OMG was this ever delicious!! I had the chipotle avocado chicken melt. Look it up! Amazing flavor! The cold brew coffee was wow as well! The sandwich was soo filling. Atmosphere is cozy and mod, service is great and super knowledgeable and helpful, view of the outside at this location is beautiful. It was worth the money and trip to beautiful Sacramento.

I work in delivery, I’ve already come here 6 times in the morning and wait 30-40 minutes for the simplest order, it takes a very long time to prepare in the morning, I won’t take orders from here again. The last order waited 45 minutes!!! I’m writing to the support service, they called the store, I see this phone number, it’s ringing, dozens of employees walk by, no one picks up, it’s a terrible place.

I went to Panera Bread around 11am on a Saturday. The bakery appeared to be out of almost everything. I purchased two bread bowls and two chocolate croissants. The cashier seemed reluctant to give me my credit card recipt, likely because one of the croissants was the display which had already been cut. I STUPIDLY tipped $2 in their credit card machine before this, for someone who shouldnt even be employed.

We try to avoid coming to this place because of a particular manager, but if we have to because of the convenience, we would just go to the kiosk & hope we don’t have to deal with her. This morning, I came in to have a quick to-go order of a pack of bagels & coffee. After 10 minutes or so of waiting, I followed up just to find out that my order was totally forgotten. It was ok at first, I have high tolerance for little setbacks like that. However, instead of apologizing for her employees’ misunderstanding, the manager on duty gave me a condescending attitude. She blatantly reprimanded me in front of the employees and other customers. Instead of pacifying the situation, she made it worse. This manager needs to revisit the core values in managerial & customer service skills.

Underwhelming experience. Most of the lettuce in my salad was frozen. My partner said the chicken soup was great. Staff seemed to avoid customers. Well go back to our neighborhood restaurant next time instead.Mixed up our Order, we asked for dine in, they made our order take out. Not very welcoming!

We come here for the food which is definitely good... my personal favorite is the Chipotle Chicken, Egg & Avocado which also includes smoked Gouda, cilantro, Peppadew peppers, and chipotle aioli... I also like the Hazelnut coffee... grandsons favorite is the egg souffle. I also like ordering ahead online using the App. Staff is great, at least most of them.

They werent busy, but we couldnt find a clean table. As we were finishing, someone asked for their table to be cleaned. It had been empty our entire meal, so probably say dirty for 25 mins, at least. Otherwise, good experience!

We placed an order for 4 sandwiches from the menu ( nothing special) at 9:15 AM to pick up at 12:45 pm. At 12:45 we get a text message saying there is a delay. Not helpful when you’re already standing at the counter. After 30 mins, the order is placed on the counter and the employee says it is ready. I check the bag and one order is missing. Poor service and poor communication.

I’m done with the Panera on Del Paso Road. If it’s not the kids playing behind the counter and not paying attention it’s managers being rude. I came expecting to pick-up my order because according to the app it was ready but it wasn’t. When I inquired about it the manager was rude and on top of this my order wasn’t correct. This is a convenient location but I’d rather drive across town.

I am a infrequent customer at this chain, and appreciate the bakery/short order sandwich & salads combinations but tried the new chicken breast sandwich and am very let down at quality vs price. I only got ice tea too, and felt very short changed in total. That special sandwich wasn’t any better than a fast food chain which I do not choose to eat from! I’m not saying I ever even sampled something similar at an Arby’s or other Chick Fila type.

It was great visiting this location. They had a dish they was no longer serving called BBQ Macaroni and the manager said we can make it for you but she let me know i would be charged extra for the extra items which i felt was fair enough and okay with me. Great service 👏 and workers. They also included the kitchen sink, which was a cooking they was selling and it was delicious. I definently will be going back for a lunch break again.

This one has curbside with about 2 or 3 parking spots dedicated for that. However, you can park a couple spaces down from it when its full and if they see you they will take your order to you

Worst Panera Bread experience yet. Walked in after receiving text my order is ready, it is not. Waited 5 minutes and left, came back 5 minutes later and it was on the shelf. Not cool, wish I can remove my tip, as it wasn’t earned/deserved. My flatbread pizza was cold, like to the touch cold. My tea, with a lot of honey, was not sweet one bit; I think something’s wrong with this stores honey.

