Panera Bread in Cerritos

Panera bread is too experience compared to the dull small portions they serve. Its more of a samples eatary than a restaurant. They told us they dont serve breakfast after 10:30 AM. Even most hotels dont stop serving breakfast before 11AM, let alone restaurants. The best thing they have is coffee

Came in on Saturday(11/4) 1 pm. There was a new worker being trained by seasoned workers. These young men were impressive! ( front counter)My first time in this location and they attended to another and me, with kindness and professionalism. I will go back here because the positive atmosphere among staff was welcoming. All the way to front at ordering to pick up: noticeably a good team of workers. This place can be missed tucked in the corner facing south street and I’m grateful to have come here. Good job you guys ! It made my day even better .The chicken green goddess sandwich was mushy shredded barely their chicken. I think you could go with chicken chunks grilled for a 15$ sandwich, however: the service made my experience very nice.So kick up that sandwich if you can& keep that good atmosphere you have going.

I finally caved in and joined the Unlimited Sips program only for them to move the charged lemonade drinks from being self serve to behind the counter just a few days later. This is absolutely horrible, what a terrible business decision. I will be canceling my membership, what a waste of time!

I visited Panera the evening of 10/21. My food was good as usual. Most importantly my service was amazing. I was assisted by a young lady named FLOWER. I had been having a rough day and her kindness while assisting me literally brought me to tears. She’s golden!

We decided to try something different and I ordered a teriyaki chicken broccoli warm bowl. It was drenched in sauce. So gross. I ate it because there wasnt going to be anything else for dinner, and at todays prices, I couldnt afford to toss it. Every bite was literally soaked in teriyaki sauce. My husband ordered the Baja chicken warm bowl and it was just barely warm, not hot. He had to warm it up in the microwave, but his tasted ok. Just a little small for the price. He was still hungry. I feel like Panera is going downhill. My daughter was recently at the one in Lakewood and she received refrigerator cold macaroni and cheese. She told them it was cold and they told her there was a microwave available.

Definitely not the first time experience at Panera bread, always nice to have a breakfast, brunch or a flat bread there, this location is so nice and spacious, super clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful, caramel latte and a nice egg ham and cheese sandwich by the outdoors area in the sun is all you need to start your day, there are plenty of parking spots and spots specifically for curbside pick up and 20 minutes parking, I would recommend this place for all Panera bread lovers, come and try it

Not that Ive ever had a negative visit to any Panera, I actually favor the Cerritos store location as theyve absolutely nailed the A++ customer experience I know the Panera brand endorses. The food quality and speed of service are beyond satisfactory in my opinion; and for the most part—with only one exception (shes an opening manager I believe)—the staff are very friendly and welcoming.The only real downside to this location is that it is often visited by larger parties/groups during the morning and early afternoon hours and can therefore sometimes cause the seating to become limited; but alas with the summer warmth just around the corner there is always seating outside on their patio which I find very tranquil.

Went in to get a couple sandwiches, a couple kiosks did not work but found some other ones by the register that worked. The kiosk did not confirm my order so I asked the taller girl if she can check to see if my order went through and she said she could not check from where she was at so I asked the girl next to her and she gladly checked. Wife went to the restroom and found a complete mess but the staff is not friendly at this place and obviously do not have time to clean.We go to a lot of restaurants but sometimes I find it difficult to go back when I see restrooms like this.

I came here for a family dinner and here are the 2 steak and white cheddar sandwiches. I ordered to drive up and they were late. They gave me a cookie but come on. Look, wheres the beef? I always get family meals and know they can run smaller than the regular sandwiches but this is way too skimpy and its inky this location that I have experienced this at. Sadly driving to Norwalk or downey will be worth getting what I want.

What is the alarm constantly sounding? It wasnt especially loud.but I could hear it and it was unpleasant. My first and last visit to this location. Not a relaxing or enjoyable breakfast.
