Dont order foods here for doordash pickup because you have to wait forever to get them ready. The speed of preparation of the cooks is too slow and the store delays the online orders to serve the walk-in guests first. The dasher had to wait nearly 1 hour to have foods picked up though the customer placed order longtime ago before. The customer could be hungry as over lunch time and the dasher can not earn money from delivery, just got $6 per hour for this order. The manager should reconsider this

I love Panera but this is the second time this location gets my order wrong. The first time I paid for extra bacon but wasnt included. Today, I got the bacon but not the sausage that is part of the sandwich.Workers are nice and as someone else stated in their review, they are working hard. Apart from that, I have had no other issues when ordering from the Cottle location. The food is good and love their caffe lattes.

Interesting crowd of people from nurses, office workers, and the elderly. My party and I ordered through the self-order kiosk, but what is frustrating is that their card reader is only usable for swiping but still misreads my credit card. After a few tries, it works, but would recommend that you line up with a cashier to avoid this complication. My party ordered the steak sandwich with Caesar salad and the tuna sandwich with tomato soup. The half soup-salad combo saves you a lot!The Caesar salad and tomato were excellent during these cold days. The steak sandwich was a nice portion of meat but overall dry. The tuna sandwich was good though!

The spinach bacon soufflé was not available, that’s what I wanted to try for breakfast. So I got the bacon egg tomato wrap, it was dry. My wife got the egg bacon sandwich, she said it was dry and bland. The Covid19 Delta variant is still surging but the customers can freely touch the pile of cups to get for their drink, and all four customers ahead of me never sanitized their hands with the sanitizer that’s provided at the counter, and they just touched the cups to get one for themselves. so the other cups are contaminated by the previous customers. That’s not appetizing. The cups are not in a dispenser so the person has to hold the other cups just to pull one out. NOT cool. NOT safe.

I get the same thing every time I come here. They make my salad so tasty, every time! I like the good customer service attitude they have. Im always in there for no more than 10 minutes when I do a to go order for myself. When I do curbside pickup, Im usually only waiting for 5 minutes. Theyre always so fast, efficient, and friendly. I love coming to this Panera versus other ones.

Panninis and flatbreads sandwiches are the way to go (turkey cranberry, oh yeah). I sometimes pop in for lunch, but also have had their bagels and pastries for breakfast. For what it is, its certainly not inexpensive, but reasonable...moreover, tastes good too!Free Wi-Fi (though, not very strong), accepts Android Pay (but working terminals are hot or miss).

Food was ok. Skimpy salads. The workers seemed to be working hard though. They did not have a portion of their tables closed to provide social distancing. Lots of people waiting to order with noses hanging out of their masks. Not the place to go to avoid Covid. Update Jul 22: portions not worth the price. Skipped on the sandwich ingredients. Spicy chicken take sandwich not spicy and definitely not as pictured.

I have ordered items through Kiosk twice. Not the same place. Two different place. I used Kiosk as a guest. Then the receipt missed the last item. This happens at the both places. Well, after I reported the missing item, they immediately added the item. This is good. But they should check Kiosk function. After I order, I want to check the receipt, but I cannot see the receipt till I get my order. Even I mark Print my receipt, I cannot see it right after my order. A bad Kiosk system!

Inconsistent food quality with mac n cheese and sandwiches. They sometimes get my orders wrong online. Better to order in person. They infrequently answer the phone when you are waiting for pickup and you have to go in and get it. The bread is not as good at the end of the day usually but it is really great when it is fresh. The people that work there are kind and patient.

This location has very friendly staff from the management to the servers. Always a good trip when I make it to my local Panera.

I ordered through the app and requested my order be ready to pick up at 1:15 - about 20 minutes after I placed the order. When I arrived at the location at 1:18, my order was not ready. When I asked about the status of my order, the man making the food rudely answered and said there was a long line and I would have to wait. To which I responded that I requested my food to be ready at 1:15 - and placed the order at 12:55, so I should not have to wait much longer seeing as I ordered before everybody else in the queue. He was able to get me my order about 2 minutes later, which I appreciated. I thanked him, told him to have a nice day and left.Once I got home, I realized that my order was completely wrong. I had added a slice of cheese (for an extra cost) to a sandwich and requested no mayo and no tomato on the sandwich and the sandwich was made per their recipe - with mayo, tomato and no cheese. This was particularly infuriating because 1) I was already home and was not going to go back to the location and 2) I felt that the man who put together my order made it wrong on purpose because I questioned him about the status of my order.I called the Panera location I visited so that I could talk to a manager, but the phone rang non-stop for 12 minutes. 12 MINUTES!?!? That is insane. While still on the line with the store location, I called the corporate customer service line and they were very accommodating but that still doesnt change that the meal I wanted to enjoy then and there was incorrect and inedible (I cannot eat mayo).

