Sip Club used to be an easy in and out option, one of the rare actually affordable and worth it subscriptions out there. Ive had to just leave without my drink twice now since they switched the charged lemonades to counter service only and canceled my sip club subscription. It takes 15 minutes sometimes just to find a parking spot. Then, even when ordering well ahead of arrival, youre waiting another 10-15 minutes just for a drink. When I stopped here, it was usually because I had about 5 or 10 minutes to spare in my packed schedule for a quick caffeinated drink. Not 20 or 30.In summary, understaffed location, rarely available parking, and removing a popular fountain drink from the self-serve just doesnt make this worth it.

Don’t ever place a delivery order with this cafe. This morning I placed a group order for 10 of my coworkers for delivery at noon. I paid and received confirmation at around 8am. At noon I received an email saying my order had been cancelled due to “driver availability” and was told it would take 7-10 business days to get my $200 back. Not only was the order cancelled but they wait to tell me until the delivery time passed so I had no time to seek another option.

A perfect place to grab a quick bite for breakfast, lunch or dinner! They have a wide variety of options on their menu. I recommend getting the “Pick 2” option which comes with a soup and salad of your choice. My personal favorite is the Asian Sesame Chicken salad. The riverside location is within walking distance to other restaurants and clothing stores. Overall, I would recommend stopping by!

Very helpful and friendly staff. The area near the soda machine definitely needed cleaning. Trash on the floor and also the tables were not wiped down so we had to sit at a dirty table. It wasnt very busy at the time we went so im not sure why these things werent done 🤷

I feel bad for the workers, they seem like they are getting mistreated. Some are super sweet and kind, and others are just doing their job..food overall is mid..just depends what you get and coffee is absolutely delicious. Panera just isnt my cup of tea, but I would still have some every now and then.

If I am able to give no star on service I would. Very upsetting sitting waiting for our order for over half hour . This is the first I have ever experienced with Panera. I am diabetic and needed to eat ! The fact that Paneras system because of the rapid menu etc. etc it really not a good system. I added $3 for tip I had pushed but not stated on my receipt and again it stated $2.18. The General Manager, Devon refunded my money until I complained about it ….hold and behold the order was then ready! I really don’t understand what happen to our order. Wait times are very inaccurate for online orders ALWAYS. They skip your order in the que and make bigger orders wait longer . Don’t come here for lunch if you’re at work. You will be late . Online orders take a long time every time

Not worth it now. I walked in to order. 2 salads. One mac cheese. All are easy and fast. The cashier assured me my order would be right out. 22 minutes later I was still waiting. There were more staff stating at screens than making food. It took 24 minutes for my order. I watched one order sit on the counter waiting to be taken to a table for 12 min. Dozens of people walked past it. It was more than $40 for 2 salads and one mac cheese with 2 sodas. One salad had no protein.Between lack of service, lack of warning about just how slow they are, and prices that cant be justified, avoid this place.And for celiac folks, be aware they previously told a family member that a salad with chicken was gluten free. It is NOT. They have almost nothing that is gluten free. No protein at all that is gluten free. The staff are not trained on allergies.

This is the slowest Panera Bread I’ve come to the past three times. Nothing ever on the bakery at this time. I thought the other times was because I came later. It’s only six and pretty empty. I think this one is terribly managed. Update- this place is grimy. Floors are dirty, tables are dirty. Trash/Dish area is over flowing. Male Restroom out of order. This manager needs training.

The only reason I did not give 1 star is the food was very good. But this location is a mess! So unorganized, unprepared, and quite slow. My fiance and I met my elderly father for an outdoor lunch today, and not only did my father have to stand up and walk away from the extremely narrow pick up area because customers crowded the area ignoring the signs and footprints and stood over and surrounded him breathing heavily while the employees said nothing and did not enforce SOCIAL DISTANCING, but after waiting 15 minutes, they couldnt track our order because they had no beepers and couldnt even get my fathers first name right that he programmed on our order. Our cold coffees sat getting warm on the counter next to our bag that they kept circumventing while carrying out other orders. The expeditor checked our bag like 3 times before handing it over which made us think our order was incorrect. Everyone waiting had incorrect orders or missing items. What is going on?! With covid, things are slow enough that all of these issues should be nonexistent. Employees were friendly, just mis-managed. Food was excellent.

