I don’t think Panera should ask you to tip the team if you order food and it takes 30 min to grab half tuna sandwich. If the manager can’t invest time into training the team then quit your job. I have to be in a meeting and I’m going to be late because of your irresponsibilitiesUpdate : took them 40 min to make that plate in the picture. Bread is cold.

I love this Panera location! Service is friendly and on point from the front of house to the back of house when you pick up your food. Staff is great and helpful. Food is always solid and if I get a sandwich, I usually ask for it to be toasted. Im super into their brown rice teriyaki chicken warm bowls, roasted Turkey BLT sandwiches and Greek goddess salads. The elote soup has also been super good. Its a regular spot for us for work lunches. I would recommend!

Missing sandwhich and spilled soup in bag. My girlfriend had a long stressful day at work, when she got home and saw her food missing in her bag she broke down after her 40 min wait in the drive thru. They wouldnt answer the phone to ask for a raincheck on the sandwhich they forgot... Thanks panera.

The sandwiches are like what youd make at home if you were wealthy and maybe also a chef! The new tikka masala soup is phenomenal, but all their soups are tasty so you cant go wrong! Weve eaten at this location several times recently because its the closest to our business and every time has been excellent. We had an item forgotten in our last order and the staff was so nice when I came back (two hours later because we were busy at our shop). There was no weirdness about me waiting so long to come back and they very kindly gave us a delicious kitchen sink cookie because our order wasnt right. If you want a homemade soup and sandwich but better with amazing service, this is the place for you!

Items may be limited so be open to change your original food options if they arent available fir example best to go early for bagels. The unlimited sip cup club at $11/mo is a good choice if youre a regular and the value duets are budget friendly. The food is consistently good and the staff is always friendly. Recommend this place for students looking for a decent place to eat and study and workers looking for a chill lunch spot. The Panera app is a most if you plan to visit regularly for up front ordering and pretty good bonuses.

Took 40 mins to make my order was sandwich and soup with Madagascar cold brew and blood orange large drink. Didnt get bread with soup, sandwich was smaller than my hand and triangle shape it was wrapped and size I thought it was small baguette that comes with soup but no was sandwich. The soup was whatever would of been better if I had baguette to dip, the Madagascar cold brew tasted like McDonalds ice coffee so sweet and blood orange suger free tasted like nasty sweet n low was expecting maybe monkfruit or sucalose some other no suger substitute. Was not stratified with food at all for price I paid. Every time I come here they take forever to make food thats why I stopped using drive through and order ahead but this time still didnt matter

I love to study at this location. I enjoy my food every time, and the staff is always so kind. Sometimes, they are out of something I order, but the staff always makes up for it. I think Panera bread is an A-tier location to get quality food. They have great deals, the food is healthy, and there’s a wide selection to choose from. Also, wanted to make a plug-in for their sip club, which I think is worth the cost. You can get free drinks each day and you get weekly discounts on food. I did the math and it’s slightly cheaper than using. Uber eats to order food regularly. Would highly recommend this location.

For the longest time, I didnt have an issue with this place, but then suddenly theyre asking me to confirm my order before I even get it. Ive never had that happen before and it feels very racist. A lady walked up behind me and they only asked for the name. They didnt ask her to confirm anything or show an ID. Hes actions are unjustified.

Im pretty ticked off with this panera. I orded the pick two which is super expensive for lunch, but its good so we pay for it, ugh!! I ordered the southwest chili lime ranch salad w/chicken and the nappa almond chicken salad sandwich. The sandwich was a half sandwich and it looked as if they only added one tablespoon of chicken salad. I had 2 pieces of tomato and a sprig of lettuce. I look at the photo in the menu and what I got...huge difference. Like really? The 1/2 salad is huge! The sandwich was a big disappointment. I understand its lunch time and your busy, but serving me a sandwich built on ends, which I hate, and a spit of of meat. This is ridiculous!!!

I received excellent customer service from the guy at the front counter during breakfast today. i wasnt able to catch his name but he had his hair braided or in small dreads under his hat. he helped me decide on what to have for breakfast (chicken avocado wrap) and also suggested to grab a cinnamon roll. i was pleased as both of the food items were actually delicious.

Panera Bread in Redlands California is one of the newest PBs in the area and is conveniently located across from the Costco Wholesale store and the I-10 freeway.Panera Bread never fails to impress with quality of foods, consistency,service and a pleasant team of servers and super comfortable environment inside and at this PB an outside patio area! First time here and I was very pleased with the decor, warm and nice. The girl at the register was very helpful and described some of the popular items with other customers. Some tables were dirty, for our party of 4 we had to find one that wasnt too dirty! Food was delicious...our whole party enjoyed it for the 1st time. No exaggeration when I say, worst experience of my life. Complete waste of money. Ordered chicken salad sandwich and basically got lettuce and bread. Paid almost $10 for that. Also got a blt the bacon was raw. I had to finish cooking it at home. I will never come back and will only say bad things about the entire franchise from now on. Oh also, they were out of all soups but 2. The 2 nobody wants. Still got the soup and it was also a very skimped portion. I’ve legit had better fuller sandwiches at McDonald’s. I recommend going there before ever going to this place.

