They make their bread here, which I love (got a heart shaped bagel once ^__^). Food is always good. Love the new Forest ham and Gouda cheese sandwich --wish they could use the same ingredients for breakfast sandwiches! Love the warm bowl (very fulfilling). Salad is always fresh.Always lots of people. Could be extremely busy during the rush hours (I plan my visit). Service is fine. For the amount of customers/visitors they have, they did the best they can to keep this place clean, both indoor & outdoor.Influenced my boss (& maybe others) to come here for lunch xD

Stopped by for a quick bite. Pictured here is the Green Goddess salad, with 1/2 of a baguette. The pastry was a cinnamon roll, 50% off with the meal. My mom loves cinnamon rolls!The salad was very fresh and delicious. The host was very energetic and friendly. He was helpful with the menu, helped us decide on our final order with suggestions on sandwiches or other items available.There’s plenty of free parking. I highly recommend this place for a healthy meal.

I came here for pick up and I have not tried the fine in yet. My overall experience of my pick up is positive. They have my bagels ready when I came. The process was very smooth. Their bagels are very consistent. They do a better job of cutting the bagels in half than the one in Pasadena.Their interior atmosphere looks pretty good too. I hope to try the dine in someday soon.

I picked up some chicken noodle soup, group size to go. To say it feeds four people is false advertising. I got four small containers, each with two noodles and barely any chicken in them. I was so disappointed to see what the group size was giving me for $27 and some change. I also got a small Mac and cheese ($8) and holy moly was that small too. Youd get more for less at a sit down restaurant ordering a side of Mac and cheese. Dont do what I did. Save your money and get food elsewhere where theyll give you more for your buck.

Went to get some soup and bagels with the family in the drive through. It all came up to just short of $31 gave them $100 bill. The guy gives $60 and some change back. So $9 short on change. Asked him what happened to the rest of the change and he tried to argue and then he said “sorry it’s my first time doing this” and closed the window on us. A few minutes later he gets our change. Who gives a $9 short change by mistake?! So sketchy.

Ordering pickup from the app is easy and this location seems to be well kept and clean by an observer. However the coffee is not the best. It has grinds floating around that you cannot see until after you pour your cup. I had to scoop them out before drinking it. When I got to the bottom of my cup I poured the rest out and there were so many grinds on the bottom of the cup it was surprising. The sausage on their breakfast sandwiches is nasty. I took it off and just ate the egg and bread which left for a pretty dry sandwich.

Kiosk ordering or in person ordering. Lots of space to sit and dine in or work on your laptop for hours at a time. Plenty of parking. Self service ice coffee, ice tea and soda fountain station. Would come back again definitely.

I understand morning rush, but running out of aaaaall types of coffee and not having someone address the issue is very frustating. coffee is not great, very watered down. To Management your walk in/self serve custumers, are paying the same price as your drive thru ones, we deserve the same speed, and not be ignored.

Ordered a Napa almond chicken sandwich with extra chicken and the way it was wrapped was sloppy and when taking it out of the bag the sandwich just fell right out making a mess in my car. Also there wasnt the extra chicken I paid for...the girl at the drive thru was nice tho. If it wasnt for her I probably wouldve given 1 star. The Panera bread that Id usually go to by my work wrap their sandwiches tight and with like 2 layers of paper..nice and neeeeat.which is nice!

I can’t give a lower rating. Ray who is the acting manager of the day can’t even get his employees to answer the phone professionally. An employee answers your phone laughing and giggling as if it’s one her friends calling her cell phone. Ray much less can’t even get his employees to prepare food as the customer asks for it to be done. Ridiculous. A waste of money and energy on ordering from this location.

Food was excellent as always. My major complaint is...Panera Bread at this location, has turned into a gaming and laptop work hub! All the booths that seat a family/party of 4-6 were occupied by one person per table...laptops, spread sheets, books, etc. No food or drinks were present, while these people were selfishly occupying space. There was an elderly lady, sitting solo at one of the bigger booths, watching a movie on her laptop...again...no food or drink present. It appeared that she was dropped off by her family, and they went across the way to shop at Costco! The entire dining area was occupied by single people who turned each table into their personal work station. There was a couple with their baby, and they had no place to sit. I was part of a party of 3, and had to wait awhile for the legitimate paying customers to finish their meal, so we can have a place to sit! Theres a great library in Alhambra, a Starbucks down the street. I do not get why this is allowed by Panera Bread!

Came in with my family for lunch. Didn’t realize I was coming in to a library instead of a restaurant. Some lady not eating just working on her laptop had her extension cord running from under our table across to her table.for her laptop. She didn’t care that my elder mother that walks with a walking cane had to climb over it. I brought up to the employees attention and she completely ignored me. Didn’t do anything about being that they were both Asians and we were Mexican American. No consideration. My money is good as anyone else in here. Last time I come here. Staff is really friendly and helpful. I accidentally added whipped cream to my latte from the ordering menu and didnt realize till the order arrived but they kind enough to remake it. However it is very crowded during lunch hours, very difficult to find a seat inside. And if you want to get any work done, go somewhere else because the internet is super slow and it is way to cold in there.