Went here before my ambulance shift started (I’m a paramedic). Waited for 20 minutes for my order then took my first bite of my chicken sandwich and found something hard that I could chew up. I spit it out and it was a one inch long acrylic nail. I pulled one of the employees aside and gave her the nail and then went back to my table to get my stuff and throw the rest of the food away. The manager came over and then asked for the nail, which is already given to one of the line workers. Then asked me if I wasn’t certain it was a nail and not an almond (I know the difference!) Then proceeded to argue with me that there’s no way a nail could get in the food because they all wear gloves (I’ve seen plenty of line workers making sandwiches and handling food without gloves on). The cover up is always worse than the crime. I was content to leave with a refund and never come back but having someone argue with me that it wasn’t really a finger nail and there’s no way it couldn’t have gotten in the food made me absolutely livid. Don’t go here. They are clearly not following basic food handling practices.

Went to Panera by the riverside plaza todayPlace is ALWAYS cracking, tons of business and traffic. I was waiting for the coffee to be refilled, along with some other patrons, and trying to be patient.One woman starts to loudly say, as the girl jade is walking by with the refill, “this is just terrible service”. Jade politely told her that people had called off and there were only a few people working so she was sorry for the wait. This lady then holds up the creamer and says, “are you going to fill this up too???” In a strained and expectant tone.Jade doesn’t need that. Jade does her best and continued to help this woman with a smile. Jade deserves recognition.Thanks Jade :) I appreciate your service, especially in the face of unfair circumstances. Wish more people would give you the gift of patience.I love the people at this Panera and they are always kind. Panera Bread is my favorite place for breakfast. I hang out there with friends at least once a week. The location is perfect also I love the quiet, clean and friendly environment. The staff is always nice and professional. A girl named Dana helped me solve the problems with patience a couple of time. I highly recommend this place. Everyday at Panera is a special day.

Placed an online order which was supposed to be ready at 5:45pm (rapid order). I waited inside 35 minutes without being acknowledged. There were about 5 car orders that were prepared and being brought out to them as well as inside orders. It would have been faster to I guess place and inside order because my name was on the board over a half hour. My husband stepped in on this as well, why is it taking so long? They shouldnt have a rapid order pickup if they cant complete orders fast enough. We had to get our utensils and condiments ourselves as well. Either our order is late or theyre out of something. Ordered through the app earlier in the year (April). I placed it towards closing time. Restaurant closed at 9pm, I arrived to pick it up at 9:03. I placed it around 8:40. No warning on the app that they were about to close, and I guess they were operating under modified schedule? Doors were closed but there were still customers inside finishing up. I tried knocking but was ignored. I called but no one picked up. I called 5 times. I think their line is either disconnected or something else. It doesnt lead directly to the restaurant, you have to click a few options before you get a chance to speak to a live person. when I get to that option, the phone just keeps ringing and ringing.I keep calling the next day to see if I can get a replacement meal or even a refund. Still no answer. Had to email the company. In email, they heavily suggest they give a store credit and try to steer you away from taking a refund... I am tired so I just take the store credit so I can purchase my pizzas which end up being disappointing and no better than your standard buffet pizza.So with the terrible experience and bad quality food (no to mention the expensive price), id say youre better off going to little caesars for pizza, they somehow have them beat in quality for a fraction of the price.

I ordered a variety of bagels for my daughter’s bridal shower brunch and was extremely disappointed. I placed the online order two days ahead of time, paid in full plus a tip. The day of the shower, at the time of pickup, was told that 14 of the 31 bagels ordered were unavailable and the choices left were definitely nothing I would have ordered in the first place. The explanation was that the weekends are slower than the weekdays so they do not bake as much product. An order on a Friday for pick up on a Sunday should be ready to go as ordered! Especially when the company sends you a confirmation email with your order. No offers to make things better except to cancel my order for a refund. After a discussion, the employee said she could give me 6 pastries. On top of that, they didnt give us the two tubs of regular cream cheese that were supposed to be included in the order! So very disappointing. Added stress to a day that was supposed to be stress free.

