Very bland food, seems no salt or pepper added to the fried rice or noodles. Spring rolls were decent, however for 3 menu items (fried rice, noodles and 2x spring rolls paid $23) the taste wasnt worth the price. Wont recommend or visit again. It was just very bad weather outside so had to uber in otherwise there were plenty of food options available around the airport.

😡😡😡😡😡 I am so upset we ordered a family meal and all of the rice was burnt to the point no one could eat it. (Kids said it taste like burned popcorn) 😩. To make a long story short only thing that the kids were able to eat was the orange chicken. I tired to call the restaurant but couldnt get an answer. Spending 40 dollars on food and not being able to enjoy it is beyond frustrating. Cashier was super nice that the only reason for the 2 stars

Do not go to this location unless you want to get ripped off. They will give you the smallest portion especially if you are served by the manager Michelle. I’m not lying I got pictures and I’m telling everyone I know. I’m not exaggerating I used to work for panda. The service size is a heaping scoop except for shrimp.

The food isn’t as fresh looking as it used to be but the workers tend to be kind. They always (except for once) give me a fortune cookie with utensils. They truly emphasize how they’re giving back to the community. They tend to be a bit full each time I drive by to the Starbucks drive thru. You’re well appreciated.

The Angus beef has a lot of garlic and is not cooked well, and the chicken teriyaki it has too much fat and not cooked well too, Rice is raw and is keep getting in my teeth. That experience was the worst time that I ate in panda 🐼 express

Food is always fresh at the panda, and the employees are very friendly and professional. Their only downside curiously is the manager America, who is always serious and doesnt seem to have people skills, change the manager and youll have a 5 star restaurant.

The food is good, but beware of their Angus steak entree. It has a ton of dark colored mushrooms and at first glance, you think their loading up your plate with steak, but in reality you only get two to three cube dice size pieces of steak and the rest is all mushrooms. Thats how they trick you. And you pay extra for that particular entree. Dont order their Angus steak. Its a rip-off!!

Decent food, horrible service. The person serving and at the register was extremely rude and had quite a bit of attitude whereas my friends and I were quite nice. It’s my first time in LA so perhaps this may be the level of warmth that I should expect, but it’s surprising nonetheless.

Asian manager told one of the workers not to speak Spanish to his coworker. He was in the dining area, and the workers were across the dining room. No one said anything, but if it was not for Spanish speaking peoples he would not have that position. I will not support restaurants that treat people in that manner. 😒

So as Im sitting inside eating, the worker pulled up the carpet and dusted it off. All the dust flew towards me and my food that wasnt very smart on her end. She did apologize immediately. I walked over to her, and I said, Do you think I can have a fresh bowl. ( I sure wasnt going to continue eating after dust flew all over my food and table) She said yes and apologized again. So I got a fresh bowl and left. Will I return yes their food is very fresh and very good and the customer service is great. The worker was apologetic.

We had dinner here. The place was steady busy with delivery people picking up dinners nonstop. The dining room wasnt too busy. The food is always good. Orange chicken was the special, and it was going fast. I had the black pepper chicken and Kung pao chicken. They use a lot of filler veggies, but people got to get their veggies in somehow.

Still One of the best Panda Express around! Food is always good here, line is not crazy long. Plenty of seats. Clean and yummy! Teriyaki chicken is a must have! Fresh grilled all-day long! Put that sauce on everything! Veggies are bright and fresh, nothing tastes like its made of pure sugar! I would eat this everyday! Portions are great, definitely two meals if you get the three item combo! Highly recommend of course, I look for Panda at every airport and every city I go to because I know exactly what to expect. Quality all around! Love it!