My experience at this panerra location for my first time was un satisfying to start off they had items in the menu that they didnt have ingredients and therefore making you get other plates . I was trying to get broccoli chedar soup but they were out of broccoli so I decided to try out the chicken tortilla soup . When I opened the container it only contained small pieces of veggies plus 4 small pieces of chicken. Not a pleasant experience. Not worth my money .

The Caprese Baguette is always delicious. But my Tuna Salad sandwich was not wrapped correctly and it fell apart in the bag. 👎🏽The Broccoli Cheddar soup was cold and watered down with water. It obvious the soup was reduced with water to produce more. Ill never return besides the fact that its so expensive and mediocre.

I give it one star because, they allow people to use the dinning room as a library to work on their computers or read books. There were no tables available to sit and eat. The food is always delicious, and today was no exception. I have no complaints about the food, at all.The service, was non existent. Nobody was at the register and I had to order through their touch display pad.The atmosphere today was atrocious. I had to eat my food while a dog roamed the dining room, off leash, eating all the scrap food that fell to the carpet. I love animals, but this was very irresponsible, by both the dog owner and the restaurant staff.

Ive been going to this Panera bread for several years now and Ive never had a bad experience but the last two visits to this Panera were exceptionally outstanding. Its very nice to go through a drive-thru and find people on the other end of the speaker who actually want to be there and want to work and like what they are doing. I have been here several times. Once was through the drive through, and the other time it was close to closing time. I would recommend not coming when they are about to close. They dont have a lot of bakery or food available. On top of that they dont call your name even when you are standing right there. Despite all of that today was actually a pretty good day. The worker helping me was very nice, and it is worth becoming a member here because I got a free pastry. That being said it gets a ding for the chili Turkey soup. I got it for my husband, and he said it didnt have any spice or pepper to it. He said it was like they took out of a can and tossed it in to eat it up. Other than that the food and pantries were good. I love the ginger drink too. Not sweet at all. Perfect. I would come back here, but I wouldnt be getting the chili soup.

Firstly my dad and I waited over 30 minuets for our food (the guy beside us had to have been waiting over 40) it was kinda busy but it was not packed. After we ordered a lot of people left, it seemed to be very understaffed. Also when we got our food our soup wasn’t even hot it was cool, and my sandwich was a bit dried up, obviously our food had been sitting out. We didn’t complain because we had places to be and we weren’t about to wait more. I hope they get more staff, there was only 1 cashier and about 2 waiters when we went and the kitchen seemed a bit empty.

For an odd cold rainy day in May this place is a freezer meat locker. Service is hit or miss. The ambient is great just need to work on the consistency of the service. Just the hazelnut coffee, it frequently runs dry. The kiosk up front hardly anyone uses for the morning crowd, so they are just a waste. The one big tall table has too many chairs. Unless a family of 10 shows up and take that table, no way sitting 10 there. HR freaks out if you try to sit this close at a meeting.Order to go on the app saves waiting for your food.

Really horrible experience! They mistaken our order and gave us a cinnamon bread instead of a cinnamon crunch latte... Then we told them we did not ask them for cinnamon brad but cinnamon crunch latter coffee and they made us park and wait for almost 20 min and they came out with two cups that contained only cinnamon milk not even a half of it was coffee... It was no coffee at all in the cup. We came home and pour it on a mug and proved that it was only milk with cinnamon... Such a disappointment. We love panera, but this branck has not reliable workers... I wish I could go back and tell them, but unfortunately we live 40 min away from this location...

First of all I love Panera! When I realized they were opening one so close to work, I was thrilled. However, that excitement soon ended. I have been to this location about 7 times, its not their best location. They need to hire more staff. Never coming to this Panera bread again. Wanted to have a good meal and let my family try it out after having a good meal down in the Panera bread down in Carson. Choosed To-Go for my meal. Staff forgets to pack the side bread, got one of the soup wrong, and portion size was half that of what I got before in Carson. If I want Panera bread Im gonna go to a different one, even if I have to drive further.

Worst customer service ever! I would give them zero stars if possible!I ordered 3 you pick two’s with a bread bowl each. Plus an additional soup, a cookie and other food. Provides Purell contact-less hand-sanitizer near the entrance :) went in late morning and not too many peopleCons: Pickup can be a little bit confusing at first because there may be a small lapse between the screen showing your order as ready vs. when the order is actually ready to be picked up. I live nearby but some liquid (from a sandwich or the soup) soaked through the bottom of the paper bag by the time I parked so hopefully they may find a way to prevent that without compromising the environmental friendlinessOverall a positive experience despite covid!

This location has very kind staff and a great amount of seating, but I wear my winter jacket into this Panera looking like a fool when I come and still feel cold. No matter what the weather is like outside, the inside seating area always seems to be quite cold. Sometimes I would say even in the winter season, its been colder than the outside or about the same. (4/5)-edit 1.5 months later-It is no longer the artic tundra in here. 5/5
