Stopped in around 2:30pm 1/2/2023. Staff was horribly rude and pushy, food was not as good as any other Panda location I’ve ever had, oh and they deliberately gave us smashed cookies. Just all bad.

Food looks as good as any other panda express, but the taste of the chicken they use at this location is probably the worst ever, it taste like plastic, I would never recommend anyone to come over to this location, Panda Express should be aware of this, this is not good for business

Only location I love coming to. The string beans is ALWAYS on point, other locations the string beans is tasteless & the sauce is watered down.I have a closer panda but love coming to this one. 🩷

Im stuck to my couch, clinching my stomach right now because of the lunch I had here earlier in the day. Got the usual 2 item combo with half rice half noodles, Beijing beef and sweet fire chicken. I usually dont eat at the mall but was pressed for time. Wont make that mistake again. Thanks for the food poisoning! Trying my best to hold it down 🤢

Worst Customer Service!I love panda express food but the service was the worse. I arrived at the restaurant and saw I only had one food choice and two sides choice and I asked do you have anything else. They said rudely No, thats all we have!And I was going to order a second plate when they were saying bye to me already. Then I asked for extra Chilli sauce and they said theres a limit. Which I understand but could I pay for extra sauces.

Cdc doesnt require mask. But if you ride a bike ti go get lunch and dont have a mask they wont serve you. Dont waste your time. All food was practically empty. Also none of the employees great you. Like every other pand.

I love Panda Express! 🐼 This particular location has the best staff! They are very nice and I really enjoy coming back here! The food is always delicious 😋 and the customer service is great!👍👍

Ordered online and was trying to call the store since I didnt know where the store was. The phone was busy for 15 min. When I did finally find the store they continued to talk on the phone the whole 10 minutes I was staring at my order behind the counter getting cold. Helped 3 other customers while I was just standing there looking stupid. Very rude and slow. To worried about talking on the phone.

If you need a very fast laxative then this is the place! My second time here & 2nd bacteria/e-coli thing. This time the laxative effect was immediate before I could finish.

Easy on line ordering. You make your selections . You pre-pay. They prepare and then no wait pgo to pick up. So you can do your own thing.

Have been coming here for 4 years and never had bad customer service…until today 12/11/23 approx. 12:30 pm. the girl behind the counter was overwhelmed being alone I get it . The line barriers were up against the counter so I stood by them and when she was ready to take orders she purposely ignored me and started taking the order of the people next to me when I said I was next she rudely replied the line was over there then at checkout I asked for napkins and with an attitude she replied we are out that’s why the holder was empty…I eat lunch here at least 2 times a week and will now not come back
