Ordered a rapid pickup consisting of a sandwich and a bowl of cream of wild rice and chicken soup.Was studiously ignored by the staff at the pickup counter. Did eventually get attention and was handed my sealed order bag. Got home. Discovered the picture.I dont know what that is, but thats pasta not rice. Theres no chicken in it and that soup is supposed to be thick. Thats like tap water!No response on the panera help pages. You just lost a customer.

We love this place but this is second time that we ordered Chipotle Chicken, Scrambled Egg & Avocado on Ciabatta, which did not have any chicken in the sandwich. Once it was on rapid pickup…. We couldn’t do anything and second time when we was dining in this morning. We told the staff about it and showed as well . We appreciate it that they gave us one more sandwich.

Panera on Mowry is still a great place. It does get busy especially during lunch. Its hit or miss in getting a table due to everyone with their laptops that couldnt find a table at Starbucks.Food is always good and consistent with all the other Panera locations. Sandwiches, the soup, baked goodies, all still the same.Although I have ordered using the self service kiosk in the past without a glitch, I decided to order with a real human this time and she was friendlier and faster!

Pathetic self service. I ordered from grubhub for pickup and visited the restaurant at the time suggested by grubhub for picking up. There were 10s of people waiting and then I came to know the whole restaurant is completely self service. People ordering online and in store have to pick it up from kitchen counter. Worst part is when I arrived at the restaurant my order was ready ( I see some bags on the back of the counter). the person at the counter asked my name and checked the system and said not yet ready with a rude body language. Then I waited for 30 more minutes looking at lot of people coming and picking up their orders. During this time they have been announcing names of the people whose orders were ready. After an hour of my order, I checked again and this time I showed my ID card so that the person at the counter can read my whole name properly. Then he went and picked up the bag from back of the counter which was ready when I arrived at the restaurant. I felt so irritated to have wasted 30 minutes for no reason. Because of a person who cant verify my name properly. I understand they are busy but their attitude towards the customers was so pathetic, rude and unfriendly. They wouldnt even look at anyone while talking (Just like DMV). Even though the food is good, I am never visiting this panera bread place again in my life. Pathetic service. If Panera bread is making so much money then they should increase their staff or limit the number of orders they take in from online until they are ready to serve all the customers rather than wasting customers time.

Panera Bread is a community destination. You do not find people minding their own business quietly. Its a place to go where there are all sorts of people often in groups and often interacting. Ive found I can strike up a conversation just about every time. Good food, decent bread and choices. Coffee is good but could use more choices. Overall I like Panera. You can have a good meal. Just drink an endless cup of coffee and or use the Internet and enjoy. Check it out.

The store is nice and cute, but they make everyone order at a digital kiosk that doesn’t get sanitized often (which makes it completely COVID unsafe). The mac and cheese sandwich was tasty albeit served cold. The squash soup was lovely, and tasted refreshing. Don’t bother with the smoothies - they’re overpriced, too thick to fit through the straw, and lack any taste (seems like they tried to copy Jamba Juice but completely failed). All in all not a fan

They put the pickle slice on top of my bread causing the bread to be soggy.. they didn’t tell me they were out of strawberries and blueberries for my salad so it was just citrus, when if I’m paying nearly $15 for a salad I should know when half of it is missing so I could of canceled it. My French baguette was from yesterday… rock hard.. i ordered a strawberry smoothie.. it was raspberry!? I will not be returning to this location ever. My family’s food was old, not correct and soggy turkey bravo! Tell people when you’re out of stock on something especially when it’s online order and we picked it up in store.

Two separate instances yet one thing remained the same —— they were both regrettable ones.The first one involved ordering breakfast to-go (in person order). Ten - fifteen minutes turned into twenty-five then to forty. And each time I asked they’d either ignore me or tell me to just wait and it would be out soon. Mind you all I got were a few bakery items and a fruit cup. Finally fed up I got back in line and talked to the manager. She went ahead and grabbed a bag that had been sitting there for a while and handed it to me as she rolled her eyes not saying a word. Thankfully I checked the bag and saw that multiple items were missing. She rolled her eyes again went to find the missing items and shoved it back at me. Again no apology no nothing as if I had done something wrong. When I in fact waited nearly 1 hour for simple items that needed to be warmed up for a minute.After that disaster I didn’t eat from this location for months even though it more convenient to me since it’s close to work. In the rare exception I did, I didn’t dare bother rapid pick up but just did delivery reluctantly. Today, I was out running an errand and coworker asked if I could pick up Panera while out for lunch. Reluctantly, I agreed and ordered for both of us for rapid pick up. After finishing my errand I want go pick up our order about 5 minutes past the estimated time. Near the pickup shelf I saw due to some issues they were currently not putting orders on the shelf and to just ask for your order by name at the counter. The online order screen showed my name with still preparing next to it. I sat down on the bench and waited. A couple minutes go by and my name flashes on screen with now ready. I go to the counter, tell the lady my name and have my phone confirmation in hand to show her. She replies that’s not it there and asked me twice “are you sure you ordered here?” I show her my screen and even point out that this locations store literally just had my name on it. She asks again, at this point I’m irked but I keep my cool and just step back as to not block those coming forward to pick up and go allows her a minute to find it. Once people clear I ask again and she again is like are you sure it’s here and I’m like, “yes I’ve shown you the screen and it should’ve been ready over twenty minutes ago but I came up here exactly when your screen said it was ready.” She still looks dazed and annoyed but searches again. Finds my order that has been there all along and goes, “oh online order? Is this it - do you want to dine in?”And I don’t know how that wasn’t clear when I only talked to her by saying, “online order for [my name]” and showed her my receipt on my phone from the app. Again nothing but attitude, eye rolls, and rudeness not an apology in sight.Time wasted, terrible customer service, putting a sour spot in my day, and just leaving me insulted, annoyed, and frustrated. Being a soft spoken person I wasn’t going to make it a big spectacle or yell or something but after making it clear multiple times and still resulting non service like this I have to make it clear here. Will definitely not be ordering /eating from here again.

