Panda Express in Roseville

Came in about 9pm. Usually the food is fresh. Always! I turned a little skeptical as soon as I walked in because everyone behind the counter were just kinda hanging out. The food looked like It was sitting there for hours. Almost Everything had one serving in each pan that looked a little raunchy. I tried to order the family meal because the orange chicken was the only thing that looked decent..I wanted the chilli shrimp also but I very nervous it was soft an mushy from sitting for so long. I didnt want to get a full box of it finding out after I paid ..it was gross. So I asked Joe if I could sample one. He immediately said no we dont give samples.I replied thats not true. He then stated some Panda expresses do some dont..sorry. I asked well what if I dont like it and I pay all this money for old tasting food..he just shrugged his shoulders and said sorry. I got to the register ready to pay 45 bucks and just could not do it... I had to walk away. It seemed as if he was training new employees. I hope they dont learn that is okay to stand around and NOT serve fresh hot food as like any other Panda express. This place was very dissapointing. Never again.

Really wants some Chinese food today so I found the closest Panda Express to go. Nice and clean environment, have outside eating area. However, the lady helped me does not have friendly customer service and when I looked at my food portion it was less than usual. I get teriyaki chicken for one of my entree but the lady didn’t even offer me any sauce. I had to went back in line and ask for sauce. Not sure if I will go back again.

People were good and the sizzling shrimp is AMAZING! Too bad they took the sizzling shrimp away one of their best healthiest options... But theyre spicy. Shrimp was good even though it was breaded. Always good service. Hot food.

This Panda location has friendly employees, but, even better, it has eggplant tofu. A rare gem to find at this superb chain eatery.

My visit here today was good no issues or problems, food was delicious and they had everything I wanted and I was able to order and head back out with no delay Thank you Much Appreciated!!

Good hot food. The portions have gotten smaller they used to pack the containers and squeeze the container closed. Now they loosely fill the box. Also, getting the two entree meals. The spoon scoops are smaller. Cost the same for smaller amounts. The spicy Shrimp is yummy

The food was great just like every panda express but the staff seemed way to clueless. The cashier rang me up for an egg roll that i never wanted or ordered. When I told the manager about the mistake she tried to say that she did give me an egg roll. I told her that she rang me up for one that i did not receive or ask for. After 10 mins of checking the camera feed she realized that she made the mistake and asked once more if I wanted any more food or a drink. I told her no, I just want a refund. $1.35 later the cashier give me the refund. Such a petty situation but it needed to be brought to the managers attention. Who knows how many times that cashier has done this to people.

This Panda Express is clean and very well managed. There is always adequate staff and theyre all hard working. The prices are great! Consider this; two, fresh and hot two-entree meals with combination Chow mein and fried rice with four crispy egg rolls for about $25. You would pay almost twice that anywhere else. Love this place. The staff are kind and professional and customers are so considerate. Ive had the door opened for me on several occasions out of simple courtesy of others.
