Lucy was just awesome. She saw me dropped my bread on the floor and she went ahead and got me a new one . She even made sure I have enough butter too. It was a treat having Lucy in the dine area. Her hospitality is top shelf. She made me miss my grand ma.😊

I was in the area and ordered a Napa chicken salad sandwich today afternoon (online for Rapid pick up). I specifically mentioned to toast the bread and add a pickle on the side. I have never tasted this bad of a sandwich ever. I always order the same sandwich with the same customization but usually from a different location( Mowry Ave). I always get what is asked for but this was the first time I disliked the sandwich so much that I thought McDonaldss Mcchicken tastes much better than the Napa sandwich. The sandwich was bone dry, there was not a single grape or any almonds. It looked as if it was done in less than 30s. I would never go back to Panera at this location.

Wish I could give a 0. I came to pick up lunch for work. Ordered a caprese sandwich. Received a chicken salad sandwich. Im vegetarian and check because this seems to happen all to often. I choose not to end animal life to eat. I now have to dump the chicken (absolute waste of a life). And eat tomato with bread because I cant take another lunch break. Spent $21. Glad accuracy matters and you have your employees mark who checked it... Except mine I guess lol

Our family loves Panera Bread. We have been to many PBs, and this one on Christy street in Fremont is the best one in the east and south Bay Area. The staff are warm and welcoming they make me feel like home. ❤️

Mostly its good in the evening or early morning. Lunch hour is rough. Too crowded, staff unable to keep seating clean. Food is mostly good at all times. Food Is very pricey for the value of money.

My first time at Panera Bread in a long time. I was pleasantly surprised and blown away by thier new menu options and bakery. They also have a new coffee membership so for 8.99 month you get unlimited coffee! Like Wow! Definitely signed up!This establishment was the cleanest and most professional, friendly Paneras Ive ever been to and will most definitely be back.Jenna And Mustaffa were absolutely 💯. They greeted all there guests like family and were very pleasant and speedy! Will definitely be back! Keep up the good work!

I am obsessed with their bread. If you ever get a baguette from here make sure to request for it to be toasted trust me you wont regret it. Their other food is pretty good too but it is definitely expensive.This is a great place to go if you want to get studying or work done. Ideally you would go after the lunch rush because it can get a little crazy between 11-1pm but afterwards it calms down a lot.

Pros:This Pacific Commons outlet has a better ambience, decent portions of dishes and pleasing seating arrangement.Cons:Ordering thru Panera App or DoorDash app can be tricky. Often one of the items could be missing, sizes of soups diminished and breads for sandwiches altered. And to top them all getting a redressal of the grievance is difficult because call to the outlet is often not picked up and customer care takes a long-winded route that is vexing and unfruitful.

Service has been great. The atmosphere feels crowded due to the layout. I did try a sandwhich but it was dissapointing. It was essentially a loaf with a few pieces of chicken sprinkled in. I really enjoy their charged lemonades.

Panera got rid of the toasted chicken avocado melt sandwich that I liked so much. I tried the stacked chicken cordon bleu sandwich, and it was nasty. They put so many leafy herbs (tasting vaguely like coriander, but with a gross aftertaste), I couldnt finish it. When I opened the sandwich to examine what tasted so bad, I peeled 80 to 100 palm-sized seasoning leaves out.

We love Panera bread, and enjoy our meals, but today I would like to inform the management, that there is a systematic problem with the orders at this branch, today is the 5th or 6th time, over the last 1 year when a simple order like in the picture for veggie sandwich gets converted into Tuna Salad Sandwich or has some other issue. The receipt says, Accuracy Matters. I dont think so. The managers at this branch also dont care much, or bother, offering coupons thinking the issue is resolved. After driving 8 miles to pick up the order and spending 30 minutes, you reach office and the order is screwed up.A refund, or a coupon does not solve this persistent issue, and inconvenience. Some body need to Check the orders, going out, especially when everything is mostly pick up. Calling has not improved or changed anything. May be this post does.

My experience at this establishment was pristine, there was one worker who stood out, her name was crystal. She is always very patient and attentive during our interactions. She always has a friendly attitude and is always very pleasant. I cant say the same for the rest of the younger employees which have repetitive attitudes. This place, LITERALLY, literally EVERY time will short of things for take out orders! Whether is salad dressing, cream cheese, or drink, cookie, pastries, straws, etc. you just have to check every order you pick up. Still if your order has many items, you will find something is missing when you get home. Today my salad (for the second time straight) they just packed bunch of veggies nuts and fruits without a salad dressing in it, again. So you can just bite those tasteless leaves!

I went to the Panera bread on Christy street this morning around 10:45am. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, sausage and egg on a brioche bread with no cheese and a orange scone. I waited a few minutes, since they were very busy. One of the associates had asked me if I could take the egg scrambled and I said that I wanted it over easy. He then said it would be a few minutes.Another associate came to me and handed me my order in a bag. I left there and I didn’t have time to eat yet because I had 2 other doctors appointments at Kaiser. By the time, I had time to eat my breakfast, it was 1:00pm and I noticed that the sausage was missing and I only had the brioche bread with egg only. I looked at my receipt and it clearly showed what my order was and I even gave them a $1.00 tip. I kept calling them until 1:30pm with no answer and then several times again after 6:30, and same thing.I didn’t have time to drive back over there because it was not on my way home and the only reason why I went to that location was because I had an appointment in that area.I also noticed that on their receipt it says that we should always get what we ordered and it seems that is for dine in and not take out.I am very disappointed with my experience there and there is no excuse for them not to be able to answer the phone.