I come to Panera because they don’t always default to using plastics and the food is good. I recently moved to this area and went to dine in here for soup. Imagine my surprise when they told me they don’t have reusable utensils. The only option is plastics. Sad to say, I will have to remove them from my list of green restaurants. The meal was good so I gave them two stars, but I’m sad this Panera isn’t being planet responsible.

This place has consistently gotten worse. Last time, the food was cold and made incorrectly. There were no substitutions it was just made wrong. Then I asked for another one since it was cold and made wrong. They gave me another sandwich which was cold and made wrong. So, I decided not to come back. Recently, a co-worker was going and asked if I wanted anything, so I said sure. Got the same chicken sandwich as always, and guess what 🥶 and dry. Dont bother coming here, especially with the prices so high. Its definitely a waste of money.

The last thing I want to do in this world is go to a building with Mother Bread on it, and ask for soup and bread.Panera Bread has made a hit on ads on YouTube as well as having new menu items from time to time. I enjoyed the wonderful managers and team leaders that have met me as well as a popular place to hang around, even if I was a new hire and finishing training. The interior was spotless and had plenty of variety of drinks. Not to mention their Agave Lemonade. My oh my was that good.Next comes dinner, and my parents ordered for the entire family. My favorite out of all soups in American styled restaurants is none other than Broccoli Cheddar. The creaminess of the soup was the creamiest Ive ever had. Tip: Dip your bread into the soup. It tastes fantastic. Or get yourself a bread bowl and put your soup into it. What theyre showing you is that the possibilities are endless to a creative mind if you put your mind to it. Next, Toasted Steak and White Cheddar Sandwich. The next best thing in the world, and being mindblown in my palette of the mouth. It was mouthwatering as if I couldnt get just one, but many more. I couldnt have regretted these choices.😘🤌 Amazing!

Favorite spot to eat, focus on my choreography, and sit in peace! While its busy, the atmosphere can be calm. I really like the Sip Club, and go more because of it. I love this place ! I ordered 2 turkey, bacon and 🥑 sandwiches to go for my sister and I. They were absolutely delicious. I also ordered a everything but the kitchen sink cookie . The cashier, a young lady was very kind, efficient and helpful. They are very busy especially during lunch but my order was ready in about 10 minutes. Not bad. The worse PB location ever, with the inhumane, rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate young ManagerJennifer and she knows that. She thinks that being a manager she can get away with whatever attitude she gives and treats the customer with is all okay. Just simply refusing to swap the cold soup with hot because of their own fault and having some nerves to say go use the microwave is just plain unprofessional and bully like. When I asked for the manager, she is like I am. And when I asked for her boss she replied with the smirk O she is vacation, do you want to wait till when she comes back.Jennifer, you are not a manager material and shows what kind of human you are. The very kind young lady checking and cleaning the tables on Sunday around 1030-11am on 10/30/22, stopped by and talked to us as we came out of church with my father in law. Very personable. Even gave us complimentary cookies. What a special touch! Nice to see human kindness is still around. The 5 stars are for hiring this sweet hard working young lady.

I recently joined the Unlimited Sip Club, so I went in to pick up my drink which I ordered online, very conveniently. It was a hot day so I wanted to try their Agave Lemonade. 🍋 I really enjoyed it, it hit the spot! FYI, it not only has Agave, it also has some sugar but it was not overly sweetened.The Unlimited Sip Club is pretty cool! It only cost $10.99 per month and I receive the first two months free. (I did just receive an email stating that the price went up to $11.99 which I dont think is fair because I signed up for $10.99 and I feel that it should stay the same price and change for new members!) BUT its still a pretty good deal because you not only get unlimited drinks every 2 hours but you get unlimited refills.They have a wide variety of beverages to choose from, hot and cold and they gave me a 30 oz. cup!🥤Fremont Mowry Avenue location was spacious and clean, including the Ladies restroom.