REMEMBER THERES A PANERA ON TYLER WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My job placed an order for over 60 people online yesterday afternoon, called this morning to confirm the order would be ready today at 11AM. When we got there, the food was not ready and we had to wait another 45 minutes for cold food and part of the order missing. My favorite part was when we called to complain the recording says they will not answer the phone between 11AM and 1PM cause they are very busy. I dont understand that...you do catering and take large orders but if something is wrong there is no way to contact you except go back to the restaurant. So I go back to the restaurant, I ask for a manager and someone comes out from the kitchen, I explain what happened and she apologized and said she would make what was missing right now. So as I am waiting another 45 minutes I see there is a Manager taking orders at a register so I decided once I got my food I would mention to her what happened. The girl brings my food and again apologizes. I see the Manager again so I ask an employee if I can talk to her, he tells her I would like to talk to her and she puts her finger motioning to WAIT. I think Ive waited long enough!! I tell the manager what happened and could seem to care less. We spent over $1,000 and shes gonna give me attitude?? I told her sorry to bother you, I can see you dont care and what poor excuse you are for a Manager.

Panera Bread has become my new coffee shop replacement! The variety of healthy dishes, gluten free options, quick to go items and the well stocked bakery have beaten out Starbucks as my go-to. I love the peaceful ambiance - its perfect for study groups or alone time. I like to go there for quiet time away from the kids to work on emails with a nice snack and tea.This location also seems to be popular with many locals as I see the same groups of people gathering here. The location is clean and the staff are nice. They offer curbside pickup, which has always been really fast response in my experience. I purchased my family’s lunch by a gift card online today. I placed the order for delivery. After about an hour the delivery tracker stated it was canceled. I called this store and was told they didn’t have the order because it was canceled and that I would need to reorder online for pick up. I tried and of course my gift card balance was now $0. I called again and was told that the money “might take a few days to reload” by an employee because the manager did not want to take the call. It was a horrible experience. The food is mediocre, overpriced, and worst services. They take too freaky long to make a sandwiches which are already messy afterwards and they consistently forget to deliver my drinks -- or they just get my order wrong altogether. I tried to call the customer service to speak to a manager but no one picks up the phone. Understand that if they get your order wrong, or items are missing from the order, there is no way to get a refund from the website or by calling the local business phone number. You just lost a customers and my business.

The server that brought our food was clearly quite sick and coughed over the food while setting it down. They were out of butter and when I asked if we could have cream cheese instead, they argued with me saying even if you have a bagel you pay for the cream cheese. I feel that the service has been dropping as of late at this location. Breakfast is our favorite, the four cheese or spinach and artichoke souffles are yum! Ned to make sure you are a part of the Panera points club. Great for free items throughout the year.The phone app makes ordering easy before you get there. Also the electronic kiosks let you order without standing in line when the lines are long. Then you just grab a number, then go find a table, and wait for your food. Brilliant!

Super, super delicious! There is honestly not another place I would want to eat if I were willing to spend $18-$20 on dinner or lunch for my wife and I. It is healthy, super tasty, orders come up fast, there are a lot of options. Im sure anyone could be satisfied. Again, if you come to be healthy, that is very, very easy to do here. Lines can be a little long, so beware: Getting the to register can be slow. After that it is smooth sailing. Did I mention it was super tasty? It is.

We went to our regular cafe in the riverside plaza. The line was long. We were 6th in line with one person on the register. They were clean and fresh as usual. I give them that. Their fast kiosk says to avoid the line. Sounded tempting so we tried it. As did another person It took some time to find and navigate through the screens but when it came to getting our number there werent any left so i had to try to find someone without being rude and getting in front of another customer. When i got back to the kiosk it timed out and our order was cleared. And we are now made to stand in line again as we watched all of the 5 others ahead of us and then some, sit down to dine. When we finally get to order all of the items we wanted were sold out...the cinnamon bagels the shortbread cookies and the broccoli chedder soup. Amazing soup by the way which is why we go mainly. Decent food, RIDICULOUS HIGH PRICES, very VERY small portions. Avoid this place, its basically a rip off
