Got there at 8:20pm. Almost no food left except the mandarin chicken and 5 pieces of orange chicken. They said they were closing at 9, not 9:30, as they list on Google. The guy there barely acknowledged my existence as I walked in. It wasnt till I asked him when they close that he even looked up at me. And the place was half closed off. I needed to wash my hands and both bathrooms were being cleaned. The turkeys that worked there couldve cared less about their customers. They just wanted to go home early. It was a total waste of my time to drive there. Such a disappointment.

I really hate getting ripped off and this Panda Express did just that. “Chicken chow mien”. Really, all I saw were a big pile of noodles—no chicken. I called the manager when I got back to our hotel and read him the hungry man riot act. He said that’s normal. Well, Chase bank didn’t buy into this fraud and I got $21.60 credit. And I really don’t know what I ate. The orange chicken was OK. Not all white meat though.Next time, it’s to Stater Bros or Trader’s Joe for real food.To the manager: CLEAN UP YOUR ACT OR SHUT DOWN THE JOINT.

Worst service and portions I’ve ever had at Panda Express. We arrived at panda at 8:30 PM and Jacob was the one who approached us and told us they were closed and that the menu was limited to the scraps that were left. The associates at this location were eager to get us out of their facility and even placed a trash can in front of the front door, so that no one else would come in and ruin their early shift. All we had to choose from mushroom chicken and Jung pao chicken. Terrible terrible service and terrible portions. We regularly eat at Panda in our Area and have always had a great experience, great food at a good price. This is the first and only bad experience I’ve had at Panda Express. Will never eat at this location again.

Nice new location with friendly staff, however upon arriving at 10:45 AM I was shocked to see a lot of menu items were low or out. The food itself tasted different than Im used to, they obviously used a ton of sauce and over cooked everything. I thought everything would be fresh before the lunch crowd. The beef in the broccoli beef was so overcooked it was like beef jerky and the Kung pow chicken was way too saucy. Perhaps they just havent gotten the hang of it yet but Im not sure Id give this location another chance.

The worst location ever. My green beans chicken has no chicken. Portions are so small . I am not buying any food in Panda Express again . Good bye.

Food was cold old and taste was off been sitting there long time, it’s a very slow place as their reputation is so poor people choose other locations close by so the food just sits there getting rotten, employees were very rude very disrespectful, confrontational, if you are a senior citizen just keep your mouth shut if you try to teach them few things in customer service get ready to be beat up by 4 guys against one old man me, no manager on duty, if you want your money back for food you can’t eat, to bad he said you took a bite out of it . Even this exactly that two bites out of each 3 item order, beef was so old l have no idea how long was out in the open only God knows and they know sitting out just getting rotten, but if you complain, to bad, if you ask your money back to bad, l have to wait 15 min for the manager to come and return my money as she has seen literarily l have not eaten any of each item but two bites, she was nice and returned my money and apologized for her employees rudenesses and total disrespect, please choose any other location but this one, l have eaten many locations, l have never seen rude disrespectful employees as this location, and be careful they may attack you if you show any sign of weaknesses or argue to get your money back . Shame on them really their parents didn’t teach them any manners, zero class Very sad to see young generation of our time have this attitude.if you can see sign says they are still open but l was kicked out of the restaurant.

This is my To go spot when I dont want to cook! I usually get the family meal and everyone is happy I didnt cook!The food is always fresh and sooo delicious! The people that work there are also nice and are fast even when there is only one person!The establishment is always very clean!

The audacity of this restaurant with their greedy servings. I ordered a bowl with rice and orange chicken, was served a pound of white rice and 3 pieces orange chicken and about 5 crumbs. How dare you?! I also noticed people ordering larger servings for an extra charge. I assume these are regulars that know they give you such small servings. Mind you, the extra portions were literally the size of what a normal serving should be, just like any other Panda Express. I have never been to a Panda Express that served this way. Shame on you! Will never go back!

Terrible location. Do yourself a favor and head over to San Marcos location. This is not even close. How do you mess up orange chicken? It’s your signature dish. Beef with broccoli is all broccoli and even after being told don’t just give me all broccoli, they gave me all broccoli because there wasn’t any beef in the tray. Chow mein was super dry and boring. Seriously missed all marks. They owe me a refund.

If you value customer service, avoid this Panda Express location.I really like Panda Express and I’ve been going there for as long as I can remember. I showed up 15 minutes before they closed at this location and ordered some food for my family. They told me it would be at least 15 minutes before it’s ready because they had already turned off their fryers!I went outside and showed back up 15 minutes later and they told me they were closed! When I asked for my order, they claimed I never ordered any food. When I showed them my receipt, they didn’t apologize for forgetting to make my order. They told me the fryers were turned off again and looked at me blankly. I’m guessing they wanted me to just ask for a refund. If my kids didn’t want their Orange chicken so bad, I just would have just gotten my refund and left. Instead, I asked them to make the food I had ordered. That’s when the employees started to give me a lot of negative attitude.None of the 6 employees would step up and acknowledge missing my order and two them defended the person who forgot my order. I didn’t ask for or need an apology. I did ask them to at least acknowledge that they forgot my order, because I felt I deserved at least that acknowledgment for having to wait even longer for my food. They acted like it was my fault because I didn’t wait in their restaurant. I’ve never been required to wait in any of the other Panda Express restaurants that I’ve visited for my order to be completed.What appeared to be the girlfriend of the employee who forgot my order stepped in and told me that I didn’t understand how hard their job was and that I needed to be more respectful of how hard their job was. It felt like I was in an episode of the Twilight Zone. When I told the woman it would feel nice to get a simple acknowledgment that they forgot my order, no fault of my own, she proceeded to verbally assault me with multiple expletives. None of the employees asked her to stop! I would have left at that point, but they were finally putting my order together. There was clearly no manager present.I reported the event on the Panda Express website, so they could address the situation. They responded later with a very poorly written response hardly acknowledging what happened and simply said they would handle the matter. I heard nothing more from them or the management.I love the food at Panda Express, but I just lost a lot of respect for their management. My experience was largely a failure of good management on so many levels.
