Panera is panera, a lil over priced, but decent enough. It passes the bar. Came and tried their new green goddess sandwhich. On a long piece of bread set 3 thunly slices of tomato, a smithering of arugula, couldnt even see the mozzarella. It was so pathetic looking i brought to the attention of the servers. One young woman was generally interested, another was grumpy and pointed to the two small slices hiding under the tomato. The tomato was paper thin to begin with, and to be able to hide mozzarella under it, is quite a feat! The mac n cheese with brocolli was coldish and clumpy. Not a piece of brocolli to be found, only the little leaves scattered through out the clump of noodles and coldish sauce. Customer service was terrible, though flavor was good, presentation and quality was short or acceptable. But if the employee finds no problem, then what can you do, besides make a big stink? This is my response, to call out poor service and poor quality. Which isnt normally the norm here. I. Surprised. Is there a new manager? Ugh..i am tempted to not cime back, but my group of friends enjoy it here.UPDATEThough products will never look like their advertising, there has been a noticeable change in service and response. Food is now apporpriately hot/warm, and kitchen staff are willing to assist. Panera followed through with contacting me, listening to me and responding by offering more training to their staff. I am impressed!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Panera tonight. The service provided was so poor that I would rate it as zero if possible. I believe the manager, Laura, is responsible for this dismal situation. When I visited the drive-thru, she completely ignored my attempts to get my order. Even honking my horn didnt get her attention. To my dismay, my food was just sitting on the counter, and despite having paid, I was left waiting for my order.In frustration, I decided to go inside the store to resolve the matter. However, even then, Laura showed no interest in giving me my food. All I asked for was a refund, and she processed it without offering any resolution to the problem or providing me with the food I had ordered. This kind of service is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the management and the people working there. I find it hard to believe that this behavior is endorsed by Panera, as its the worst experience Ive ever had while trying to get food.

Cancelled an order due to a delay portal on 10/25. However my order was charged, so I was told I’d get a refund. I’ve called 3 times after that asking for a refund. NO ONE has ever been able to help. Claiming they need the manager or assistant manager, or they’ll leave the screen open for the manager to approve. I ended up paying $46 for 1 cup of soup and 1 sandwich. Terrible service. And I’m sure at this point I won’t get a refund. Not cool.

Great spot with drive thru for good food. Place is always busy, sometimes hard to find a sitting place. If your registered for their rewards, you can claim a bakery item.

I’ve been coming here since they open, at least once or twice a week, when I order a bagel I like to add tomato to it, they usually don’t added, but they put it in a small container, and I added on, I walked in today the girl who waited on me seems new, I order my usualAnd I said I would like a side of tomatoe, she looked on computer for a minute, walked to the kitchen, came back and said we can’t do it,I said ok, I figured when I pk up the food I’ll ask for a slice of tomato.When I pk up my order I ask the lady in the kitchen if I could get a slice of tomato, she said I have to order it in the front, I said I didAnd they couldn’t do it.She started saying we have a system upgrade and can’t be done.Jesus !I the name of customer service give me a slice of tomatoe.Unbelievable!

If you gonna charge $6 bucks Atleast fill the damn parfait cup up halfway… been downhill at this location lately… yogurt soup. You pay for the “concept” of fresh and filling. What u get is something different.

Almost every time I place a curbside order something is wrong, or they put it in pick up instead of bringing it out to the car. Today I had to call to have my order brought out, and also ordered chai latte and they brought iced chai out, and the curbside staff seemed offended after asking me if I wanted it replaced, when I said yes, and also when she brought it out. There are 2 chai latte options, and one of those is iced. If just chai latte is ordered, it is hot. Also missing, French baguette.

This location looks new, neat and clean but not the bathroom, they were out of paper towel. The internet connection was really bad, They have no microwave, sometimes I like to reheat my food if it got cold if I leave it for a while.