My favorites are the bread bowls, the kiddo absolutely loves the white cheddar Mac and Cheese. Portions are average, you can choose from a side of bread or chips. As for the kids you can opt to get a yogurt or kettle cooked chips, they also have kids chocolate milk or juice. They have some delicious sandwiches. Plus so much delicious bread to choose from. Love there teas, very refreshing.

For starters I live exactly 22 minutes away.I order a chipotle chicken avocado melt plus a few extra items for the wife. As I get home my order is incomplete. My melt is missing. I call back & the young lady whom answered let’s me know to come on back & they’ll have it ready. So I drive 22 minutes back down grab my order, look in the bag & it looks good. I am in such distraught after witnessing something so disrespectful and unprofessional. I went with my fiance around 8pm to pick up our mobile order and we decided to order a bread and drinks aside. I noticed after ordering they were putting all the bread in plastic bags and setting them in the dining room floor. We waited about 10 min and received our drinks and at the same time we noticed one of the employees grabbing a bread from the plastic bags on the floor while literally staring at us in the face. I understand they close at 9pm but at least wait for last minute orders, im not sure if they were trying to close early but they could have offered a refund instead.

I came through the drive-thru today for lunch to get a lunch duet and before I could get to order I could hear the voice of the window staff member two cars ahead of me. She was very friendly, with an upbeat tone, offered options with their selections, let them know what rewards were available and when they expired. I had the same experience when it was time for me to order and just that alone was enough for me to write a review... her customer service was AMAZING, thank you Oliver for such a wonderful experience you truly exhibit was customer service is and should be about!!! I love Panera Bread 🍞 unfortunately this location has truly given me the worst experience ever. I have never had a good experience at this particular location. Every single order has always been wrong or missing something. I called the manager and gave constructive feedback regarding the ongoing issue. I vowed to never go back however Christmas family and friends gave me gift card being this is my favorite place to dine. I just left and they still got my order wrong. At this point I would rather give these cards to someone else due to the horrible experience here.

Came for dinner with my husband this evening. It’s Valentines Day and there weren’t very many people in the restaurant. They were out of multiple breads but we chose to improvise. The team in the kitchen was so loud that we could hear them across the entire large room the entire time. Then when the food came out it was slapped together, extremely messy and my sandwich literally only had tuna on half of the sandwich. Really disappointed. I will not be returning.

I did an order on line and picked it up in the store. It was ready right on time. As I pulled into the parking space I got the notification it was ready. Perfect timing.Food wise, I ordered the four cheese egg souffle and it was ok, actually seemed larger than when I used to get it. It was a little over done for my preference but thats just me. I think it would have been a bit better if I had added salt and pepper.I also got a loaf of the sourdough bread and had them slice it thin. This was where I was a bit disappointed. The inside of the bread was very soft and had great flavor but the crust was harder than usual and the hardness went towards the center of the bread.I would definitely order both items again.

Worst customer service ever experience! One time they left a piece of paper inside my husband’s sandwich. In another occasion he went to pick up his lunch and it was missing he had to wait for them to re-do and wasted most of his lunch break doing so. Lastly, I ordered through their app, I tracked my delivery read it was delivered but I never received it I called them up and said it wasn’t THEIR PROBLEM to Google Doordash customer service number and talk to them (mind you I placed order on a Panera App NOT Doordash) it’s just unbelievable how incapable staff they have. The food is okay - when you finally get it. If you order online, your pick-up time will be an out-right lie. On your scheduled lunch break or have somewhere to be? This aint the place for you. And they wont tell you until you show up at pick-up time. So you have no clue until youve already arrived that you have an additional 30+ minute wait. Unfortunately I went back today, Tuesday, and ordered two dozen bagels and it took such a long time to get them with nobody in the store. The girl that was prepping my order passed it on to another employee who couldnt even put the box together correctly. She dropped a few bagels because of that and had to start over. When I got to work and pulled the boxes of bagels out of the bag, the bottom of one of the box was not properly closed and they fell out. At least they fell into the bag. I will update the review if I decide to return.

Everything is prepared well but this location handles customizations very poorly. I am doing an elimination diet as directed by my doctor for a medical condition, and requested no pecans in a salad, and found very small pieces equivalent to about one whole pecan mixed in the salad, as if it was realized after having made the salad and rather than remake the salad, they attempted to pick it out. On another occasion, I requested a different dressing than what comes with a certain salad, and I received two small cups of the wrong dressing, and only one half filled cup of what I requested. Considering Panera limits the number of customizations you can make, and charges the same price as other establishments that offer more customization, I would expect fewer mistakes being made, but Ive had mistakes on 3 of 4 orders at this location.

The Asian chicken salad dressing isnt very good and if you order soup make sure its not from the bottom of the pot. Order broccoli cheddar soup and it was dark, thick, and half of it was cold. When I mixed it it had two different temperatures.

