We are regulars here ... This restaurant is ran like everyone is family . The whole staff is absolutely amazing totally dialed in. Absolutely awful. As the picture shows, they gave us canned Progresso chicken noodle soup in the group soup and not the usual Panera soup. Plus they were out of bread, so they gave us apples. How does that even happen? Honestly asking.

I got the chicken green goddess supreme melt. I got a bit of an attitude from the girl when I wanted it cut in half. (I didn’t tell them when I paid). Then, there was no chic on it. Took it back and the guy argued. The manager made it right. Haven’t been here in a while. What happened to their customer service?

This is only my 3rd time eating at a Panera. The service and food prep was fast! I got the French Onion Soup and a half size Citrus Asian Salad, which had chicken. My party of 3 adults was able to find seating right away. The food was ready in 4 minutes. Drink options are delish. Other folks in my party had sandwiches with macs-n-cheese and fruit cups. We were on the road traveling from Reno to Sacramento, but we wanted a nice place to stretch our legs, eat, and use the restroom. We were back on the road in 30 minutes, and we didnt rush when we ate. I look forward to coming back here and having that citrus salad again.. Clean up is self-serve. There are bus tubs by the trashcan to place your dishes in.

The food was great! But me and my friend were told we weren’t aloud to sit at any booths by one of the workers. We were confused and asked why since we had bought food and wanted to study and she said that we were too young to sit at booths, and that it was too busy for us to sit there. I was more confused than anything as this has never happened to me before, and we had done nothing wrong.

Last week was the first time Id ever set foot in a Panera Bread restaurant & now Im there every. Single. Day. I absolutely love this place. The employees here are just the greatest. Theyre friendly and kind, patient and compassionate, the energy that they bring is just wonderful & you feel it when you walk in the door. The food & drinks are pretty good too, I mean, if youre into that sort of thing... lol. Oh, and the baker also has impeccable taste, especially when it comes to beverages.. Im calling it a 3 way, all 3 charged lemonade flavors, one cup. Delicious. Bet

My 80 year old grandmothers purse was stolen here. Thieves tried almost immediately to run the stolen cards at Target across the street.Management was not helpful at all in my opinion. Visit at your own risk.

If youre in the area and like Panera bread, than this is it. Franchise store, same products, as all of them good and tasty. This one was clean well staffed and the crowd there was pleasant.Didnt have spinach :-( and therefore all food with spinach was not available which was add for a morning...Otherwise, food was good, thank God for the good egg :-D

I always enjoy my meal at any Panera I go to. This time, I went to the Douglas location in Roseville. I ordered the pumpkin muffin and it hit the spot! Warm, sweet, melt in my mouth goodness. I like the breakfast selections. Will definitely be back to try something else.

First time at this location. I suggest skipping this one and going down a few miles to another Panera. The staff was very unfriendly and rude. I thanked each of them after helping me, and not a single one of them smiled or responded. Food was a huge disappointment. My chicken noodle soup had 3 noodles, and they gave me chips instead of the French baguette. Get it together night shift!

This particular panera has stocking issues with diet Pepsi not any other drinks or food but for the last 3 months its hit or miss if they will have diet Pepsi. Also a week ago they had a new guy who didnt properly put in my order so it took 15 mins for a toasted bagel. This last trip I used a reward but the same new guy took off my cheap bagel instead of the Danish it a few dollars difference. I am debating coming back to this store the pastries and bagels are good but if I dont get to order what I want and its available elsewhere I will go elsewhere...

Had the Thai soup. Or shall we call it broth. Because there was about one table spoon of veg and chicken combined. They were out of baggetts but nicely replaced it with sliced bread. I also ordered the Cinnamon Latte for the first time. It was missing any hint of cinnamon. I did end up with diarrhea this morning so.. will most likely not be going back. Oh the service was very friendly.

Cranky cashier. Prices are way up there. I got a half strawberry poppy seed salad with chicken. THREE TINY PIECES OF CHICKEN, ABOUT THE SIZE OF A THUMBNAIL!! It seemed as if the chicken ran through my salad! I did ask a manager about the small amount of chicken in my salad. It seems as if the salad maker didnt give me my 1.7 ounces of chicken. 1.7 ounces of chicken? Salad cost me $8.59! Tons of lettuce. Very few strawberries.I will take my money to Mels Diner, where a four course dinner you can get for less than $15, with enough food left over for a lunch the next day.The manager did make me a new salad for me to take home, which was kind, but too late.I live on social security and love to eat out. I want good value for my money.It will be a long time before I ever return to Panera Bread for a meal.

My wife loves Panerai but I have to remember to come at lunch time not after dark. Service really goes down hill at evening. Soup was lukewarm at best. Dirty dishes sat on tables long after people had left. And dont order coffee or hot tea after 3pm. I actually heard them tell another customer to heat up his coffee himself in the microwave!

