“Accuracy Matters. If your order is not right, please let a manager know.” That’s exactly what I did after picking up an order from the store with my family and came home to find out one of the two bread bowls is missing. It was disappointing because we didn’t want to drive back 10 mins to just get the missing BB and we were hungry. So I called the store and spoke to two nice persons. First one was apologetic and offered to give me a sandwich the next time I visit the store. I declined because I don’t know when will that be and forget about it. I asked for a refund and he referred me to a manager. Dominic, the manager, was also very apologetic and refunded us the soup that had one missing BB plus the dessert that was their freebie from the app. Thank you for making it right, and more. We appreciate it.

I ordered the whole toasted steak and white cheddar sandwich from Panera bread via Uber Eats. Regrettably, it turned out to be the worst sandwich Ive ever had. The ingredients didnt seem fresh, emitting an unpleasant smell. Additionally, the sauce used had an overly sharp taste that made it unappetizing. After one bite, I found it inedible and disposed of the remainder. This experience has made me hesitant to order anything from them again.

Tried to order breakfast, the crew had to ask each other if they were still doing breakfast. Got multiple nos until the manager corrected them that they still served for another half hour. Tried to order one item, employee yelled at with crew if that had item, and was told we were out of that. Tried another and was told we were out of that too. Employee made a comment were out of a lot of things Very disappointing.

Well...This Panera lost a sale today as well as future sales to at least myself. I asked for a sandwich that I have eaten there in the past. In the past I got the sandwich on a soft bread instead of the baguette that is advertised because a surgery that I had keeps me from eating harder food . The person taking my order did not know how to change it to a soft bread. So they went back to the cooks and asked if they could make it on a soft bread and the person cooking shouted to me that it only comes on a baguette. Kind of a bummer because its the best sandwich Ive had from there and I will not go back to the inconsistencies of that store.

It’s all good but you need to fill up the bowl for soup. It’s half full and it’s expensive. My daughter was still hungry after the soup. Please fill it to the rim it is better business and more impressive. We all said where’s the soup they didn’t fill it all the way. Not good!

I work overnight and this place opens around 6 am so I decided to do their monthly service. I think theres one employee who is on it, every other time Ive ordered and paid for more of something they leave off something. The first week and a half their ice machine was down when I ordered ice coffee but there was no disclaimer in the order. Id recommend not ordering extra for that reason.Update: came back the next day because, again, sip of the month deal hasnt expired. Ran out of bacon at 6am so offered cuts, given bacon bits? Probably why they left it off my order yesterday smh. at Least communicate prior bare minimum Im glad she offered alts. Waste of a trip though.

My worst experience at Panera! After making my order and waiting approximately 10 minutes, I was informed they didnt have the bagel I ordered for my sandwich. When they finally notified me, they offered another type bagel, ...plain. Boring! So I ask for toasted sourdough, I got my sandwich on plain sourdough. Gave up and just ate what I got.

Here are the points. Not as clean as I think it should be. Service is hit and miss, could be turnover. Getting the order right happens more often than not, but as with most take outs, there is always a risk. Nothing 5 seconds of checking a bag before it goes out wont fix. Also, I will say this to all places, take the small amount of extra time to take the order and document the customers wants, it will pay off in reduced customer service issues that take a ton of time.

I had to rate the food lower. I have been there at least once a week. Meals are getting expensive - $14 for a chicken sandwich (Signature Take Chicken). And 1/2 the time it is good and the other half looks and tastes like they picked up a day old sandwich and microwaved it before letting it cool to serve. For $14 it should be consistent and good. Needless to say the 1/2 and 1/2 is a better and more cost effective way to go.

Hadnt been to Panera in over 2 years and yet one day I found myself in need of their delicious soup so I went in and wow still has very great customer service and just really enjoyed how me and my fiancé werent rushed to order and got all of our questions answered. We left soo happy that it has now become our spot to enjoy great sandwiches and soups....oh and their cold teas are amazing!! Super clean location. It was all sooo great!

This Panera Bread used to be a good place to eat. The past few years they have really gone downhill. They seem to be constantly out of items. We were just in there around about 6:00 p.m. and they were out just about everything. One employee at the front not even really behind the counter doing three jobs. The fact that these corporations dont pay their employees enough and have to put up with BS is not helping either.

I always have at least one issue with my order every time I come here (last time I had chicken missing from my breakfast wrap). Dont ask them to slice your bagels because they do them horribly 🤣 Otherwise, a good location especially if you are dining in because its easier to spot issues with your order. They really need to hire more employees to ensure that orders are correct. I really enjoy the food, though. Inside has always been clean with plenty of spots to sit down.

Food was great, service at the regester. was friendly and well as expected being short on staff..... reason for two stars is that the flooring was so dirty and carpet was so dirty my shoes were sticking to it when walking on it.. the bathroom was beyond disgusting in just about every way you can think of. My rapid order is NEVER ready for me to pick up despite ordering ample amount of time before picking up and I would get the notification that it’s ready. Even at 7am, the lobby area is already dirty, floors are sticky, and bathrooms need cleaning. They also tend to never have ice in the lobby so I have to ask for it from the back.