Though it was my first time, I was very impressed. A good menu selection, reasonable cost, service within a few minutes, clean tables, and good lighting more than qualifies it for another visit. The portions and quality of food not only explains its popularity and customer loyalty, but a level of consistancy throughout the chain that others are speaking highly of! Did a curbside order of only a single Mac n cheese sandwich and a cookie. Thought it would just be another curbside and I would be on my way. Nope, got a notification in like 4 minutes of placing the order that the order is ready I was like wow they must be slow today. As I arrived saw the parking lot full and the curbside parking full of people who went inside to eat and completely ignored the big sign saying curbside pickup only. After, I waited and got a curbside parking I clicked Im here and completed the curbside process. After, 10 minutes I went inside thinking maybe they had forgotten about the order at the end of the day everyone is human.I go inside and I see that they have a decent amount of people inside and a few online orders. I proceeded to ask one of the employees about my order status and the response I got was, I have 16 orders ahead of you. I was like no worries I dont mind waiting 10-15 more minutes for the order. So, I proceeded to wait and I see order after order being picked up in store. I continue to ask and see if my order is ready since I see other online orders getting ready in front of me. After, waiting 30 mins inside with no one having a clue on the progress of my order an employee offers me a pastry for the wait which was very kind so I proceeded to wait and long and behold the order was ready after roughly 40+ mins.I get all the way home and I find out that I didnt even receive the cookie I had order with the food. Like how did the food get checked off that everything is inside if literally 50% of the order is missing....

Popular place for lunch. Fairly crowded but the long line moved quickly. Staff is courteous and efficient. They wasted no time - took my order, repeated it back to me to confirm everything was right and I got my number. Panera feels a step above their other fast food sandwich counterparts. The bread, vegetables, and meat just taste much more wholesome. If Im paying $10+ for a sandwich, I definitely expect a hot, flavorful, sandwich with high quality ingredients. Its not the cheapest meal out there, but given how overpriced normal sandwich chains are in the Bay Area, Panera is definitely worth paying a premium for.

Today was not a good experience. I have a big family, but regardless we should have gotten our food on time just like everyone else. The lady said because there were less orders on the board they preprared those first even though I paid and ordered before them. Then when the food came the sandwiches were so small and it looked slapped on and not prepared nicely. I wish they still had bigger sandwiches and better services. Walked in on a Tuesday afternoon. Restaurant wasnt busy. I got a coffee, sat down, and started work on my personal devices. Over the next 30 minutes, an employee came by and asked how I was doing five times. Finally, after the last interruption, I decided to ask for and spoke to the manager. It was revealed that their big bosses were coming to review the store manager (they eventually conducted the performance review, a few tables from where I was sitting), therefore he instructed the employee to be extra attentive. Apparently, the fake performance to make themselves look favorable was worth interrupting and causing their customers discomfort.

Upon our entrance, there was no cashier available for literally over 5 full minutes.We were acknowledged during the first couple of minutes, but continued to wait a total of around 6 or 7 minutes before ordering, as we were first in line. This Panera Bread location always have dirty tables. I know they can see all of the crumbsand other debris on their tables but no one seems to clean them up. Everytime I come here the tables are always dirty and I see employees just standing around doing nothing. Your employees should know that they should be wiping down the tables. Servers were so-so, not particularly friendly. Basic salad was good, but not quite entrée size as expected. Rolls are always fresh & delicious. Hot tea & coffee are self-serve and water isnt usually hot when I go with coworkers in mid-afternoon. Sandwiches are yummy. Conference room is nice for working lunches. One star for the food quality.Went in on 6.15.19 for a bakery order. Took them 20 minutes with no line to put together the order. I had to literally ask someone for it, and the cashier was rude when I did. Went to my car and realized there was no bagel. Went back in asked for a manager and he says, oh, I called this by the phone number a few times cause there was no name. Regardless, why was the order even separated? No apology, nothing. It was not even busy in there. There shouldnt be that long of a wait. Went home and realized they forgot my soup and chips. So I basically spent $16 on two cookies and a bagel. First they were out of most breads. (Hello, theyre a bakery?) Then it took 40 minutes for them to serve 4 sandwiches and 35 minutes to serve a half order of mac and cheese. Thats just plain unacceptable. The food was fine once we got it, although the portions were small considering how many calories they pack into them. Lastly, the lights were broken in the mens room, so you either prop the door open and risk an Indecent Exposure charge or do you business in complete darkness.

Terrible! The food preparers were NOT wearing masks. They claimed they didnt need them since they were vaccinated.It is the law in California! Plus how often did they wash their hands? I love their turkey chili bread bowls (when the chili is in season) and the bacon turkey bravo are fan-friggin-tastic. I love them and a myriad of other things like the tomato soup, lemon drop cookies etc. but this particular place had issues with the bathroom.