Requesting my order to be fixed a certain way due to food allergies, carrier assured me it could be done. Upon receiving my food, I noticed that it was fixed incorrectly, the item I have an allergy to was not removed. I took the food back to the cashier to show her that my food was made incorrectly, they did not take out the food in allergic to. Her response was on ya they pre make it, so they couldnt remove it. I instanced this are at times pre-made, she should have come over to me and informed me giving me the opportunity to change my order. What if I had taken a bite of the sandwich, the reprecaution could have been deadly. My daughter tried to talk to the manager in charge that day and he showed no concern. Offered no compensation nor apology. I have made a commitment to never eat there again.

Ill preface this by saying that my SO doesnt like panera at all but I love it. The portion sizes are small but perfect in my opinion and the food is good. Theyre willing to accommodate customization and they deliver to a limited area. Im outside that area so I use their rapid pick up service which gets me in and out in 5 minutes.

The atmosphere was great, staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean with the exception of the floors under the food area. However, I did see someone clean it up before I sat down to eat. Now for the most important question, was the food good? YES! Fresh ingredients that were delicious. For me I like this restaurant better than any other Mongolian barbaque I have been too. So I give this one ALL FIVE STARS. I will most definitely be back.

I love the food here. But this is the third time I come here for curbside pickup and my order takes 30+ min to get to me. Today was the last draw. I waited 40 min for my food. I got so mad I went inside. Wanted another 10 min for them to ask me about my order and just to tell me it’s been sitting in the rapid pickup and the employees where not even buisy! I ordered a Chicken Fuji salad last week. Instead I was given an Asian Sesame Chicken salad, and because Im highly allergic to cilantro, I was unable to eat my salad. I was kind of annoyed, called and spoke with the baker Casey who suggested I call back and tell manager Oscar what happened. The next morning I called and spoke with Oscar who was very sympathetic and accommodating. He more than made up for my annoyance and inconvenience. This was my first time eating at a Panera and I had a great experience. It was pretty expensive, but it was the best Clam Chowder I have ever tasted. Damien is a great worker and the reason I am writing this review, such amazing service deserves to be recognized! He greeted us upon arrival and immediately cleaned a booth as a family left so our family had one to sit at. He was so kind, offered his service if we at all needed him and I watched as he went around helping/cleaning the entire restaurant. Absolute great employee!! Five stars to him!

We have visited lot of Panera locations and I can put this location at the very bottom of list. Poor customer service, orders not prepared correctly and of all things - out of white sandwich bread at 1pm on a Sunday. Lot of learning opportunities for the management at this location and the food preparers. There is a difference between just putting ingredients between 2 slices of bread versus creating a Panera sandwich. Being busy cannot be a reason for such lapses. Will not be visiting this location in future.

I placed an order for delivery online through the Panera website on my phone by tapping on the delivery option. I placed notes on the order asking for extra dressing for my salad. I also placed specific directions for delivery, which appeared on the Panera receipt on the outside of the bag. I asked for a phone call just prior to delivery in order to meet the delivery person in the driveway at my place of employment. I did not receive the extra dressing and my food was delivered to the wrong location. I had to walk down the street to the other side of my place of employment to find my food left on some steps outside of a door. Anyone couldve picked the food up. I paid $22+ dollars for a small bowl of soup, 1/2 salad with very little dressing, and a bad delivery. I called to speak with the manager. She did nothing except tell me that I would need to call Doordash to complain. I didnt place the order through Doordash. I placed the order through Panera. She said they use a 3rd party delivery system and it is posted on their website. I looked again. It does not say this on their website; at least not that I could see on my phone. Why should I have to call Doordash to complain when I placed my order through Panera. It is not my fault they use a 3rd party delivery system that I was unaware of. Normally I am very satisfied with Panera and like their food, but today was just poor customer service. The manager actually argued with me telling me I needed to call Doordash. She even made a sarcastic remark saying you want me to call Doordash and complain for you. My answer was I dont care what you do. I just want you to take care of my order the way it shouldve been taken care of. I would not have even received my food if I didnt go look for it. It was an expensive option just to receive very poor service.

Always fast. I love their strawberry poppyseed salad when its in season. Apple pear walnut salad when the strawberry poppyseed isnt available. Great desserts and morning pastries. I find their sandwiches tasty but on the small side. Their salads, however, are decent sized.Ive come to like Panera as a chain and Ive been to many in the northern California area. This one is as good as all the rest in food quality, but a bit better in parking, speed of service, and ambience (somehow its not as loud as most are).With the app you can order in advance and its always waiting by the time you get there. But so far even when ordering in line I havent had to wait longer than a few minutes (way less than 10).