Excellent vegetarian choices. One suggestion - delivery orders are sometimes not up to the mark in quality and quantity when one compares with dine-in orders. Improvement there would avoid unnecessary erosion of the otherwise good brand equity that Panera has come to build.

Had a poor experience here with a person named Andrea. My wife accidentally put an order in at a location that closed for the night and Andrea would not accommodate getting the order, which was one large fountain drink. At first she completely denied, then offered a small drink, saying that it was out of customer service, but she never was willing to look at the order number we had. On top of it she had a terrible attitude the whole time, accused me of trying to pull something like I was trying to steal a free drink. I could have gone over to the self service cups and taken one, but I tried to do the right thing and explain the sithation.Then as my wife was calling to explain the situation, she kept declining the call and saying that there were no calls on the line. She also hung up on my wife and pretended that there was no call when I was standing there and heard the call.

I placed a drink order at the Pacific Commons Panera but because that location closed early I wasn’t able to call and cancel this order. A woman who identified herself as Andrea (the highest ranking person at this location according to her) could not be any less accommodating or repulsive in the way she mistreated us. She was unwilling to make any kind of exception (even when we showed her proof of purchase and a time stamped order number too) and was overly stubborn about the other order needing to be cancelled and then placed again at this location but the other store had closed for the night. Very strange. From a professional viewpoint, Andrea was extremely immature and did her store a huge disservice by arguing with me in front of so many customers. My issue had such a quick fix but Andrea took the issue all too personal, as if the beverage was costing her anything other than her time.

Using the coffee membership at this location for the last 5 months has been a frustrating experience. Simply ordering a coffee 15-20 minutes ahead of time on the app for my break or on the way to work and not having it ready sucks. If it were a few times, especially during a busy period, I understand. But this is a consistent issue and I am done using Panera.

This place was my favorite place until today. First, i waited outside for the order at least 10 mins after doing curbside pick up. Then i just go ahead and picked up from inside. Employee inside apologize but at-least they have to put on the system if the curbside is down. And then i added in special instructions to GRILL the sandwich and yet received the same sandwich and i had to grill by myself at home. I shouldn’t have placed the order in the first place. I ordered online on January 16 for January 28th (3:30 PM) pick up for 6 bags of their mini variety scones for a school function. The order went through with the payment. I arrived at 3:15 for my 3:30 pick up. The order was not ready and the store manager said that they did not receive the order from CORPORATE. I showed her the order number and the confirmation e-mail. She offered other items in place of my order, but I had to explain more than twice that the order was for a school function, and I wished I had that flexibility to take her offer, but I dont (the reason why I ordered way ahead of time). Corporate sent an order cancellation via e-mail and refunded the amount paid for the online order.I had to fill-out a new order form on site. The scones were ready for pick up at 7 AM the NEXT DAY at FULL PRICE. I really wished I had time to go somewhere else because their service was beyond unacceptable! I still went and ordered because I had to get that specific item and didnt have much time to look for another place, but never again. No regard for peoples time.

This was probably one of the worst waits. Friday morning, at most 4 people in line. Yet, after ordering, I waited 22 minutes for my order. I saw my name on the electronic wait list move up the line, and eventually be ready for pickup, but when I get to the counter, they said they were waiting for the egg to cook. Food was good, we sat at a booth close to restrooms and had foul smell, tables were not clean when we were seated and when asked to clean one of the staff promptly cleaned it with a smile, waiting staff is good food taste is good... Hopefully management takes more effort to keep the place clean and smelling good.....

Worst Experiance ever, waited 40 minuites for a Sandwich for my kid who came from school and i went to get the sandwich,the young girl at the Regester was extremly slow and took 10 mintes for the order .it has been a Very Bad Experiance since last six months and nobody cares.Just say you are not able to do coustmer service and we canall go to Sourdough Bodin we have a choice .i would recommed not to go there or if you have a lot of time 2 hours to get a sandwich go for it.and to top it off i ordered 2 sandwitches and two soups i got 2 sandwich and 1 soup.

The absolute worst branch of Panera Ive visited. Dirty floors, tables and bathrooms. Employees are often clueless and/or lazy, though most are friendly. The food can come out not only slowly but low-quality: dry, hard, and missing ingredients or under-portioned to the point that compared to other Panera locations, this one seems like an unrelated establishment.

Panera is one of the best places to hang out in Fremont. I often use it to meet business friends, as it has Wi-Fi and is much less crowded than Starbucks or Peets. Plus the food is way better than either of those places, so its a great place to meet for lunch.
