plate and after a few bites there was another black hair in the middle of my rice. The manager said that was the first time today...so, is this a regular occurrance? We demanded our money back and my husband asked for the phone number of the manager and he was told to go online to customer service. We wont be back.

Went a couple weeks ago and had an experience that changed my opinion on panda express.. and i usually go alot but will most likely not return when i order brocolli beef i didnt think id get 2 small pieces of beef and literally the rest was broccoli... same with my other entree so idk what you guys are teaching your employees but that’s unacceptable and really changed customers minds... when i go to places i want consistency and unfortunately panda does not have consistency its a hit or miss sometimes they put a good amount of meat sometimes no and well this last time was the last straw because two small pieces of beef for an entree .. and the rest broccoli? Really?!

Conveniently located in the Safeway and Peets Coffee parking lot, I come here if I need a quick meal.Yeah, its a chain.Yeah, its not authentic Chinese food.However, I havent had a bad plate of three entrees with chow mein yet! I also fill out their survey on the receipt and come back for my free entree when you get a two-entree plate. I havent gotten their food to go, so I cant comment on there being not enough food in the takeout container like Betty stated. I usually split the three entree plate with my daughter when we eat there and we usually have food left over. Then again, Im a small thing and I dont eat much.