We eat here 2 - 3 times a week. Typically as online, rapid pickup (to go order) for me to grab on the way home from work. Theyve gotten extremely better at having the food prepared and ready by the time theyve stated. Management also tries to check the orders for accuracy, and sign off on them. Food tastes great, and they use quality ingredients.The only issue that ever seems to come up:Since we order online or through mobile app, the inventory isnt always up-to-date. So there have been several times weve ordered something that says its In Stock, but theyre actually out. Other times its been the other way around, where it will say its Out of Stock, but actually be available.

Worse customer service!!! I tried to Do a Postmates pick up order at this Roseville Location. I was calm and very respectful to the employees but the employees were disrespectful to me. I realize that when it’s busy people can be stressed but that doesn’t allow anyone to be snarky and rude and disrespectful to customers I asked a simple question after introducing myself and all I got was “ no it’s not ready “ and refused to help. I then said to the supervisor I’m leaving. These employees should be taught a lesson in manners. You Lost a Customer and Many Others. Great place to go if you want to overpay for burnt low quality food. They have by far the worst detailed menu I have ever seen it only states the main ingredients, but has no actual breakdown of what the items entail. It should be documented as a new wonder of the world for how busy Panera bread stores tend to be when they are definitely one of the worst cafe/restaurant/coffee shop or whatever they are.

I came to Panera bread last week and ordered a chicken Caesar salad to go (the salad was absolutely delicious by the way). When I got home I realized that they only gave me the half salad rather than the full, but they charged me for the full salad. I called and they apologized and told me to come in whenever to get another half salad for free. He said that he would leave a note in the office for the employees to see. I came back today and they got me my salad quick and easy. They where very apologetic and friendly. Mistakes happen and thats ok. The way they handled it was very respectful and I will definitely return to their restaurant in the future.

[11.24.13]My boyfriend and I came here on a rainy Wednesday night. He had never been to a Panera, and the last time I went was 2 years ago. We decided we wanted bread bowls.The second we walked in, the first thing we heard was someone from the kitchen yell VERY LOUDLY to the entire store, NO MORE BAGUETTES! I saw that it was a redhead in a red shirt. Whatever.Boyfriend and I placed our order and many red flags came up. First, they were out of bread bowls. Disappointing, but fine. I said Id try the soup that had mushroom instead. They didnt have that either. My boyfriend asked me if I wanted to stay or go someplace else, but I said we should give the place a try.We ordered sandwiches and soups (chicken noodle for him, broccoli cheddar for me) instead. Boyfriend asked if he could have his sandwiches grilled, and we were told that wasnt happening because their grill wasnt working. He asked if the chicken noodle soup was hearty, and he was told it has big noodles, which doesnt answer the question.So we stood by the food prep area, waiting for our food. This is where it got interesting. I couldnt see over the partition except one curly haired girl and an older lady that had an assistant manager tag, but someone else (Im guessing the redhead) was banging things all over the place, screaming orders in a most unpleasant tone, and hurling passive-aggressive (from what it seemed to me) insults at her coworkers. Me, my bf, and other patrons were looking at each other like What the hell is her problem?This redhead was saying in a sing-song voice, The shift that never ends!. She told her coworker, You need to get your eyes checked to which that poor girl merely said Sure. This redhead clearly wasnt happy working there, so she shouldve just quit or stayed home. It was unpleasant having to listen to her throw a tantrum while preparing food.So all in all, the broccoli cheddar soup was divine, the chicken noodle soup was watery, the sandwiches were sub-par, and everything else was just weird and uncomfortable.

I have to say though that the Panera on Douglas Blvd. is not a good as the Panera on Pleasant Grove Blvd. They sometimes are out of ingredients and the sandwiches are not made with the same quality. The menus the same as every Panera bread everywhere, but the service was kind of meh. Plush their soda machine was broken, since it added way too much carbonation to the drinks and ended up spilling over way too easily, which they werent too quick to clean up.

Ive been to Panera all over the country, and really enjoy them. This one is the worst one Ive seen. The girl behind the register couldnt figure out how to add a bread bowl to my pick 2 order and made me buy basically two separate meals for $20. Then, they were out of breadbowls at 5:30p on a Wednesday. They were also out of the bread for my panini. When I asked what the other options were, the kid behind the counter told me well we have a lot of types of bread. The interior of the restaurant was a mess, with barwly any clean tables even though it wasnt very busy. And I asked for less horseradish on my sandwich, and as far as I can tell, that just didnt happen. So basically not a positive experience at all at this Panera.

Then the woman in line in front of me had a dog she was holding over the counter and to me that is gross and I dont care to have a dog in all up close to my food.