Evelin serves the food like if the customer was a homeless begging for food. With horrible attitude and very very very small portions. Even at the charity place they treat people better. I ordered the Angus steak and Beijing beef When I asked for the full order of Angus steak they said that is a full order if you want you can pay for more and get a double order I said thats not a full order look at the difference between it and the Beijing beef you pile the Beijing beef on and its overflowing the Angus steak it is just a small scoop And I have to pay extra because its premium for the Angus steak so at least give me as much Angus steak as you did Beijing beef the lady said no so I left. Went next door to WaBa grill. I go to Panda Express all over the place Boise, Idaho Falls idaho, Ontario Oregon, Burbank, Pasadena, North Hollywood California and Ive never had this problem before but at this location They had an attitude and made it sound like I was the one that was wrong so Ill never Come here again its not just about the food but its also about the service the food can be good but the service bad and I dont want to eat there

Good fresh basic Chinese food. Freshly cooked. Quite tasty. The price was very competitive and good value. The place was clean and nicely maintained. Staff were friendly and efficient. A steady stream of locals purchasing eat-in or take aways - this being in-spite of being located near several big airport hotels. This would be an attractive option for those in airport hotels who arent inclined to pay big money in hotel restaurants.

I was at your restaurant today, got there at 8:15 PM, I waited on line and by the time my turn was up (around 8:37) the cashier informed me that it was already closed, I do understand that they are tired and they wanna go home but at least you guys should have the decency of let your customers know that you can’t take their orders instead of letting them stand in line for 20 minutes, and you guys should also update your hours on Google, because it says you restaurant is open when it’s not.Love your food and I’ll be back, I hope that this was just a little slip on the part of your management team.

There no drivethru, the parking lots it sometime difficult to park. Due to, there other many business in site. Little Caesar, Waba Grill. Pollo Loco, a Laundry Place, 7/11 mart & other business. So why 5 star, bc it was crowded. A line to be, standing but there was many employees. So not to bad, got out in 30 min. They were all, working @ a fast pace, and friendly too. My foods orders was correct & was so good. Definitely enjoy, still looking forward going again.

There is lipstick on the box of my side of rice, disgusting, beside they never have a good customer service I will never go back here, is unacceptable whoever is managing this place need retraining including the front of the house employees. This location in Inglewood was pretty busy and seemed to be very popular. I went around 8pm and there were at least 15 people ahead of me. Once I made it to order my food, they were out of some of the entrees and seemed quick to get you out of the way. I know it was crucial to keep the line moving, but if you were not sure what you wanted, you could see the hurry up and get out the way look on their face. After moving down the line, the cashier was busy serving food too, so the additional wait time just to check out was ridiculous. Otherwise, the food was about the same I have experienced at other Panda Express restaurants. The only thing I would suggest is having one person dedicated to being the cashier, so the line could move a lot faster.

The food is cooked to standard here but the costomer service is underwhelming. If youre going to place a phone order youll need to stand in line and pay for it anyway. They wont serve your food to pick up if youve called. They only serve online orders to pick up. I found this out the hard way from an apathetic staffer and for served after several orders for bringing up the issue so get ready to make a line no matter what and be ware of petty staffers

Kinda weird. We were the only 2 customers and they were going so fast they didnt hear us. I ordered 3 combo but discovered under my chicken they put rice under it so i had hardly any chicken. Then one order of shrimp only got 4 shrimp when we are usually 6 of the honey shrimps the best. When we went to pay he rang us up gave us the back. Didnt realized we were missing 2 items. I have been to Panda Express since 1989, which was 30 years ago. From a food court store, it has transformed into a restaurant by itself. Food is good, especially their signature dish Orange Chicken. I also like their tofu, unfortunately this particular restaurant doesnt have it when I was there.

Hit or miss depending on the time you visitI fly into lax almost weekly, so this Panda offers a great non fast food option, right after getting the rental car.Unfortunately, late night panda express is a cap shoot. 50% it is ok, but most times they only have a few items available and the white rice I order isnt very good.During earlier hours, this place is great

Ive been coming to my local panda Express since I was a kid. I highly recommend coming towards morning or afternoon. A secret plate I recommend trying for newbies would be getting a regular size plate with Chow mein, Orange Chicken and Terayaki Chicken. Literally $9 and can sometimes save you money and even leftovers if you get to full real quickly. I always save my leftovers for later time. So worth the money especially if your on a budget and want some good Chiness food.😋😋😋😋
