It was crowded, and the staff were busy serving food and checking out. But the food was good and filling and the price was not bad. Its probably one of the cheapest places you can find in the park. Just get in line, decide which menu you would get, and tell the number of that menu.

By far the worst panda express i’ve been to. The line moves so slow because they are premaking plates (that barely anyone is taking. plus why premake plates at a restaurant which already has all the food pre prepared) while there are people right in front of them waiting for food. I left the line and placed a mobile order to save time, and was later notified by the app that the food was prepared and ready to be picked up. This was not the case, my order had not even been started, and not only that, several orders were still prepared before mine.

It’s a very busy place. We waited 40 minutes to place my order. Food was okay but wait time is horrible. Didn’t see option to make online order. It will be very good if online ordering is available.

Ate here and definitely did not have a suitable experience. It was so crowded you had to stay on guard for when someone stood up just to get a place to sit and enjoy your mediocre meal. The workers are rude and are completely ignorant towards customers. It was way to chaotic and I just don’t recommend coming.

This Panda Express location need a huge attention and training in customer service, the lady behind the line counter needs to be out, she has no manners and bad attitude. Jessica Garcia by the cashier is the star of this location. Food is ok, service is bad, and prices too high

The food is so bland from the chow main to the rice. It’s what happens when you try to make 10-15 pounds of rice and other entrees at once.The worst Panda experience I’ve had.Go somewhere else.

The food tasted horrible, and I thought itd taste good like a regular Panda express.They should close this Panda down and replace it with a better restaurant.Noodles soggy and broccoli beef flavorless.Spend your money in the neighboring food places.Lady serving me had a bad attitude I was confused and she didnt care and gave sass.Didnt finish after 2 bites.

The food is not fresh. The plate orange chicken broccoli beef $ 11.99 and orange chicken double $12.99 expensive for low quality and beverage 32 oz for $3.80 and not refill at least once. Shame for this restaurant inside universal studios.

Dont come here! They give out portions very unequally so it can happen that you get online half of that what other persons get - for the Same price! Very expensive. No seating available.