The Panera at Riverpark offers online ordering, which is awesome if you are a regular and know what you want. It totally skirts long lines! The Summer Salad with fresh strawberries was refreshing and delicious. An awesome seasonal choice. Fast, polite service. Fresh, tasty food. Nice dining area, with outside options. I was helped by a man named Shakari when I came in a couple of weeks ago and was astounded by how he treated me. I wanted to try something new and had some questions about some food items, when I got to my third question I could see he was getting irritated. He started to ask me to hold on so he could go in the back and do something else, leaving me at the counter. Or he would help another customer. When I finally was ready to order he got snooty with me saying why did I ask all those questions about another item if I wasn’t even going to order it. Then kept rolling his eyes at me. I go to Panera bread quite often, but this was the worst experience I have ever had. I asked for a cookie and he then proceeded to ask me if I knew how much calories were in that cookie, then proceeded to ask me if I thought I really needed it??I tried to make a complaint to the manager and got nothing but grief for it. But you can bet that me and quite a few of my friends will NO longer be supporting this Panera bread.

Disappointing experience. Had to wait almost 1/2 hour for just a bowl of Thai Chicken soup and bread. When I finally got it after having to ask several times, I should have checked my order. The bowl wasnt filled about 3/4 filled, the bread was missing and the chips were stale. The soup was ok, but overpriced, IMH. Lesson learned. I wont go back....

Very unwelcoming sensation and feel. Im not familiar with Panera Bread and I saw a breakfast item. I ask for it and was told they stop serving breakfast at 11. Which is fine. I was trying to figure out what I wanted sense I dont know the place well. The lady was just staring at me and was tapping her fingers waiting. So I walked out. Not everyone is a daily Panera Bread water and know the menu by heart. But with that kind of treatment forget it. There are PLENTY other places to go to. Like Starbucks, right across from you. They have no system for CURBSIDE PICKUP, apparently and dont have a way to know that youre waiting outside in the curbside pickup stall. Our order was great and tasty but the service was not great. After waiting 10 minutes, I went inside to check what happened to our order and it was just sitting on a shelf. When I asked about our order an employee said that they dont get an alert that they have to bring the order outside. Unapologetically she pointed to the orders on the shelf and went on about her day. Im pretty disappointed with the service but the coffee and pastry was good.

I ordered online a salad with no chicken and added quinoa instead. When I received my salad, there wasnt any Quinoa. Plus all the pieces of lettuce were the middle gross tasting lettuce. Waited for over 30 minutes for curbside order. When going inside to ask about indoor dining, some Asian female server who could potentially be the manager asked abruptly if she could help me. And her answer was a very short NO, we do not. She was extremely rude & the service was unacceptable & I will never be coming back to this location again. I was informed to wait just a minute. 7 minutes later, the guy tells me that I can go ahead and grab my food that had been sitting there the whole time, untouched. Swung by Panera on the way to work for a pastry and coffee. Only 1 customer ahead of me. Employees going about their business but no one working the register. After several minutes the gentleman in front of me finally called out for someone. Took another couple minutes but someone showed up. Guy ordered coffee and they gave him a cup. Went to get coffee, no cream. This was at 7 am, high coffee time. Not great customer service. Not recommended.

Food is delish, staff is helpful and nice. This location has a patio that is nice, I love eating outside when the weather is good. I love Panera, I just wish it was cheaper, but I guess you get what you pay for and that is quality food. I love the fact that they use reusable dishes and dont throw everything into the trash. Manager heard my complaint and I noticed him go to the restroom (I am a kind person) 15 minutes later he comes out of restroom, long story short they shouldnt be selling sandwiches to customers if they dont have the ingredients. Wonderful customer service! We all know getting used to this new way of living isnt easy. Theres bound to be some bumps in the road and when I hit one, they went above and beyond to straighten it out. I cannot thank management enough for their kind gesture today. I ordered their fairly new delivery service at the busiest time of day and part of my order was missing. Before I could even get it straightened out over the phone, one of the managers was on my doorstep with the rest of my order and then some, to make up for the mix up. The food at Panera Bread is always good. We went Saturday night to the River Park Panera Bread. Half of the seating areas were closed down early in the evening (about 5:45 p.m).. We were kind of surprised. Many people were still coming in. Both the facility in Riverpark and Clovis seem to be more run down. Both locations need some sprucing up!

I always love coming here. Food is great and this location has ordering kiosks so I dont have to talk to anyone!! Today though, my order got messed up and one of the employees, Sydney, was very rude with me when I asked her to fix it. I dont know if shes new or what, but as someone who works in the food industry you should really always oblige to what the customer asks. I dont know if I came off rude, but it felt unwarranted.

The only time this Panera is good is when you order soup or a sandwich because they can’t steal much from those without you noticing. Salads are a no go (I know they are delicious but you will not be given good service) because they will steal and lie to get their way.
