Panda Express in Escondido

Excellent Panda experience today in Escondido. Store was clean, inviting, and very cool which was a welcome considering how hot it is outside today. Bathroom, floors and tables were clean, Staff was very polite, helpfull, knowledable, and they were all wearing a smile. Made me feel great, ordered honey walnut shrimp, honey sesame chicken, chowmein, two spring rolls and sweet tea. Food was really super good. Especially the main ontrees. Anything with honey on it is so good. Loaded up the pics and my fortune cookie was just the right bow tied on to this delicious food coma afternoon. Says You will be fortunate in everything you do. Nice. Ill take it..

I have gone here probably 10 times in the last 6 months. I keep hoping itll get better because my experience at EVERY other panda is wayyyy better. Idk what is going on here, but I have had multiple entrees actually taste like they have spoiled. They almost expected it when I came back to complain and instantly offered me the new bin that they just prepared. Most recently their chow mein was over 90% veggies and next to no noodles. Their food is never crisp when it should be. Overall wish I could give them a 0 star and will make the drive to Nordahl if I ever want Panda, will probably eat somewhere else duento convenience though honestly.. Happy.i havent gotten noticeable food poisoning here yet. Terrible! Stay away!

7/25 11:30am today... a great set of workers right now... saw 2 cooks, the girl that greets you was awesome as well as the guy who also manage the cashier... the guy, did the cashier, i usually always sees him and hes always hard working, multi tasking and great work ethics... I wouldnt be surprise and hope great things for him... he remind me of a boss I use to have, whos great with people, and is now getting better and still great with things...

Accessibility: disabled parking in front, and door that needs to be pulled open but is not heavy compared to many other doors.Seating: as of 8-8-2021 there is seating inside you can use, 3 tables outside you can sit at, and to-go take out.Masks: Employees are wearing masks which I am thankful for, but masks are not required by guests.The food was prepared quickly and hot. :)

Location is nice pretty busy. You dont get alot served pretty pricey compared to other places here in escondidos Chinese food.

Its fast food. I know. But consistency is key. There is great fast food place we all love in California.Here at the PX you can feel like you are eating IN the streets of Beijing or ON the streets of Beijing. Consistency needs improvement. A better selection of soft drinks and tea is in need and prepare for the dishes that finish fast, there can be long waits for fast food.

It’s very upsetting needing to post a bad review over a drink! I ordered two plates, two drinks and one of the drinks was a lemonade I’ve never seen these kind of drinks at this location. I thought it was something new so decided to try it, it was very nasty the amount of sugar that had was horrible it only took one sip for my stomach to start feeling awful. I kindly asked the manager Claudia if she could pls change it. With her serious demeanor simply said “No we don’t do exchanges” I explained to her how the drink was and only wanted a different drink I didn’t care if it was a smaller drink than what I purchased. She didn’t care and didn’t care for customer satisfaction. I asked her for a number of corporate or any number I can call to complain, she said for me to look for it on goggle 🙄. She was no help at all OVER A DRINK!!! Omg what else can we expect this policy needs to change ASAP! 👎🏼

Being a Senior Citizen out with my 89 year old Mother. We asked to use the restroom before ordering food we were told the restroom were out of order around 1:45 pm 10/7/23. This is unacceptable!!! We choose to eat elsewhere.

Food was great but Ive noticed that this particular location has not had some items on the menu or lacking condiments. Other than that food is good.

This place was petty good. The service was fast and the food was good. My only complaint is that it was really loud in there.