Panera, known for bagels, runs out of bagels! That would be like Starbucks running out of coffee😅. 2nd problem: they shorted me 5 bagels because they ran out and expected me to drive back to get other 5 bagels! Sure, let me give you my hard earned money, so you can put me out and then accommodate you by driving back to correct your mistake. 3rd problem: 3 weeks later when I made it back to this location, the manager wouldnt honor their promise to replace my 5 missing bagels because I didnt claim them in a timely manner This corporation is truly out of touch with reality!

I do enjoy this Panera Bread. The food here is as the same quality as any other Panera Bread. I havent had anything here that I didnt like. I love the panini sandwiches and the pasties. I love the unlimited coffee. The one downside is that if you want to warm up your pastry, youd have to stick it in the microwave.

Maybe not fair, but the parking sucks. I can walk some but I have a handicap placard in case I need it. There werent even any handicap spots open. I finally found a spot and went inside. It was just too busy and crowded. Maybe you like fighting for a parking spot and dealing with all the noise. I dont.

Ordered curbside as I was under the weather and didnt want anyone getting sick during this pandemic, waited 15mins before having to call the location twice and actually appear with someone. The female that answered gave me the excuse of oh, we just finished packing all he bags, well be right out, before hanging up she asked for my name. She then proceeded about 2 mins later to my vehicle thats listed in the app and showed me the bag receipt and asked is this you. I repeated my name and said yes, she handed me the bag with no other interaction. As she walked away, I said thank you and she replied very sarcastically your welcome while walking away. Easy to order. If there is a line you just go to the kiosk and order your food then go sit down and wait. They bring your food to you and when your done they pick up your plate. The food is great just how you ordered it and it tastes good. You can customize what you order from the kiosk and it comes just how you want it.

My wife had a turkey sandwich on Squaw bread. I had the Cuban sandwich. Her sandwich was very good. While mine was marginal; too much bread, the pork was dry and the pickles were too sweet. How are the soups were very good.

The cheese on the Frontega sandwich was clumped at the ends of each half of the sandwich, it was not hot and melted. The whole sandwich was basically cold. Asked the guy at the counter for a specific bagel with good toppings on it. He gave me the opposite. People there did not seem helpful.

My favorite thing about Panera is their easy to use online ordering and the I-pad ordering system in the restaurant. I never have to wait in line. They offer great rewards if you sign up online such as free deserts, discounted food, free drinks, etc. A little tip since many people say the food is pricy, try ordering their half sandwiches instead of the full size. The half is still surprisingly filling.

We wanted to take advantage of Paneras Delivery on their website and come to find out that it wont let us order because we are 1.4 miles from their location. What do they want us to be across the street? If I lived within a mile Id pick it up myself! My Chinese food and pizza place are over 2 miles away and they deliver with no problem! Get it together Panera. Dont offer delivery if you cant be competitive with the other local deliverys.

I wasnt asked if I wanted my meal to go or for here, so I had a rather awkward moment with the server on asking for a box. The girl working the register wasnt the kindest to my friend. He did want the 99cent pastry and told her the one he wanted, and was then informed that he couldnt get a different cookie he wasnt asking for wasnt one he could purchase for 99cents even though he didnt ask for that one. He did push the tip button while purchasing, but quickly regretted it after the many awkward moments and miss-steps the server caused. I got the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich with no feta and sour dough bread as its one of the few vegan sandwich items available. The sandwich was small and very sour, and Im never sure why its called Mediterranean. They really need more vegan sandwich options, and certainly more vegetables in a sandwich with veggie in the title. Should have called it a tomato sandwich as that seems to be the majority.

Wed7/28/15I went to this location for the first time tonite, it had been a while since my last time in a Panera Bread. The Kiosk system was new to me and while I was figuring it out a very helpful employee, possibly the manager, came over and walked me through it, After my order was placed I was told that they would call out my name when it was ready, I got tired of standing near the end of the line where you pick up your order, so I sat in the nearest seat, just feet from the pick up area. After waiting a ridiculously long time and not hearing my name called I finally went to see what was going on. I was then told that my order is sitting on a shelf across from the pick up area and the employees acted like I was an idiot for not knowing that,,, As far as I can tell they made no effort to tell me the order was ready, and were not going to ever let me know. The place was not busy and I just dont think that the employees at that end of the line couldnt care less about customer service.

I have eaten Panera Bread many times and Im never disappointed. At my last visit I had butternut squash soup, chicken and apple sandwich and orange scone. All delicious! My husband was with me, and ordered the white cheddar mac-n-cheese. It had barbeque sauce; which Im not fond of, but was also delicious! Bon appetite!

Staff can be very rude! They are slow to help customers or they ignore you. They never apologize for the wait when they do come to help the customer. Also, they never greet customers with a smile, hello, good morning, or anything like that. They often get orders incorrect.

Terrible experience. Nearly every table was dirty so I had to get wet napkins to wipe my own table. On top of that I had hardly any lettuce inmy salad and much of what little was there was inedible...brown and bitter with a few slimey pieces thrown in. My strawberries had clearly been sliced at least a day ago and some were rotten. HORRIBLE!!!