I used to love this place. I am addicted to bread. I hadnt been in a while and jumped at the chance when our dinner club suggested it. Going for dinner, I saw them in a different light. The prices seemed high, and the portions small. What makes a nice lunch, is a pretty light dinner. About half of our group complained that there food did not come with things clearly shown in the pictures on the menu, only to be told, thats extra. I went back for dessert and still left hungry. This is a good place for breakfast and lunch, but skip it at dinner time.

This is a nice place to eat, study, chat, relax, whatever. Big windows that let in a lot of natural light and a fire place that actually gives off heat. They have free wifi and outlets available all around the lobby area. Big patio section with a few umbrellas. The food is very good put a little on the pricey side. Place recently refreshed with new furnishings. However, temperature in the dining area was uncomfortably cold, and Im not even a senior citizen! Also, restroom needed to be refreshed. It was out of towels and paper was scattered around the floor. Parking spaces are a bit tight at this location. I like Panera, but this location is not my favorite.

Flew in from LA and my family was hungry so we stopped here for dinner. We dont live in Natomas and no indoor dining so we took our order to go. When we get home, my daughters dinner is missing. Their solution is to come all the way back to Natomas for a refund. So now its late at night, my daughters dinner isnt there and Im supposed to go all the way back for a refund. $10+ in gas to get a $10 refund on a $50+ transaction. No empathy, no concern that it was my daughters food. No apology. After telling her how big of an inconvenience this was, she hung up on me. Thanks for the wonderful service. I wanted to like this place because its so convenient to order my lunch online and drop by to pick it up. In theory that is. About 60% of the time they get my online order wrong. Something is always either missing or they give me the wrong item. Last time I ordered a fruit cup they have me the wrong size (tiny) and the cup was barely half filled. After I complained they realized they had been using the wrong measuring device to fill the cups. How did no one notice they were giving customers half empty cups?? This is the closest Panera to my home, so I love the convenience. However, they also always get my order right, have a friendly staff, offer spacious seating (some other Paneras feel a bit cramped), have my Rapid Pickup orders ready on-time every time, and (of course) serve delicious and nutritious food without antibiotics or artificial stuff. They were testing out the new kiosks for ordering when I was there and the staff was very pushy about using the kiosks. I wanted to look at the overhead menu to see everything at once, and they kept redirecting me to the kiosks rather than just letting me look. I nearly walked out, but got take out instead. I used this store because it is close to my work, so rapid pick-up idea sounded good. Well, they are constantly ripping of customers or simply do not care. Few months ago I ordered a soup and got a fork and a knife in the bag, but no spoon. Well, after I got back to work with my bag I do not have enough break time left to drive back an fix the problem as they promise on every receipt. Same as most of people who use that rapid pick-up option on brake. Panera Bread workers are widely abuse that fact.Few days ago I ordered Whole Steak & White Cheddar Panini. It came out, they forgot to put cheese there. Everything in but one of the key component it was named after. Well. Im working in the busy environment as well, so it happens I thought.Today I ordered same panini with few changes: I changed brad, cheese and added bacon (cheese and bacon for extra charge!) What I got? They always cut it in half. So half was OK, and the other half had just onion and sauce on it. With all extra charges?Im done with Panera Bread! And in particular with their store on 2731 Del Paso Rd, Sacramento, CA!I do not have time in my life to fight with them! There are a lot of other places where I can bring my earned money to purchase lunch for a day.

The manager, cashier, and another person stared profusely, ignored me, kept walking back and forth, especially the manager for ten minutes, while I waited for them to refill the coffee. I had already ordered to dine in. It was strange, peculiar behavior and unacceptable. You see a customer waiting, you ask if they have been helped. It is called being professional no matter your title at your job. If something is going to take awhile you politely let them know. I usually go to Rancho Cordova Panera they spoil their customers. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Even if you have to wait you dont feel like you do. Then the manager apologized at this Panera on Del Paso Blvd. and asked if he could fill my cup up. I was very appreciative to finally get help. The cashier blatantly ignored me and would only talk to new customers. At the Rancho Cordova one you can stop any of the workers. You might even get another person who will ask if you have been helped after you have been helped. They make everyone feel comfortable. No matter your race, color, creed, or sexual orientation.