Not good. We asked about the price of the Fuji salad for catering. Was told 57.00. Website says 46.00. We had stopped to grab one to have with dinner.We ask for extra dressing. My family and I have been eating breakfast here once a week, every week since they first opened their doors. The breakfast sandwiches are full of flavor and the bread is soft and warmThe majority of the staff are awesome! Humi, Mike to name a few. Great customer service with a sense of humor! Also, if they make a mistake with your order, which isnt often. They will fix it, without question.Also, the sandwiches and salads are consistently fresh and delicious!

Well you can’t go wrong with when you are going to Panera. This is the new location in south bay and close to where i live and work. Great employees and fast service. The self checkout kiosks are the game changers. Panera keeping it up with technology. Food is always fresh. My kids love the mac n cheese here. I also have tried their broccoli n cheese, tomato soup, grilled cheese and bread bowls and they all taste delicious and fresh. I would highly suggest this place for lunch or dinner and recommend this to everyone whether you are eating by yourself, family or a group.

Panera bread is one of my favorite places to go to for lunch. I love it that you can order ahead of time and pick up your food within 10-15 minutes. This was my first breakfast @ PB and first time at this location. It seemed to be busier that the one on Almaden. Stuff were friendly, food took a little longer to arrive but was delicious.

Although the food was ok. What I got for 50 dollars is a true embarrasment. I wasnt feeling that great so I wanted to get a bowl of soup with a sandwich. I ended up getting 2 bowls 2 sandwiches and a side of mac and cheese. When I opened the bag and saw the 10$ soup was as big as a childs bowl i was pretty upset. Not only did they not have their full menu they just overcharging for miniscule products.

Ive been to this casual restaurant and while you should definitely check your to go order before leaving, the food is consistently good and served at a good temperature. Ive had my to go order wrong a few times, but theyve always been sincere about making it right.If youve never been to Panera before, they serve a variety of mostly soup, salad, sandwiches, and pastries with coffee, mochas, sodas, and some surprisingly good iced teas. Predictably, sandwiches and panini tend to feature the bread rather than the meat, which is responsible for the -1 star. If you are looking for a sandwich stuffed with lots of meat, Togos, Eriks, or Dons Deli all have better proportions, but the variety at Panera, not to mention their Broccoli cheddar soup and Mac and cheese keep me coming back. Yes, their Mac and Cheese is worthy of adult consideration, especially on a cold day.

One of my weekly go-to places for lunch. Staff are very friendly and food is always served fairly quickly. Plenty of parking in the plaza but may fill up during lunch, but there are always spots towards the Safeway side. Never had any issues in the years Ive been going here, aside from missing some of their seasonal offers that havent come back. Two days in a row I requested pasta on top of the chicken; they failed both times. They ended up getting the order right on the third try, but in all honesty my dog can learn to take instructions more effectively than these fools.Food is pretty decent otherwise. Theyre sort of stingy with their portions (youve got to pay extra for extra chicken, and they dont even give you that much) but the quality is surprisingly good for a fast food place.

She started to take my order then when he came back went back to him which was fine. I was waited on next and she made rude odd comments about my want of extra dressings. This is the review of curbside pickup at Panera. Since I found out that Panera has launched curbside pickup, which was back in March..I have been regularly ordering for curbside pickup. Its very simple. Order online on their website and choose a time which works for you and a brief description of your vehicle. Once you reach for pickup stay in your car, click the link Im here in the confirmation email and wait. They bring your order outside, which is pretty quick. My only complain is that many items are not available like bakery items sometimes..

Bonus Gift card scams! If you buy their gift cards and receive a bonus gift card for $10 its only good for one week and you may not be able to use it at all anyway. I am a member and all my transactions or on record. When my $10 bonus gift card did not work, I asked the manager to please look up my account and verify that it was good, but she could not do that, so I did not get my $10 bonus as promised!

Food is generally OK, but service can be hit and miss. Sometimes food is forgotten when you order from the kiosk, so you have to be careful that they actually delivered everything. WiFi is also generally abysmal here, so I wouldnt recommend trying to do much work here if you need bandwidth. Update: -1 star for dropping the 99 cent pastry deal.
